ఈనాడు, హైదరాబాద్: మావోయిస్టు పార్టీ చరిత్రలో అత్యంత కీలక లొంగుబాటు.. మునుపెన్నడూ లేని రీతిలో ఒకేసారి నలుగురు అగ్రనేతలు జనజీవన స్రవంతిలో కలిశారు. పార్టీ అత్యున్నత నిర్ణాయక కమిటీ అయిన పొలిట్బ్యూరో సభ్యుడు తిప్పిరి తిరుపతి ఎలియాస్ దేవ్జీ ఎలియాస్ కుమ్ముదాదా (62), కేంద్ర కమిటీ సభ్యుడు మల్లా రాజిరెడ్డి ఎలియాస్ సంగ్రామ్ (76), తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర కమిటీ కార్యదర్శి బడే చొక్కారావు ఎలియాస్ దామోదర్ (47), రాష్ట్ర కమిటీ సభ్యుడు నూనె నర్సింహారెడ్డి ఎలియాస్ గంగన్న (62) మంగళవారం డీజీపీ శివధర్రెడ్డి సమక్షంలో లొంగిపోయారు. దేవ్జీ, సంగ్రామ్లకు రూ.25 లక్షల చొప్పున.. మిగిలిన ఇద్దరికీ రూ.20 లక్షల చొప్పున పునరావాసం చెక్కుల్ని అందించారు.
సుదీర్ఘ ప్రస్థానం
దేవ్జీ 44 ఏళ్లు, రాజిరెడ్డి 46 ఏళ్లు, దామోదర్ 28 ఏళ్లు, గంగన్న 36 ఏళ్లు పార్టీతో కొనసాగించిన అనుబంధం.. ఈ లొంగుబాటుతో ముగిసింది. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఎలాంటి ఆయుధాల్ని ప్రదర్శించకపోవడం గమనార్హం.
పార్టీలో ప్రస్తుతం ఒకే ఒక్క పొలిట్బ్యూరో సభ్యుడు మిసిర్బెస్రా ఎలియాస్ సునిర్మాల్ మాత్రమే మిగిలారు. తెలంగాణ నుంచి అజ్ఞాతంలో ఉన్నవారు 11 మంది మాత్రమే. తాజా లొంగుబాటు.. మావోయిస్టులపై లభించిన ప్రధాన విజయమని తెలంగాణ పోలీసులు ప్రకటించారు. దీంతో మావోయిస్టు పార్టీ శకం చివరిదశకు చేరినట్లేనన్న అభిప్రాయాలు వ్యక్తమవుతున్నాయి. పార్టీకి ఏడాది కాలంగా సారథ్యం కరవైందని తేలింది. గత ఏడాది పార్టీ చీఫ్ బస్వరాజ్ మృతిచెందిన అనంతరం.. దేవ్జీ చీఫ్గా వ్యవహరించారనే ప్రచారం జరిగినా, అది వాస్తవం కాదని డీజీపీ వెల్లడించారు.
జగిత్యాల జైత్రయాత్ర ప్రభావంతో..
జగిత్యాల జిల్లా కోరుట్లకు చెందిన తిరుపతి.. ఇంటర్ చదువుతున్నప్పుడే ర్యాడికల్ స్టూడెంట్స్ యూనియన్ (ఆర్ఎస్యూ)లో చేరి.. టౌన్ అధ్యక్షుడిగా పనిచేశారు. 1978 నాటి జగిత్యాల జైత్రయాత్ర ప్రభావంతో 1982లో ‘పీపుల్స్వార్’లో చేరారు. పార్టీ అగ్రనేత గణపతి సూచనల మేరకు రాజిరెడ్డితో కలిసి దండకారణ్యానికి వెళ్లారు. 1984-87లో గడ్చిరోలి జిల్లా సిరొంచ దళానికి, 1987-89లో పెరిమిలి దళానికి కమాండర్గా పనిచేశారు. 1989లో గడ్చిరోలి డివిజన్ కమిటీ సభ్యుడిగా నియమితులయ్యారు. 1991లో పెరిమిలి దళ సభ్యురాలు అరికె జైనీ ఎలియాస్ సృజనను వివాహం చేసుకున్నారు. 1993లో ఉత్తర గడ్చిరోలి సబ్డివిజన్ కార్యదర్శిగా.. 1995లో స్పెషల్ జోనల్ కమిటీ సభ్యుడిగా ఎన్నికయ్యారు. 2001లో కేంద్ర కమిటీ సభ్యుడిగా నియమితులయ్యారు. అప్పటి నుంచి కీలకమైన సెంట్రల్ మిలిటరీ కమిషన్ (సీఎంసీ) సభ్యుడిగా కొనసాగారు. 2017లో పొలిట్బ్యూరో సభ్యుడిగా ఎన్నికయ్యారు.
