Manushi brought the 'Miss World' crown to our country in 2017 after a long gap of 17 years. The beauty sacrificed her ambition to become a doctor and became Miss World. Then she entered Bollywood and acted in films like 'Samrat Prithviraj', 'The Great Indian Family', 'Operation Valentine', 'Tehran' and 'Malik'. No matter how busy she is in her career, Manushi is always in touch with her fans on social media. Along with this, she shares her film updates as well as personal details and beauty-fashion secrets. But recently the Bollywood star has posted her morning beauty routine in the form of a video on Instagram and YouTube. I don't use it!
The first thing I do when I wake up in the morning is wash my face. But many people use soap and face wash to clean their face. I don't use any of these and just wash my face with cold water. Because this keeps the natural oils released from the skin throughout the night and gives the skin a natural glow. Using the same face wash/soap will remove these and dry the skin. Actually I have dry skin. So I don't use a cleanser while cleaning my face in the morning. Also wipe the face slowly with a cotton towel instead of being strong.
Mask with honey!
Wipe the face dry and apply honey. Apply it on the face by gently rubbing it in circular motions. Honey gives moisture and shine to the skin. Keep this honey mask for five to ten minutes and wash off when you are in a rush for shooting. Otherwise it stays like that for half an hour. Sometimes I mix oats in honey and apply it on my face. Then I wash my face with warm water and apply moisturizer.

My morning As a part of the routine, not only the top coats for the beauty of the skin, but also many precautions are taken in the matter of food. The first thing I drink in the morning is hydrogenated water. My father made me used to this. This water, which is full of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, protects the skin from stress. It also increases the glow of the skin and protects against age spots such as wrinkles and lines. Also, drinking this water increases the energy levels in the body.
Before exercise..!
In order to keep the skin healthy, some precautions should be taken before exercise. In this order I apply glycerin to my skin. This prevents the skin from losing moisture. Also, it prevents the pores from getting clogged.. pimples, blackheads, whiteheads.. etc. And as a pre-workout meal.. I put some ghee in the pappanna. That too in moderation! Carbohydrates and healthy fats are supplied to my body from this and provide instant energy. And the antioxidants and healthy fats in it bring glow from within the body.

Sunscreen Don't forget!
After finishing the exercise and taking a bath, I apply moisturizer. This process works like a therapy for my skin. Apply it to the skin by massaging gently in circular motions. Don't forget to apply eye-cream and sunscreen before going out. It's also an essential part of my beauty routine! Eye-cream prevents dark circles and puffiness under the eyes. Also sunscreen protects my skin from tan. Actually, I didn't care about skin and beauty at all when I was in school.. But it was only in college that I became interested in beauty. Since then I have added sunscreen and moisturizer to my beauty routine.
