ఇంటర్నెట్ డెస్క్: దేశంలో రోజురోజుకీ పెరిగిపోతున్న సైబర్ నేరాల (Cyber crime)పై సుప్రీం కోర్టు కీలక వ్యాఖ్యలు చేసింది. సైబర్ నేరగాళ్లు అమాయక ఇన్వెస్టర్లను మోసగించి.. కోట్ల రూపాయలు దోచుకుంటున్నారంటూ సీజేఐ జస్టిస్ సూర్యకాంత్ (Justice Surya Kant) ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. అటువంటి పరాన్నజీవుల పట్ల కఠినంగా వ్యవహరించాలని పేర్కొన్నారు. సైబర్ నేరారోపణలు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న ఓ వ్యక్తి వివిధ రాష్ట్రాల్లో తనపై నమోదైన ఎఫ్ఐఆర్లను ఒక్కటిగా కలిపేయాలని కోరుతూ దాఖలు చేసిన పిటిషన్పై విచారణలో భాగంగా భారత ప్రధాన న్యాయమూర్తి ఈ వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు. ఆ పిటిషన్ను విచారణకు స్వీకరించేందుకు నిరాకరించారు.
సైబర్ నేరాల బాధితులు దేశవ్యాప్తంగా వేల సంఖ్యలో ఉంటారని సీజేఐ అన్నారు. సైబర్ నేరస్థులు (Cyber criminals) ఒక రాష్ట్రంలో పోలీసులకు దొరికితే మరో రాష్ట్రానికి వెళ్లి అక్కడి ప్రజలను దోచుకుంటారని.. వారిని జైల్లో ఉంచడమే ప్రజలకు మంచిదని పేర్కొన్నారు. గతేడాది చివరి నాటికి భారతీయులు డిజిటల్ మోసాల వల్ల రూ.3వేల కోట్లకు పైగా నష్టపోయారని.. దేశంలో సైబర్ నేరాల తీవ్రతను ఇది తెలియజేస్తోందని సీజేఐ ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఈ విషయంలో ఉపశమనం కోరేందుకు సంబంధిత హైకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించాలని పిటిషనర్కు సూచించారు.
