ఈనాడు, అమరావతి: రాష్ట్రంలో పరిశ్రమల ఏర్పాటు, పెట్టుబడుల ప్రతిపాదనలతో వచ్చిన సంస్థలకు భూకేటాయింపులు, రాయితీలకు మంత్రివర్గం ఆమోదముద్ర వేసింది. ఇందుకు సంబంధించి ఈ నెల 18న రాష్ట్ర పెట్టుబడుల ప్రోత్సాహక బోర్డు (ఎస్ఐపీబీ) సమావేశంలో తీసుకున్న పలు నిర్ణయాలను ఆమోదించింది. అనకాపల్లి జిల్లా రాంబిల్లి వద్ద లిథియం అయాన్ సెల్ గిగా పరిశ్రమ, నాయుడుపేట వద్ద లిథియం అయాన్ బ్యాటరీ ప్రాసెసింగ్ పరిశ్రమ, విశాఖ జిల్లా తర్లువాడలో అవుట్సోర్స్డ్ సెమీకండక్టర్ అసెంబ్లీ అండ్ టెస్ట్ ఫెసిలిటీ వంటి సంస్థల ఏర్పాటుకు భూముల కేటాయింపు, పెట్టుబడులకు సమ్మతి తెలిపింది. ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు అధ్యక్షతన మంగళవారం సచివాలయంలో జరిగిన మంత్రివర్గ సమావేశంలో పలు నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకున్నారు.
2014-19 మధ్య చేసిన నీరు- చెట్టు పనులకు సంబంధించి విజిలెన్స్ అండ్ ఎన్ఫోర్స్మెంట్ విభాగం సిఫారసుల మేరకు అటవీశాఖ అధికారులపై చేపట్టిన క్రమశిక్షణ చర్యలు, కొందరు జలవనరులశాఖ ఇంజినీర్లు, జన్మభూమి- మాఊరు కమిటీ సభ్యులు, సంస్థలపై వైకాపా ప్రభుత్వం పెట్టిన కక్షసాధింపు కేసులను ఉపసంహరిస్తూ మంత్రివర్గం నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. ఉన్నతవిద్య, నైపుణ్యాభివృద్ధి, శిక్షణ శాఖల పునర్వ్యవస్థీకరణ ప్రతిపాదనకు ఆమోదం తెలిపింది. కొత్తగా సైన్స్, టెక్నాలజీ అండ్ ఇన్నోవేషన్ విభాగాన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేసింది. ఆ రంగానికి చెందిన నిపుణుడిని కార్యదర్శిగా నియమించాలని నిర్ణయించింది. ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న పర్యావరణం, అటవీ, శాస్త్ర, సాంకేతికశాఖ పేరు ‘పర్యావరణం అటవీశాఖ’గా మార్పు చేసింది. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ మోటారు వాహనాల పన్నుల (సవరణ) బిల్లు-2026ను శాసనసభలో ప్రవేశపెట్టేందుకు ఆమోదం తెలిపింది.
మోటార్ వాహనాల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ సమయంలో చెల్లించే లైఫ్ ట్యాక్స్పై 10 శాతం అదనపు పన్నును ‘రోడ్డు సేఫ్టీ సెస్’ పేరుతో విధించేందుకు వీలుగా చట్ట సవరణకు బిల్లు ప్రవేశపెట్టనున్నారు. జాతీయ వన్యప్రాణి బోర్డు సిఫారసుల మేరకు కొల్లేరు వన్యప్రాణి అభయారణ్య సరిహద్దుల్ని క్రమబద్ధీకరించేందుకు కేంద్ర సాధికార కమిటీ అనుమతి కోరాలన్న ప్రతిపాదనను మంత్రివర్గం ఆమోదించింది. ఉభయ సభలను ఉద్దేశించి గవర్నర్ చేసిన బడ్జెట్ ప్రసంగానికి ఆమోదం తెలిపింది.
