Internet desk: a day on film sets The demand of 8-Hour Shift Demand has come to the fore once again. It is known that when famous actress Deepika Padukone walked out of Prabhas's movie 'Spirit' and the sequel of 'Kalki' (Kalki 2898 AD), there was a big discussion about it. At that time, there was a rumor that Deepika quit because the respective production companies did not agree to the 8-hour work schedule. Recently, 'Drishyam 3: The Conclusion' actress Ishita Dutta responded and supported Deepika. Ishita, a mother of two children, said that only those who have children know how difficult work-life balance is.
'' Deepika Padukone's demand is reasonable. Whether to work 8 hours a day or more is a personal choice. Construction companies can agree or say 'no' to it. But it is wrong to misrepresent such a request and criticize those who ask for regular schedules,” said Ishita. She said that she also worked long hours many times in the past, but after getting hit, the producers understood her condition and sent her off the sets quickly. href="https://www.facebook.com/eenaduonline/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Facebook, Twitter, Instagram& Google News.
