Vizag: Navy glider that went out of control in Visakha .. Confusion as it landed in another area

Visakhapatnam: In Visakhapatnam, a Navy sailor landed in a place other than the designated area while gliding. A Navy sailor landed with a glider at a gypsum yard in Scindia's Coromandel suburb of Visakhapatnam. Naval officials believe that this may have happened due to wind or a technical fault. The sailor and the glider were taken into custody and taken to the training base. The sailor took off from the Eastern Naval Air Station INS Dega on a Navy Parachute Glider. There was concern when the glider, which was supposed to land in the INS Ekshila compound near the Gajuwaka depot, landed in another area. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief as they finally landed safely on the ground.
