ఈనాడు, హైదరాబాద్‌: ఏఐ ఆధారిత నేరాలు, సైబర్ ముప్పు, డార్క్‌నెట్, బ్లాక్‌ చెయిన్‌ సాంకేతికత రూపంలో ఎదురయ్యే సవాళ్లను ఎదుర్కొనేలా యువ ఐపీఎస్‌ అధికారుల్ని తీర్చిదిద్దుతున్నట్లు జాతీయ పోలీస్‌ అకాడమీ డైరెక్టర్‌ సుజిత్‌ పాండే తెలిపారు. ఈ నెల 17న 78వ ఆర్‌ఆర్‌(రెగ్యులర్‌ రిక్రూట్‌) బ్యాచ్‌ ఐపీఎస్‌ అధికారుల దీక్షాంత్‌ పరేడ్‌ నిర్వహిస్తున్నట్లు చెప్పారు. దీనికి సంబంధించిన వివరాలను గురువారం ఆయన విలేకరుల సమావేశంలో వెల్లడించారు.
‘మారుతున్న నేరాల సరళికి అనుగుణంగా ఐపీఎస్‌ల శిక్షణ సిలబస్‌లో మార్పులు చేశాం. పీబీఏ(ప్రోగ్రెసివ్‌ స్కిల్‌ బెంచ్‌ మార్క్‌ అసెస్‌మెంట్‌), క్యూబీఏ(క్వాలిఫైయింగ్‌ బెంచ్‌మార్క్‌ అసెస్‌మెంట్‌) విధానంతో అభ్యర్థుల శక్తిసామర్థ్యాలను అంచనా వేస్తున్నాం. సైబర్, ఆర్థిక మోసాలపై ప్రత్యేక కోర్సుల ద్వారా శిక్షణ ఇస్తున్నాం. 78వ ఆర్‌ఆర్‌ బ్యాచ్‌లో మొత్తం 151 మంది శిక్షణ పూర్తి చేసుకున్నారు. వీరిలో 135 మంది ఐపీఎస్‌లు కాగా 16 మంది నేపాల్, భూటాన్, మాల్దీవులకు చెందిన అధికారులు ఉన్నారు. మొత్తం 37 మంది మహిళా అధికారులున్నారు. తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాలకు 10 మంది ఎంపికయ్యారు. దీక్షాంత్‌ పరేడ్‌కు కేంద్ర హోంశాఖ కార్యదర్శి గోవింద్‌ మోహన్‌ హాజరవుతారు’ అని తెలిపారు. శిక్షణలో ఉన్న మహిళా అధికారికి లైంగిక వేధింపుల కేసు గురించి విలేకరులు ప్రస్తావించగా.. ‘ఆ ఘటన నేను బాధ్యతలు తీసుకోవడానికి ముందు జరిగింది. ప్రస్తుతం ఆ కేసు దర్యాప్తు విశాఖ కమిటీ ఆధ్వర్యంలో జరుగుతున్నందున దానిపై వ్యాఖ్యానించలేను’ అని పేర్కొన్నారు.
