వైరభక్తులూ వీరభక్తులే! భక్తులు రెండు రకాలని... వారిలో కొందరు వీరభక్తులని, మరికొందరు వైరభక్తులని అంటుంటారు. కానీ అది సరికాదు. వైరభక్తులూ వీరభక్తులే. ఇంకా చెప్పాలంటే వీరాతివీర భక్తులు, పరమాత్ముణ్ని వెన్నంటి ఉన్నవాళ్లు. వైరభక్తి కేవలం నటన. మూడు యుగాలను అనితరసాధ్యంగా ప్రభావితం చేసిన నటన.
Veerabhakts are veerabhakts! Devotees are of two types... Some of them are called veerabhakts and some are called veerabhakts. But that's not right. Veerabhakts are also veerabhakts. వైకుంఠుడి ఏకాదశి ‘వికుంఠం’ అనే పదానికి ‘విష్ణులోకం’ అనే అర్థాన్ని చెబుతాయి నిఘంటువులు. ఆ విష్ణులోకంలో ఉండేవాడు కాబట్టి- శ్రీమన్నారాయణుడికి ‘వైకుంఠుడు’ అనే పేరు స్థిరపడింది. నిజానికి వికుంఠం అనేది అత్యున్నత ఆధ్యాత్మిక సాధనకు ఫలితంగా లభించే లోకోత్తర అనుభూతి. వికుంఠుడైన మనిషిలోని దైవత్వానికి స్థావరమే- వైకుంఠం.
Ekadashi of Vaikunth Dictionaries say that the word 'Vikuntham' means 'Vishnulokam'. Since he was in that Vishnu world, the name 'Vaikuntha' was established for Srimannarayana.