వారికీ ఐదు రకాల బస్సుల్లో ఉచితం
దివ్యాంగులకూ ఉచిత బస్సు ప్రయాణ సదుపాయం కల్పించాలని మంత్రివర్గం నిర్ణయించింది. 40 శాతం, అంతకంటే ఎక్కువ వైకల్యం ఉన్న దివ్యాంగులకు... ప్రస్తుతం స్త్రీశక్తి పథకం అమలు చేస్తున్న ఐదు రకాల బస్సు సర్వీసుల్లో ఉచిత ప్రయాణ సదుపాయం కల్పిస్తారు. మెట్రో ఎక్స్ప్రెస్, పల్లెవెలుగు, అల్ట్రాపల్లెవెలుగు, ఎక్స్ప్రెస్ బస్సుల్లో దివ్యాంగులకు ప్రస్తుతం 50 శాతం రాయితీ ఇస్తుండగా... ఇకపై ఉచిత ప్రయాణ సదుపాయం కల్పిస్తారు. సిటీ ఆర్డినరీ బస్సుల్లో ఇప్పటికే ఉచిత ప్రయాణానికి అనుమతిస్తున్నారు. స్త్రీశక్తి పథకం వర్తించని నాన్స్టాప్, అంతర్రాష్ట్ర, సప్తగిరి ఎక్స్ప్రెస్, అల్ట్రా డీలక్స్ బస్సుల్లో దివ్యాంగులకు ఇస్తున్న 50 శాతం రాయితీ యథావిధిగా కొనసాగుతుంది. దీంతోపాటు మంత్రివర్గ సమావేశంలో తీసుకున్న ముఖ్య నిర్ణయాలివీ..
రాంబిల్లిలో రూ.8,175 కోట్లతో లిథియం అయాన్ సెల్ గిగా ఫ్యాక్టరీ
ఇటీవల ఎస్ఐపీబీ సమావేశంలో తీసుకున్న పలు నిర్ణయాలకు మంత్రివర్గం ఆమోదం తెలిపింది.
- విశాఖలో ఏర్పాటు చేయనున్న 1000 మెగావాట్ల ఏఐ డేటా సెంటర్కు సంబంధించి అదానీ ఇన్ఫ్రా ఇండియా లిమిటెడ్ను ఆథరైజ్డ్ నోటిఫైడ్ భాగస్వామిగా పరిగణించాలని గూగుల్ అనుబంధ సంస్థ రైడెన్ ఇన్ఫోటెక్ ఇండియా ప్రైవేట్ లిమిటెడ్ చేసిన విజ్ఞప్తికి కేబినెట్ ఆమోదం. ఈ డేటా సెంటర్ ఏర్పాటుకు భూములు, ప్రోత్సాహకాల వంటి అంశాలపై ప్రభుత్వంతో ఇకపై అదానీ ఇన్ఫ్రా సంస్థ సంప్రదింపులు జరుపుతుంది. ఈ ప్రాజెక్టు కోసం అనకాపల్లి, విశాఖ జిల్లాల్లోని మూడు చోట్ల 601.4 ఎకరాల్ని... వైజాగ్ హైపర్స్కేల్, వైజాగ్ మెగా, వైజాగ్ రాంబిల్లి డేటా సెంటర్ పార్క్ పేరుతో ఏర్పాటు చేసే మూడు ఎస్పీవీలకు ప్రభుత్వం బదలాయిస్తుంది.

- నాయుడుపేట వద్ద లిథియం అయాన్ బ్యాటరీ ప్రాసెసింగ్ యూనిట్ ఏర్పాటుకు.. ఎన్ఏఎన్ గ్రీన్మెట్ ప్రైవేట్ లిమిటెడ్ సంస్థకు 21.36 ఎకరాల కేటాయింపు. ప్రత్యేక ప్రోత్సాహకాలు. రూ.1,366 కోట్ల పెట్టుబడితో 340 మందికి ఉపాధి కల్పించనున్న సంస్థ.