జైలు నుంచి పారిపోయి అజ్ఞాతవాసం..
పెద్దపల్లి జిల్లా మంథని మండలం శాస్త్రులపల్లెకు చెందిన రాజిరెడ్డి 1974లో ఆర్ఎస్యూలో చేరారు. 1976లో కోరుట్ల, జగిత్యాల ప్రాంతాల్లో నమోదైన కేసుల్లో అరెస్టయి ఏడాది తర్వాత విడుదలయ్యారు. 1980లోనే పీపుల్స్వార్లో చేరగా.. 1982లో ఆయన భార్య రత్తమ్మ కూడా ఉద్యమ బాట పట్టారు. రాజిరెడ్డి గడ్చిరోలి డివిజన్ కమిటీ సభ్యుడిగా, కార్యదర్శిగా పనిచేసి.. 1987లో దండకారణ్య కమిటీ తొలి కార్యదర్శిగా నియమితులయ్యారు. ఓ కేసులో అరెస్టయి.. 1988 ఆగస్టులో ఆదిలాబాద్ సబ్జైలు నుంచి పారిపోయి అడవిబాట పట్టారు. 1990లో కేంద్ర కమిటీ సభ్యుడిగా నియమితుడయ్యారు. దండకారణ్య స్పెషల్ జోనల్ కమిటీ (డీకేఎస్జడ్సీ), మహారాష్ట్ర కమిటీలకు మార్గనిర్దేశకుడిగా వ్యవహరించారు. 2001లో మహారాష్ట్ర, కర్ణాటక, తమిళనాడు, కేరళలతో కూడిన సౌత్వెస్ట్ రీజినల్ బ్యూరోకు ఇన్ఛార్జి అయ్యారు. 2007లో పొలిట్బ్యూరో సభ్యుడిగా నియమితుడయ్యాక కేరళలో అరెస్టయ్యారు. రెండేళ్ల తర్వాత విడుదలై అజ్ఞాతంలోకి వెళ్లారు. 2022 నుంచి డీకేఎస్జడ్సీ ఇన్ఛార్జిగా కొనసాగారు.
ములుగు జిల్లా తాడ్వాయి మండలం కాల్వపల్లికి చెందిన దామోదర్ 1996లో రాయనిగూడెంలో పదో తరగతి చదువుతున్న సమయంలోనే ఆర్ఎస్యూలో చేరారు. రెండేళ్ల అనంతరం సమీప బంధువు బడే నాగేశ్వర్రావు ప్రోద్బలంతో పీపుల్స్వార్లో చేరి ఏటూరునాగారం-మహదేవ్పూర్ దళ సభ్యుడిగా పనిచేశారు. 2000లో ఏటూరునాగారం దళ డిప్యూటీ కమాండర్గా, 2001లో కొత్తగూడెం-పాల్వంచ ఏరియా కమిటీ కమాండర్గా, 2005లో ఏటూరునాగారం-మహదేవ్పూర్ కమిటీ కార్యదర్శిగా నియమితులయ్యారు. 2006లో ఖమ్మం-కరీంనగర్-వరంగల్ (కేకేడబ్ల్యూ) కమిటీ సభ్యుడిగా, తర్వాత కార్యదర్శిగా పనిచేశారు. 2015లో తెలంగాణ కమిటీ సభ్యుడిగా, 2019లో మిలిటరీ వ్యవహారాల ఇన్ఛార్జిగా వ్యవహరించారు. గత ఏడాది నుంచి తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర కమిటీ కార్యదర్శిగా కొనసాగారు.
