ఈనాడు-సూర్యాపేట, వరంగల్, మహబూబ్నగర్, ఖమ్మం; ఈటీవీ, ఆదిలాబాద్: రాష్ట్రంలో కురుస్తున్న వానలకు కొన్నిచోట్ల పత్తి విత్తనాల విత్తే పనులు ప్రారంభమయ్యాయి. ఇదే అదునుగా నకిలీ విత్తనాల వ్యాపారం పల్లెల్లో జోరుగా సాగుతోంది. జిన్నింగ్ మిల్లుల నుంచి తీసుకొచ్చి అచ్చం బీటీలాగే కోటింగ్ ఇచ్చిన విత్తనాలను బ్రాండెడ్ మాదిరిగానే ఆకర్షించేలా... నకిలీ ప్యాకింగ్లతో రైతులకు అంటగట్టే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్నారు. తమ విత్తనాలు నాటితే గడ్డి మొలవదని, కలుపు నివారణ ఖర్చులు మిగులుతాయని.. దిగుబడి సైతం అధికంగా ఉంటుందని నమ్మబలుకుతున్నారు. పోలీసులు ఇప్పటికే కొన్నిచోట్ల ఇలాంటి వారి ఆటకట్టించారు. అయినా నకిలీల బెడద ముగిసిపోవడం లేదు.
ఇతర రాష్ట్రాల నుంచి తీసుకొస్తూ...
రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా దాదాపు 45 లక్షల ఎకరాల విస్తీర్ణంలో పత్తి సాగవుతుందని అధికారుల అంచనా. ఎకరాకు 475 గ్రాముల విత్తన ప్యాకెట్లు 2 నుంచి 3 అవసరమవుతాయి. ఈసారి ఎల్నినో ప్రభావంతో సాధారణ కంటే తక్కువ వర్షపాతం నమోదవుతుందని వాతావరణ శాఖ పదేపదే చెబుతోంది. దీన్ని అవకాశంగా మలచుకున్న దళారులు... ఈ సంవత్సరం విత్తనాలను వ్యాపారులు భారీగా విక్రయించబోరని ప్రచారం చేస్తూ ‘నకిలీ’ వ్యాపారానికి తెరలేపారు. మహారాష్ట్రలోని ఔరంగాబాద్, జాల్నా జిల్లాలు, గుజరాత్, కర్ణాటక రాష్ట్రాలు, ఏపీలోని గుంటూరు నుంచి నకిలీ పత్తి విత్తనాలను తీసుకొస్తున్నట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. దళారులు ప్రధానంగా గ్రామాల్లో పరిచయస్తులను అడ్డాగా చేసుకొంటారు. వారు స్థానికంగా చిన్న వ్యాపారులుగా ఉంటారు. వారి ద్వారా చిన్న కమతాలు కలిగిన రైతులను లక్ష్యంగా చేసుకొని అంటగడుతుంటారు. ఆదిలాబాద్, ఆసిఫాబాద్, బైంసా, ఉట్నూరు సహా ఏజెన్సీల్లో నకిలీ విత్తనాల ప్రభావం అధికంగా ఉంటుంది. ఈ రెండు నెలల వ్యవధిలోనే రూ.లక్షల విలువ చేసే సుమారు 20 క్వింటాళ్ల విత్తనాలను పోలీసులు స్వాధీనం చేసుకొని అమ్మకందారులపై కేసులు నమోదు చేశారు. ఇంకా రూ.6 లక్షలు విలువ చేసే గడువు తీరిన విత్తనాలను సైతం స్వాధీనం చేసుకున్నారు. యాదాద్రి జిల్లా మోటకొండూరు మండలం సికిందర్నగర్లో నకిలీ విత్తనాలను స్వాధీనం చేసుకోగా కేసు నమోదైన వ్యక్తిపై గతంలోనూ నకిలీ విత్తనాల కేసు ఉంది. జోగులాంబ గద్వాల జిల్లాలో ప్రముఖ కంపెనీ పేరుతో విత్తన ప్యాకెట్లను మధ్యవర్తులు రైతులకు ఇచ్చినట్లు సమాచారంతో కర్నూలుకు చెందిన ఆ కంపెనీ ప్రతినిధులు గ్రామాల్లో విచారణ చేపట్టారు. తాము మధ్యవర్తులకు ఎలాంటి విత్తనాలను ఇవ్వలేదని తేల్చారు. ఎవరు ఇచ్చారనేది తెలుసుకునే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్నారు.
అధీకృత దుకాణాల్లోనే కొనాలి..
మార్కెట్లో సర్టిఫైడ్ విత్తన కంపెనీలకు చెందిన విత్తనాలు వ్యాపారుల వద్ద సరిపడా ఉన్నాయని అధికారులు పేర్కొంటున్నారు. ‘ప్రభుత్వ అనుమతి ఉన్న అధీకృత దుకాణాల్లోనే విత్తనాలు కొనాలి. తప్పనిసరిగా బిల్లు తీసుకోవాలి. నకిలీ విత్తనాలని అనుమానం వచ్చిన వెంటనే వ్యవసాయాధికారులకు ఫిర్యాదు చేయాలి’ అని అధికారులు సూచిస్తున్నారు.
