చింతపల్లి: అల్లూరి జిల్లాలో అంతర్జాతీయ గంజాయి ముఠా రెచ్చిపోయింది. తనిఖీలు నిర్వహిస్తున్న పోలీసులపై రాళ్ల దాడికి దిగింది. దీంతో పోలీసులు ఎదురు కాల్పులు జరిపారు. చింతపల్లి మండలం అన్నవరం స్టేషన్ పరిధిలోని లోతుగెడ్డ సమీపంలో ముందస్తు సమాచారంతో ఇవాళ తెల్లవారుజామున పోలీసులు తనిఖీలు నిర్వహించారు. గంజాయితో వస్తున్న కారును తనిఖీ చేస్తుండగా.. అందులో ఉన్న ముఠా సభ్యులు.. హెడ్ కానిస్టేబుల్ కాలర్ పట్టుకున్నారు. అంతటితో ఆగకుండా పోలీసులపై రాళ్లతో దాడికి దిగారు. దీంతో పోలీసులు గాల్లోకి కాల్పులు జరపడంతో.. నిందితులు అక్కడి నుంచి పరారయ్యేందుకు ప్రయత్నించగా.. నలుగురిని అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్నారు. నిందితులను ఆంధ్రా, ఒడిశా, ఛత్తీస్గఢ్, రాజస్థాన్కు చెందిన వారిగా గుర్తించారు. కారులో ఉన్న 290 కిలోల గంజాయి స్వాధీనం చేసుకున్నారు.