ఏపీలోని ఉమ్మడి గుంటూరు జిల్లా కాకుమాను మండలం వల్లూరుకు చెందిన గంగన్న నాగార్జున విశ్వవిద్యాలయంలో ఎల్ఎల్బీ చదువుతున్న సమయంలో 1987లో ఆర్ఎస్యూలో చేరారు. 1990లో పీపుల్స్వార్ దుర్గి దళానికి ఇన్ఛార్జిగా నియమితులయ్యారు. 1995లో సౌత్ కోస్టల్ బెల్ట్ కమిటీకి బదిలీ అయి మూడేళ్లు పనిచేశారు. అనంతరం గుంటూరు డివిజనల్ కమిటీ సభ్యుడిగా 2001 వరకు పనిచేశారు. 2002 ఫిబ్రవరిలో విజయవాడలో అరెస్టయి రెండేళ్ల అనంతరం విడుదలయ్యారు. 2005లో ఏవోబీఎస్జడ్సీకి బదిలీ అయి రాజకీయ శిక్షణ కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించారు. 2008లో రాష్ట్ర కమిటీ సభ్యుడిగా నియమితులయ్యారు. 2010లో బొకారోలో అరెస్టయి నాలుగేళ్ల తర్వాత విడుదలై అడవిబాట పట్టారు. 2020లో డీకేఎస్జడ్సీకి బదిలీ అయి.. అక్కడి కేడర్కు రాజకీయ శిక్షణ ఇచ్చారు. గత ఏడాది మే నెలలో తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర కమిటీకి బదిలీ అయ్యారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో శాంతిభద్రతల విభాగం అదనపు డీజీపీ మహేశ్ భగవత్, ఇంటెలిజెన్స్ చీఫ్ విజయ్కుమార్, ఎస్ఐబీ చీఫ్ సుమతి, ఆపరేషన్స్ అదనపు డీజీపీ అనిల్కుమార్, గ్రేహౌండ్స్ ఎస్పీ రాఘవేందర్రెడ్డి పాల్గొన్నారు.
1993 నుంచి ఇప్పటివరకు తెలంగాణకు చెందిన 5865 మంది మావోయిస్టులు లొంగిపోయారు. లొంగిపోయిన వారికి ఎలాంటి ప్రాణభయం లేదు. అవసరమైతే మా ప్రాణాలు అడ్డు వేస్తాం. దేవ్జీ మావోయిస్టు ప్రధానకార్యదర్శిగా ఇంకా నియమితులు కాలేదు. ఒకవేళ కేంద్ర కమిటీ సమావేశమై ఉంటే ఆయన నియమితులయ్యే అవకాశముండేది. తెలంగాణలోనే పుట్టిన మావోయిస్టు పార్టీ ఇక్కడే అంతమైనట్లు కనిపిస్తోంది. కీలకమైన నలుగురు లొంగిపోవడమే అందుకు తార్కాణం. ఆ పార్టీ గతంలో చాలాసార్లు ఒడిదొడుకులు ఎదుర్కొని పుంజుకున్నా.. ఈసారి ఆ అవకాశాల్లేవు. గణపతి ఎక్కడో పట్టణ ప్రాంతంలో ఉన్నట్లు సమాచారముంది. ఆయన లొంగుబాటుకూ ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నాం. తెలంగాణలో చివరిసారిగా 2019లోనే రిక్రూట్మెంట్లు ఆగిపోయాయి. అజ్ఞాతంలో ఉన్న 11 మంది తెలంగాణ మావోయిస్టుల్లో ముప్పిడి సాంబయ్య మాత్రమే క్రియాశీలంగా ఉన్నారు.
ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోదీ, కేంద్ర హోం మంత్రి అమిత్షాల నాయకత్వంలో ‘మావోయిస్టు ముక్త్ భారత్’ కార్యక్రమం వేగంగా కొనసాగుతోందని, దేవ్జీ, రాజిరెడ్డి, దామోదర్, నర్సింహారెడ్డిలు లొంగిపోయి ప్రజాస్వామ్య బాట పట్టడం మంచి పరిణామమని కేంద్ర హోం శాఖ సహాయ మంత్రి బండి సంజయ్ పేర్కొన్నారు. ‘ఆపరేషన్ కగార్’ కోసం తెలంగాణ పోలీసులు బాగా పనిచేస్తున్నారని, డీజీపీ శివధర్రెడ్డి, ఐజీ సుమతిలను బండి సంజయ్ ప్రశంసించారు.
అనారోగ్య కారణాల వల్లే రహస్య జీవితాన్ని వదిలి బహిరంగ జీవితంలోకి వచ్చానే తప్ప.. వ్యక్తిగత జీవితం కొనసాగించేందుకు మాత్రం కాదు. ప్రజల సమస్యలపై చట్టబద్ధంగానే పనిచేయాలని నిర్ణయించుకున్నా. ఇకముందూ నా రాజకీయ జీవితాన్ని కొనసాగించాలనుకుంటున్నా. దశాబ్దాల తరబడి నమ్మిన సిద్ధాంతాల మేరకే ముందుకు సాగుతా. ఇప్పుడున్న పరిస్థితుల్లో మీడియా అడిగే ప్రశ్నలకు సమయాభావం వల్ల సమగ్రంగా జవాబివ్వలేను. 15 నిమిషాల పాటు చెప్పాల్సిన జవాబును రెండు నిమిషాల్లో ముగిస్తే అపార్థాలకు, అనర్థాలకు, అనవసర చర్చలకు దారితీస్తుంది. దాన్ని నివారించేందుకు ఎక్కువగా మాట్లాడొద్దని నిర్ణయించుకున్నా. ఇది మీడియాను అగౌరవపర్చడం ఎంతమాత్రం కాదని విజ్ఞప్తి చేస్తున్నా. కొంతకాలం తర్వాత మీరు అడిగే ఎలాంటి ప్రశ్నలకైనా సుదీర్ఘంగా సమాధానాలిస్తాం.
మావోయిజం ఎప్పుడూ ముగియదు. ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా అభివృద్ధి చెందుతూనే ఉంటుంది. సాయుధ పోరాటం ముగిసిందా అంటే అవుననీ.. కాదనీ చెప్పలేం. ఇకపై మేం ప్రజల తరఫున వారితో నిలబడి పని చేస్తాం. ప్రజాస్వామిక పద్ధతుల్లోనే వ్యవహరిస్తాం కానీ.. పార్లమెంటరీ విధానంలోకి వెళ్లాలనేది మా ఉద్దేశం కాదు. ప్రజల్ని సంఘటితపరిచేందుకు.. ఇంతకాలం మేం చెప్పిన రాజకీయాలు, సిద్ధాంతాలను వదులుకోకుండానే చట్టబద్ధమైన రీతిలో పనిచేస్తాం. అవకాశం ఉన్నంతవరకు ప్రజల పోరాటాల వెనక నిలుస్తాం.

In 2007, he was arrested in Kerala after being appointed as a member of the Politburo. He was released after two years and went into hiding. He continued as the in-charge of DKSJDC from 2022.
Damodar from Tadwai mandal Kalvapalli of Mulugu district in 1996. He joined RSU when he was studying in class 10 in Rayanigudem. After two years he joined Peopleswar with the encouragement of his close relative Bade Nageshwar Rao and served as a member of Ethurunagaram-Mahadevpur force. In 2000, he was appointed as Deputy Commander of Ethurunagaram Force, in 2001 as Commander of Kottagudem-Palvancha Area Committee and in 2005 as Secretary of Ethurunagaram-Mahadevpur Committee. In 2006, he served as a member of Khammam-Karimnagar-Warangal (KKW) Committee and later as Secretary. In 2015, he served as a member of the Telangana Committee and in 2019 as the in-charge of military affairs. He continued as the secretary of the Telangana State Committee since last year.
