ఈనాడు, దిల్లీ: వీబీ జీ రామ్జీ పథకాన్ని జులై 1న అనంతపురం జిల్లాలో కేంద్ర గ్రామీణాభివృద్ధిశాఖ మంత్రి శివరాజ్సింగ్ చౌహాన్ ప్రారంభించనున్నట్లు ఏపీ ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి పవన్ కల్యాణ్ ప్రకటించారు. మంగళవారం ఇక్కడ శివరాజ్సింగ్ చౌహాన్తో సమావేశమైన పవన్ కల్యాణ్ గ్రామీణాభివృద్ధి శాఖ అంశాలను ఆయన దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్లి మద్దతు కోరారు. 2006లో కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం మహాత్మాగాంధీ జాతీయ గ్రామీణ ఉపాధి హామీ పథకాన్ని అనంతపురం జిల్లా నుంచే ప్రారంభించిందని, దాని స్థానంలో తెచ్చిన వీబీ జీ రామ్జీ పథకానికి కూడా అక్కడి నుంచే శ్రీకారం చుట్టాలని కోరినట్లు పవన్ చెప్పారు. ఈ పథకం అమలు కోసం దేశంలో మిగతా రాష్ట్రాల కంటే ముందుగానే ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ గెజిట్ నోటిఫికేషన్ ఇచ్చిందని చెప్పామన్నారు. తన ఆహ్వానానికి కేంద్ర మంత్రి అంగీకరించి జులై 1న అనంతపురం జిల్లాకు వస్తానని చెప్పారని ప్రకటించారు. ఈ అంశాన్ని తర్వాత ఓ ప్రకటనలో శివరాజ్సింగ్ చౌహాన్ ధ్రువీకరించారు. పవన్ కల్యాణ్ దిల్లీలో మంగళవారం ముగ్గురు కేంద్ర మంత్రులను కలిసి రాష్ట్రానికి సంబంధించిన అంశాలపై చర్చించారు. అనంతరం మీడియాతో మాట్లాడారు.
‘ఉపాధి హామీ పథకం కింద 2019-24 మధ్య కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం రాష్ట్రానికి రూ.42,500 కోట్లు ఇచ్చింది. ఎన్డీయే ప్రభుత్వం ఈ రెండేళ్లలో రూ.16,700 కోట్లు విడుదల చేసింది. వైకాపా ప్రభుత్వం ఆ నిధులతో 8,840 కిలోమీటర్ల సీసీ రోడ్లు మాత్రమే వేస్తే, మేం ఈ రెండేళ్లలోనే 7 వేల కి.మీ. నిర్మించాం. ఐదేళ్లలో వారు 239 కి.మీ. బీటీరోడ్లు వేస్తే రెండేళ్లలోనే 1,500 కి.మీ.నిర్మించాం. గత ప్రభుత్వం 564 మినీ గోకులాలు నిర్మిస్తే, మేం 40 వేలు కట్టాం. పని చేయకుండానే వేతనాలు తీసుకోకుండా నిరోధించడానికి ముఖ గుర్తింపు హాజరుతో పాటు చేసిన పనులపై పక్కాగా సామాజిక తనిఖీలు చేస్తున్నాం. ఈ విషయాలన్నీ కేంద్ర మంత్రికి నివేదించాం. వీబీ జీ రాంజీ కింద రాష్ట్రానికి రూ.7,700 కోట్లు కేటాయించినందుకు ధన్యవాదాలు తెలిపాం. గ్రామీణాభివృద్ధి పథకాల అమలులో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ సాధిస్తున్న విజయాల దృష్ట్యా వీబీ జీ రాంజీ అమలుకు మీ రాష్ట్రమైతేనే ఆదర్శంగా ఉంటుందని భావిస్తున్నట్లు కేంద్రమంత్రి చౌహాన్ చెప్పారు. ఎండాకాలంలో దాహార్తి నుంచి పశువులను కాపాడేందుకు చేపట్టిన నీటితొట్టెల నిర్మాణాన్ని, పెద్దపెంకి గ్రామంలో ప్రయోగాత్మకంగా అమలు చేసిన మ్యాజిక్ డ్రైన్ కార్యక్రమాన్ని ఆయన అభినందించారు. మధ్యప్రదేశ్లోని తన పార్లమెంటరీ నియోజకవర్గంలోనూ మ్యాజిక్ డ్రైన్ విధానాన్ని అమలు చేస్తానన్నారు. గోదావరి పుష్కరాల దృష్ట్యా వీబీ జీ రాంజీ పథకం కింద 260 ఆదర్శ పంచాయతీల అభివృద్ధికి విన్నవించగా సాయం అందిస్తామని శివరాజ్సింగ్ హామీ ఇచ్చారు’ అని పవన్ చెప్పారు.
నమామి గంగ తరహాలో గోదావరి ప్రక్షాళన!
రాష్ట్రంలో గోదావరి నది ప్రక్షాళనకు సహకారం అందించాలని పవన్ కల్యాణ్ కేంద్ర జలశక్తి శాఖ మంత్రి సీఆర్ పాటిల్కు విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. జలజీవన్ మిషన్ ద్వారా తాగునీటి సరఫరా, నదుల సంరక్షణకు సాయం కోరారు. ‘గోదావరి పుష్కరాలకు పెద్దఎత్తున భక్తులు తరలిరానున్న నేపథ్యంలో నది పవిత్రతను కాపాడటంపై చర్చించాం. నమామి గంగ, ఇతర నదీ పునరుజ్జీవన కార్యక్రమాల తరహాలో రాష్ట్రంలోనూ నదీ సంరక్షణ, కాలుష్య నియంత్రణ చర్యలకు సాయం కోరాను. మురుగునీటి శుద్ధి, కాలుష్య నియంత్రణ విషయంలో సూరత్, వారణాసి, ప్రయాగ్రాజ్లతో పాటు ఇతర ప్రాంతాల్లో అనుసరిస్తున్న విధానాలపై అధ్యయనం చేయాలని మంత్రి నాతోపాటు వచ్చిన అధికారులకు సూచించారు. నేను కూడా ఆయా ప్రాంతాలకు వెళ్లి పరిశీలిస్తాను. గోదావరి ప్రక్షాళనపై ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం ప్రతిపాదనలు పంపితే కేంద్ర మంత్రివర్గంలో చర్చించి తగిన సాయం చేయడంపై పరిశీలిస్తామని చెప్పారు. గోదావరిని పురపాలక, పారిశ్రామిక కాలుష్యం నుంచి రక్షించడానికి సాయం చేయాలని కేంద్ర పర్యావరణ, అటవీశాఖల మంత్రి భూపేందర్ యాదవ్ను కోరగా కేంద్ర కాలుష్య నియంత్రణ మండలి బృందాన్ని పంపి అధ్యయనం చేయిస్తామన్నారు. దాని ఆధారంగా కేంద్ర సాయం అందజేస్తామని హామీ ఇచ్చారు’ అని పవన్ చెప్పారు.
అటవీ శాఖ మంత్రికి వినతులు
కేంద్ర మంత్రి భూపేందర్ యాదవ్తో సమావేశమైన పవన్ కల్యాణ్ అటవీ శాఖకు మానవ- వన్యప్రాణి ఘర్షణ నివారణ సెంటర్, గ్రేట్ గ్రీన్వాల్ పర్యవేక్షణ కేంద్రం, కమాండ్ కంట్రోల్ సెంటర్, రాష్ట్ర పులుల పర్యవేక్షణ కేంద్రాల ఏర్పాటుకు అనుమతులు ఇచ్చినందుకు ధన్యవాదాలు తెలిపారు.
