ఈనాడు డిజిటల్, కరీంనగర్‌; న్యూస్‌టుడే, గోదావరిఖని: సింగరేణి ప్రైవేటీకరణకు కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం యత్నిస్తోందని, ఆ కుట్రలను సమర్థంగా తిప్పికొడతామని భారాస కార్యనిర్వాహక అధ్యక్షుడు కేటీఆర్‌ స్పష్టం చేశారు. సింగరేణిలో నైనీ బొగ్గు బ్లాక్‌ టెండర్లు, సైట్‌ విజిట్‌ సర్టిఫికేషన్, ఓపెన్‌ కాస్ట్‌ గనుల టెండర్లు, బొగ్గు ఉత్పత్తి, యంత్రాల కొనుగోళ్లలో భారీగా అవినీతి జరిగిందని ఆరోపించారు. అవకతవకలపై సీబీఐ లేదా సిటింగ్‌ జడ్జితో సమగ్ర విచారణ జరిపించాలని ఆయన డిమాండ్‌ చేశారు. పెద్దపల్లి జిల్లా గోదావరిఖనిలో తెలంగాణ బొగ్గు గనుల కార్మిక సంఘం, భారాస ఆధ్వర్యంలో బుధవారం రాత్రి నిర్వహించిన సింగరేణి కార్మిక గర్జన బహిరంగ సభలో కేటీఆర్‌ ప్రసంగిస్తూ ప్రభుత్వ తీరును దుయ్యబట్టారు. ‘నైనీ బొగ్గు టెండర్ల కుంభకోణాన్ని అడ్డుకున్నట్లు మంత్రి కోమటిరెడ్డి వెల్లడించారు. తద్వారా ప్రభుత్వానికి రూ.30 వేల కోట్లు మిగిలాయని ఓ ఇంటర్వ్యూలో చెప్పారు. ఆ మొత్తాన్ని కాజేయాలనుకున్నది ఎవరు? అసలు విషయం బయటకు రావాలి. వాటాలు కుదరకనే నైనీ బ్లాక్‌ టెండర్లు రద్దయ్యాయి. సింగరేణిలో సైట్‌ విజిట్‌ సర్టిఫికేషన్ పేరిట సుమారు రూ.10 వేల కోట్ల కుంభకోణం జరిగింది. దీనిపై ఆధారాలతో కేంద్ర బొగ్గు గనుల శాఖ మంత్రి కిషన్‌రెడ్డికి ఫిర్యాదు చేస్తే ఈ వ్యవహారంపై విచారణ జరపకుండా ఆయన సీఎంకు లేఖ రాశారు. దీని ద్వారా కాంగ్రెస్, భాజపాల మధ్య చీకటి ఒప్పందం ఉందని స్పష్టమవుతోంది. సింగరేణి ఓపెన్‌ కాస్ట్‌ గనుల్లో బొగ్గు ఉత్పత్తి తగ్గడానికి టెండర్ల నిర్వహణలో ఆలస్యమే ప్రధాన కారణం. సైట్‌ విజిట్‌ సర్టిఫికేషన్ పేరుతో టెండర్లను ఉద్దేశపూర్వకంగా జాప్యం చేస్తున్నారు. శ్రీరాంపూర్‌ ఓపెన్‌కాస్ట్‌ ప్రాజెక్టుల్లో ఏడు సార్లు టెండర్లు వాయిదా వేయడం వెనుక సీఎం రేవంత్‌రెడ్డి, ఆయన బావమరిది సృజన్‌రెడ్డిలది కీలక పాత్ర.
