ఇంటర్నెట్‌ డెస్క్‌: భర్తను హత్య చేసి, పాముకాటు మరణంగా చిత్రీకరించిన కేసులో మేరఠ్‌కు చెందిన మహిళ రవితకు, ఆమె ప్రియుడికి కోర్టు మరణ శిక్ష (Death penalty) విధించింది. గతేడాది ఏప్రిల్‌లో చోటుచేసుకున్న ఈ ఘటనకు సంబంధించి ఇరుపక్షాల వాదనలు, సాక్షుల వాంగ్మూలాలు నమోదు చేసిన ఉత్తర్‌ప్రదేశ్‌లోని మేరఠ్‌ కోర్టు ఇటీవల వారిద్దరినీ దోషులుగా తేలుస్తూ.. తీర్పును రిజర్వ్‌ చేసింది. తాజాగా వీరికి మరణ దండన విధిస్తూ తీర్పు వెలువరించింది.
ఏమిటీ కేసు..?
మేరఠ్‌లోని అక్బర్‌పూర్ సదాత్ గ్రామానికి చెందిన అమిత్‌ కశ్యప్‌ (25), అమర్దీప్ స్నేహితులు. అమర్దీప్ తరచూ అమిత్‌ ఇంటికి వస్తుండే వాడు. ఈ క్రమంలో అతడి భార్య రవితతో అక్రమ సంబంధం ఏర్పడింది. ఈ విషయం కాస్త అమిత్‌కు తెలియడంతో ఇంట్లో తరచూ గొడవలు జరిగేవి. దీంతో భర్త అడ్డు తొలగించుకోవాలని భావించిన రవిత.. అమిత్‌ నిద్రిస్తున్న సమయంలో అతడిని గొంతు నులిమి హత్య చేసింది. కేసు తనపైకి రాకుండా ఉండేందుకు ప్రియుడి సాయంతో ఓ పామును కొనుక్కొచ్చి.. భర్త దుప్పట్లో వదిలింది. మరుసటి రోజు పాము కాటు (Snakebite)తో తన భర్త చనిపోయాడని అందరినీ నమ్మించింది. మృతుడి శరీరంపై పలుచోట్ల పాము కాట్లు ఉండడంతో ఎవరికీ అనుమానం రాలేదు.
