పొట్ట నిండినా ఆహారంపైనే ధ్యాస.. పెరుగుతోన్న ఫుడ్ నాయిస్ఆకలి వేస్తే భోజనం చేస్తాం. ఎప్పుడైనా అనుకోకుండా మంచి ఫుడ్ కనిపిస్తే జిహ్వా కోరికని తీర్చేస్తాం. కానీ, కొంతమందికి ఆకలి తీరినా, ఎన్ని రకాల రుచులు చూసినా ఇంకా ఏం తినాలి? ఎప్పుడు తినాలి? అని ఆహారం గురించే ఆలోచిస్తుంటారు.