40 లక్షల టన్నుల బొగ్గు మాయం
సింగరేణిలో 2023 డిసెంబరులో 70 మిలియన్‌ టన్నుల బొగ్గు ఉత్పత్తి ఉంటే, గతేడాది 58 మిలియన్‌ టన్నులకు పడిపోయింది. టెండర్లలో జాప్యం, నిర్వహణ లోపాలు, నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకోవడంలో వైఫల్యమే ఇందుకు కారణం. సింగరేణివ్యాప్తంగా సుమారు 40 లక్షల మెట్రిక్‌ టన్నుల బొగ్గు మాయమైంది. అది ఎక్కడికి వెళ్లిందో సమాధానం చెప్పాలి. యాదాద్రిలో నాలుగు వేల మెగావాట్ల సామర్థ్యంతో విద్యుత్తు కేంద్రాన్ని నిర్మిస్తే ప్రస్తుతం 400 మెగావాట్ల విద్యుత్తు కూడా ఉత్పత్తి కావడం లేదు. రాష్ట్రం ఏర్పడే సమయానికి విద్యుదుత్పత్తి సామర్థ్యం కేవలం 7,778 మెగావాట్లుగా ఉండేది. కేసీఆర్‌ పాలనలో దాన్ని 24 వేల మెగావాట్ల స్థాయికి తీసుకెళ్లాం. వ్యవసాయానికి 24 గంటల విద్యుత్తు అందించిన ఘనత కేసీఆర్‌ది. కాంగ్రెస్ అధికారంలోకి వచ్చాక కోతలు పెరిగాయి. ట్రాన్స్‌ఫార్మర్లు, మోటార్లు కాలిపోతుండటంతో రైతులు మళ్లీ రోడ్డెక్కాల్సిన దుస్థితి ఎదురైంది. లోయర్‌ సీలేరు ప్రాజెక్టును మోదీ ప్రభుత్వం చంద్రబాబు కోరిక మేరకు ఏపీకి అప్పగించి తెలంగాణకు అన్యాయం చేసింది. సింగరేణికి ప్రభుత్వం రూ.60 వేల కోట్లు బకాయి పడింది. కాంగ్రెస్ అధికారంలోకి వచ్చాక ఇప్పటివరకు రూ.నాలుగున్నర లక్షల కోట్ల అప్పు చేసిన ప్రభుత్వం వాటన్నింటినీ ఏం చేసింది? దిల్లీలోని రాహుల్‌గాంధీకి చెల్లిస్తున్నారు. సింగరేణిలో రెండేళ్లలోనే రూ.6,317 కోట్ల నిధులు పక్కదారి పట్టాయి. కార్మికులకు రావాల్సిన లాభాల వాటాను ప్రభుత్వం ఏటా తగ్గిస్తోంది. ఇటీవల ఆర్టీసీ కార్మిక ఎన్నికల్లో వచ్చిన ఫలితమే సింగరేణి ఎన్నికల్లో పునరావృతం కావాలి. సంస్థను కాపాడుకోవడానికి కేసీఆర్‌ నాయకత్వం అవసరం’’ అని కేటీఆర్‌ తన ప్రసంగంలో పేర్కొన్నారు. సభలో మాజీ మంత్రులు కొప్పుల ఈశ్వర్, జీవన్‌రెడ్డి, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు గంగుల కమలాకర్, కౌశిక్‌రెడ్డి, కోవ లక్ష్మి, మాజీ స్పీకర్‌ మధుసూదనాచారి, మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యేలు బాల్క సుమన్, కోరుకంటి చందర్, పుట్ట మధు, గండ్ర వెంకటరమణారెడ్డి, రవిశంకర్, దివాకర్‌రావు, దుర్గం చిన్నయ్య, తెలంగాణ బొగ్గు గని కార్మిక సంఘం అధ్యక్షుడు మిర్యాల రాజిరెడ్డి తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
కేటీఆర్‌ బుధవారం కొత్తగా కనిపించారు. ఎప్పుడూ క్లీన్‌ షేవ్‌తో కనిపించే ఆయన గోదావరిఖనిలో నిర్వహించిన కార్మిక గర్జన సభకు గడ్డంతో హాజరయ్యారు. సభలో ఈ విషయాన్ని కేటీఆర్‌ స్వయంగా ప్రస్తావించారు. కరీంనగర్‌కు రాగానే గంగుల కమలాకర్.. ‘ఏందన్నా గడ్డంతో ఉన్నావ్‌’ అని అడిగారు. ‘సింగరేణి పురిటి గడ్డ గోదావరిఖని సభకు సాధారణంగా వెళ్తే ఏముంటుంది. అందుకే గడ్డంతో బయలుదేరానని చెప్పా’ అని పేర్కొన్నారు.

- MDR postponement on UPI commercial transactions exceeding Rs.2,000 National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) has postponed the decision to impose Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) on Unified Payments Interface (UPI) commercial transactions above Rs.2,000.
