Tirumala: Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam said that as part of Sanatana Hindu dharmapracharam, it is providing mic set, umbrellas, seshavastra, stone and panchaloha idols to the temples at a discount. Completed applications along with DD as per rules should be sent to Executive Officer, Thithide Administration Building, KT Road, Tirupati. For other details contact 0877-2264276. For this, the temple administrators have to attach the relevant document, recommendation letter from Tehsildar / assistant commissioner of religious affairs, Aadhaar card, temple photo, temple current bill and send it to Titi.
- Mic set: The cost of buying a mic set is Rs.25 thousand, 90 percent discount for AP and 50 percent discount for other states.
- Umbrellas: Thithide provides umbrellas worth Rs.14,500 to eligible applicants irrespective of categories at a 50 percent discount to Hindu temples.
- Shesha Vastra: Thithide provides free Shesha Vastra to Hindu temples.
- Stone, Panchaloha Idols: Stone idols of Sri Venkateswara Swamy, Sri Padmavati Ammavari 5 feet or less in height. Idols are provided free of charge. The rest of the deity idols are given to various communities on payment of only 25 per cent cost on 75 per cent subsidy. In the states of AP and Telangana, stone idols are provided free of cost to SC and ST communities. A request letter should be sent to the Executive Officer and Titide with the names and measurements of the stone and panchahola idols of the deity idols. Thithide is providing Saraswati Devi stone statue with 50% subsidy to educational institutes approved by MEO or DEO. Offering idols of various deities to monasteries, trusts and ashrams at 50 percent discount.
