ఈనాడు, హైదరాబాద్: రాష్ట్రంలో ఇంటింటికీ అత్యంత వేగవంతమైన డిజిటల్ సేవలు త్వరలో అందుబాటులోకి రానున్నాయి. టీ ఫైబర్ ఆధ్వర్యంలో అన్ని పల్లెల్లోనూ ప్రతి ఇంటికి స్వల్ప ఖర్చుతో ఇంటర్నెట్ కనెక్షన్లు అందించడానికి రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం సన్నద్ధమవుతోంది. ఇప్పటికే 26 జిల్లాల్లోని సుమారు 9,000 గ్రామాలకు ఆప్టికల్ ఫైబర్ కేబుల్ రింగ్ కనెక్టివిటీని ఏర్పాటు చేయగా.. ఈ పరిధిలో ఇప్పటివరకు లేని రంగారెడ్డి, ఖమ్మం, నిజామాబాద్ జిల్లాలను కూడా చేర్చారు. ఈ కనెక్టివిటీ వల్ల వైరు తెగి ఎక్కడైనా అంతరాయం కలిగినా ఆ గ్రామంలో సేవలు నిలిచిపోవు. అన్ని గ్రామపంచాయతీలను ఇదే విధానంలో అనుసంధానం చేస్తారు. ఈ మూడు జిల్లాల్లో రింగ్ కనెక్టివిటీ కోసం కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వానికి పలు సందర్భాల్లో సీఎం రేవంత్రెడ్డి, ఐటీ మంత్రి శ్రీధర్బాబు వినతి పత్రాలు అందజేశారు. తాజాగా భారత్ నెట్ సవరణ కార్యక్రమంలో భాగంగా రంగారెడ్డి, ఖమ్మం, నిజామాబాద్ జిల్లాల్లో రింగ్ కనెక్టివిటీకి కేంద్రం రూ.432 కోట్లు మంజూరు చేసింది. వీటితో పాటు రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా ఆప్టికల్ ఫైబర్ కేబుళ్లను పదేళ్ల పాటు మెయింటెనెన్స్ చేసేందుకు మరో రూ.2,697 కోట్లను, పరిపాలన వ్యయం నిధులు కలిపి డిజిటల్ సేవల కోసం రాష్ట్రానికి రూ.3,185 కోట్లు కేంద్రం మంజూరుచేసింది. ప్రస్తుతం టీ ఫైబర్ ఆధ్వర్యంలో రింగ్ కనెక్టివిటీ ఉన్న జిల్లాల నుంచి నాలుగు గ్రామాలను ఎంపిక చేసుకొని అక్కడి అన్ని ఇళ్లకు ఉచితంగా ఇంటర్నెట్ కనెక్షన్లను అందిస్తున్నారు. ఈ ప్రయత్నం విజయవంతం కావడంతో కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం దీన్ని సక్సెస్ ఫుల్ మోడల్గా గుర్తించింది. రింగ్ కనెక్టివిటీ లేని జిల్లాలకు కూడా ఈ విధానాన్ని వర్తింప చేయడానికి ఆమోదం తెలిపింది.
మరో ప్రత్యేక సంస్థ ఏర్పాటు...!:భారత్నెట్ కార్యక్రమం (ఏబీపీ) అమలు కోసం రాష్ట్రంలో మరో సంస్థను ఏర్పాటు చేయాల్సి ఉంది. ఈ ప్రత్యేక సంస్థలో కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలకు సమాన వాటా ఉంటుంది. భారత్నెట్ ఫేజ్-2 (టీఫైబర్)లో పెండింగ్ పనులను డీబీఎన్, బీబీఎన్ఎల్, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాల మధ్య కుదిరిన ఒప్పందం పరిధిలో పూర్తి చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. కేంద్రం అనుమతించిన నిధికన్నా చేసిన అదనపు ఖర్చును పూర్తిగా రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వమే భరించాలని సూచించింది.
- ఏబీపీ కార్యక్రమాన్ని 12,769 గ్రామాల్లో అమలు చేసేందుకు కేంద్ర క్యాబినెట్ ఆమోదం తెలిపింది. ఇందులో 1,946 గ్రామాల్లో రింగ్ కనెక్టివిటీ అప్గ్రేడ్, 36 గ్రామాల్లో కొత్తగా రింగ్ కనెక్టివిటీ అమలు చేయాలి. ప్రస్తుతం 10,787 గ్రామాల్లో రింగ్ కనెక్టివిటీ ఉంది.
- భారత్నెట్ ఆస్తులన్నీ జీఐఎస్ మ్యాపింగ్ చేయాలి. ఈ నిధులను కొత్తసంస్థకు డిజిటల్ భారత్నిధి (డీబీఎన్) నేరుగా విడుదల చేస్తుంది.
- గ్రామాల్లో ఇంటింటికీ ఎఫ్టీటీహెచ్ కనెక్షన్లు ఇచ్చేందుకు భారత్నెట్ఉద్యమీస్ను నియమించాలి. రానున్న ఐదేళ్లలో గ్రామాల్లో ఈ కనెక్షన్లు అందించాలి. ప్రభుత్వ సంస్థలు, పాఠశాలలు, ఆరోగ్య కేంద్రాలు, అంగన్వాడీలు, పంచాయతీ కార్యాలయాల్ని అనుసంధానం చేయాలి. ఏబీపీ కార్యక్రమం కింద సెట్అప్బాక్సు, ఇతర ఖర్చుల కింద 2,93,266 కనెక్షన్లకు కేంద్రం సబ్సిడీ అందిస్తుంది.
- తెలంగాణలోని ప్రతి ఇంటికి కనీసం 25 ఎంబీపీఎస్ డౌన్లోడ్ వేగంతో.. 691 బ్లాకులకు బీఎస్ఎన్ఎల్ ఇంటర్నెట్ లీజ్డ్లైన్స్ కనెక్టివిటీ అందించాలి.

Today, Hyderabad: State's fastest door-to-door digital services coming soon Will be available. The state government is gearing up to provide Internet connections to every home at a low cost in all villages under T-Fiber. Optical fiber cable ring connectivity has already been established for around 9,000 villages in 26 districts.. Ranga Reddy, Khammam and Nizamabad districts which have not been covered so far have also been included. Recently, the center has sanctioned Rs.432 crores for ring connectivity in Ranga Reddy, Khammam and Nizamabad districts as part of the Bharat Net amendment programme. Apart from these, the Center has sanctioned another Rs.2,697 crores for maintenance of optical fiber cables across the state for ten years and Rs.3,185 crores for digital services including administrative expenditure funds. At present four villages have been selected from the districts with ring connectivity under the auspices of Tea Fiber and free internet connections are being provided to all the houses there. Due to the success of this effort, the central government recognized it as a successful model. It has been approved to apply this system to districts without ring connectivity.
Establishment of another special organization...!:Another organization has to be set up in the state for implementation of Bharatnet Program (ABP). The central and state governments have equal shares in this special body. The pending works in BharatNet Phase-2 (TFiber) have to be completed within the scope of the agreement between DBN, BBNL and the state governments. It suggested that the state government should fully bear the additional expenditure incurred in excess of the funds sanctioned by the Centre.
- The Union Cabinet has given approval to implement the ABP program in 12,769 villages. In this, ring connectivity should be upgraded in 1,946 villages and new ring connectivity should be implemented in 36 villages. At present there is ring connectivity in 10,787 villages.
