Mopidevi: MLA Mandali Buddhaprasad said that efforts are being made to construct cottages and additional rooms at the shrine in Mopidevi. On Sunday, he started the construction of the new Tekuratham of Subrahmanyeshwar Swami, the famous shrine of Srivalli Devasena in Mopidevi. Speaking on this occasion, the MLA said that it is commendable that famous film producer and donor Atluri Narayana Rao made a new teak chariot at a cost of more than Rs. RVS Chaudhary from Hyderabad has already said that it is a good result to provide a silver mandap to the sanctum sanctorum of Swami at a cost of Rs. He said that with the cooperation of the government and donors, a master plan will be prepared and efforts will be made to provide more facilities for the devotees. The MLA congratulated Chiruolu Buchiraju, BJP's state spokesperson, who is giving his contribution to the making of this chariot.