- రాంబిల్లి ఇండస్ట్రియల్ పార్కులో ఎండీఎఫ్, పార్టికల్ బోర్డు ప్రొడక్షన్ లైన్ ఏర్పాటుకు బాలాజీ యాక్షన్ బిల్డ్ వెల్ (యాక్షన్ టెసా) సంస్థకు గతంలో ఇచ్చిన ప్రోత్సాహకాల్ని పొడిగిస్తూ తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయానికి ఆమోదం. ఆ సంస్థ రూ.1,233 కోట్ల పెట్టుబడితో 1,500 మందికి ఉపాధి కల్పించనుంది.
- ఓర్వకల్లు మండలంతోని గుత్తపాడు క్లస్టర్లో సింథటిక్ ఆర్గానిక్ కెమికల్స్, ఏపీఐల తయారీ యూనిట్ ఏర్పాటుకు.. సిగాచి ఇండస్ట్రీస్ సంస్థకు ప్రత్యేక ప్రోత్సాహకాలు ఇచ్చేందుకు ఆమోదం.
- విశాఖ జిల్లా తర్లువాడలో అవుట్సోర్స్డ్ సెమీకండక్టర్ అసెంబ్లీ అండ్ టెస్ట్ ఫెసిలిటీ ఏర్పాటుకు అడ్వాన్స్డ్ సిస్టమ్ ఇన్ ప్యాకేజ్ టెక్నాలజీస్ సంస్థకు ఆమోదం. రూ.2,387.81 కోట్లతో దీన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేస్తామని ప్రతిపాదించిన సంస్థ. వెయ్యి ఉద్యోగాల కల్పన. ఆ సంస్థకు 30 ఎకరాలు కేటాయిస్తూ, ప్రత్యేక ప్రోత్సాహకాలు కల్పిస్తూ నిర్ణయం.
- సిరిబయోనిక్స్ ప్రైవేట్ లిమిటెడ్, ప్రీమియర్ ఎక్స్ప్లోజివ్స్ లిమిటెడ్, స్కై స్టోరేజ్ సొల్యూషన్స్ ప్రైవేట్ లిమిటెడ్ సంస్థలకు భూమి కేటాయిస్తూ నిర్ణయం.
తితిదేలో లడ్డూ తయారీ కేంద్రం (పోటు)లో 18 సూపర్వైజర్ పోస్టులకు అనుమతి. 18 పోర్టు వర్కర్ (సీనియర్) పోస్టుల్ని అప్గ్రేడ్ చేయడం ద్వారా ఈ పోస్టుల్ని సృష్టిస్తారు.

The proposal for reorganization of higher education, skill development and training departments has been approved. Newly formed Science, Technology and Innovation department. It was decided to appoint an expert from that field as the secretary. The name of the existing Department of Environment, Forest, Science and Technology has been changed to 'Environment Forest Department'. Andhra Pradesh has approved the introduction of Motor Vehicle Taxes (Amendment) Bill-2026 in the Legislative Assembly.
A bill will be introduced to amend the law to levy an additional tax of 10 percent on the life tax paid at the time of registration of motor vehicles under the name of 'Road Safety Cess'. The Cabinet approved the proposal to seek permission from the Central Empowered Committee to regularize the boundaries of the Kolleru Wildlife Sanctuary as per the recommendations of the National Wildlife Board. Governor's budget speech addressed to both Houses was approved.
Free for them in five types of buses
Ministry has decided to provide free bus travel facility to the disabled. Divyangs with 40 percent and above disabilities... will be provided free travel facility in the five types of bus services currently running under the Strisshakti scheme. While currently 50 percent discount is given to disabled persons in Metro Express, Pallevelugu, Ultrapallevelugu and express buses, free travel facility will be provided from now on. Free travel is already allowed in city ordinary buses. The 50 percent concession given to disabled persons in Non-stop, Interstate, Saptagiri Express and Ultra Deluxe buses, where the Strishakti scheme is not applicable, will continue as usual. - Regarding the 1000 MW AI data center to be set up in Visakhapatnam. The Cabinet approved the plea of Raiden Infotech India Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Google, to consider Adani Infra India Ltd as an Authorized Notified Partner.
