ఈనాడు, హైదరాబాద్: ఏఐసీసీ రాష్ట్ర ఇన్ఛార్జి మీనాక్షీ నటరాజన్ రాజ్యసభ నామినేషన్ తిరస్కరణ వ్యవహారం దేశవ్యాప్తంగా చర్చకు దారితీసింది. ఆ వ్యవహారం తెలంగాణతో ముడిపడి ఉండటంతో అసలు కేసు ఏమిటనేది ఆసక్తికరంగా మారింది. వాస్తవంగా న్యాయస్థానంలో దాఖలైన ఓ పిటిషన్కు సంబంధించి ఆమెకు సమన్లు మాత్రమే జారీ అయ్యాయి. ఇవీ ఆ కేసు పూర్వాపరాలు... ఓ మహిళను లైంగిక వేధింపులకు గురిచేయడంతోపాటు చంపుతానని బెదిరించిన వ్యవహారంలో నారాయణపేట కాంగ్రెస్ నాయకుడు కుంభం శివకుమార్రెడ్డిపై పోలీసు కేసు నమోదైంది. ఆ కేసు ఆధారంగా.. ఆయనపై పార్టీపరంగా చర్యలు తీసుకునేందుకు నిరాకరించిన మీనాక్షీ నటరాజన్తోపాటు కుంభం శివకుమార్రెడ్డి, నారాయణపేట ఎమ్మెల్యే చిట్టెం పర్నికరెడ్డి, టీపీసీసీ అధ్యక్షుడు మహేశ్కుమార్ గౌడ్, మంత్రి వాకిటి శ్రీహరి, నారాయణపేట డీసీసీ అధ్యక్షుడు కె.ప్రశాంత్రెడ్డి, కాంగ్రెస్ నాయకుడు చిట్టెం అభిజయ్రెడ్డి తదితరులపై చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని, నష్టపరిహారం కింద రూ.10 కోట్లు చెల్లించేలా ఆదేశించాలని కోరుతూ గత ఏడాది ఆగస్టు 28న తార్నాకకు చెందిన ఎ.శ్రీలత హైదరాబాద్ నాలుగో అదనపు ఛీప్ మెట్రోపాలిటన్ మేజిస్ట్రేట్ న్యాయస్థానంలో పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేశారు.
‘తనను వేధించిన కుంభం శివకుమార్రెడ్డిపై 2022, మే నెల 7న పంజాగుట్ట, 2023 జూన్ 28న బెంగళూరులోని కుబ్బన్ పోలీస్స్టేషన్లలో కేసులు నమోదయ్యాయి. అతడిని అరెస్టు చేయాలంటూ పంజాగుట్ట పోలీస్స్టేషన్ వద్ద నేను నిరసనకు దిగడంతో నారాయణ్పేట జిల్లా కమిటీ అధ్యక్ష పదవికి రాజీనామా చేశాడు. అతనిపై చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ అధిష్ఠానానికి అనేకమార్లు పిర్యాదు చేసినా పట్టించుకోలేదు. మీనాక్షీ నటరాజన్ దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్లగా..శివకుమార్రెడ్డిని పార్టీ నుంచి ఇప్పటికే సస్పెండ్ చేశామని చెప్పారు. సస్పెన్షన్కు సంబంధించిన ధ్రువపత్రం ఇవ్వమని అడిగితే ఆమె స్పందించలేదు. నమోదైన కేసుకు సంబంధించి ఆయన దాఖలు చేసిన ముందస్తు బెయిల్ పిటిషన్ తిరస్కరణకు గురైన తర్వాత కూడా కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ ఆయన్ను ఎన్నికల కౌంటింగ్ ఏజెంట్గా నియమించింది. నారాయణపేట ఎమ్మెల్యే పర్నికరెడ్డి, ఆయన ఒకే వేదికపై ఆశీనులయ్యారు’ అని ఆమె ఆ పిటిషన్లో పేర్కొన్నారు.
ఇదే విషయాన్ని మీనాక్షీ నజరాజన్కు ముందు ఏఐసీసీ రాష్ట్ర బాధ్యతలు చూస్తున్న దీపాదాస్ మున్షీ దృష్టికి కూడా తీసుకెళ్లానని...ఆమె పర్నికరెడ్డి, శివకుమార్రెడ్డిలను గాంధీభవన్కు పిలిపించారని, అప్పుడు మహేష్కుమార్గౌడ్ కూడా ఉన్నారని పిటిషన్లో వివరించారు. శివకుమార్రెడ్డి స్థానంలో డీసీపీ అధ్యక్షులుగా బాధ్యతలు చేపట్టి ఆ తర్వాత మంత్రి అయిన వాకిటి శ్రీహరి కూడా తనకు న్యాయం చేయలేదని, కాబట్టి వీరందరిపై చర్యలు తీసుకొని నష్టపరిహారం చెల్లించేలా ఆదేశించాలని పిటిషన్లో కోరారు. ఆ పిటిషన్ను పరిశీలించిన న్యాయస్థానం మీనాక్షీ నటరాజన్ సహా పలువురికి సమన్లు జారీ చేసింది. రాజ్యసభ నామినేషన్ పత్రాల్లో ఈ విషయాన్ని పేర్కొనలేదనే కారణంగా ఎన్నికల కమిషన్ ఆమె నామినేషన్ను తిరస్కరించింది.
