ఇంటర్నెట్ డెస్క్: ఈ ఏడాది మార్చి 31 నాటికి దేశంలో నక్సలిజాన్ని తుడిచిపెడతామని కేంద్రం ప్రకటిస్తూ వస్తోంది. ఈ డెడ్లైన్ సమీపిస్తున్న వేళ.. ఛత్తీస్గఢ్లోని రాయ్పుర్లో కేంద్ర హోంశాఖ మంత్రి అమిత్ షా ఉన్నతస్థాయి సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా నక్సల్ వ్యతిరేక కార్యకలాపాలను సమీక్షించారు. వామపక్ష తీవ్రవాదంపై పోరాటంలో భాగంగా చేపట్టిన చర్యలు సత్ఫలితాలు ఇచ్చాయని ‘ఎక్స్’ వేదికగా వెల్లడించారు.
‘‘భద్రతా వ్యూహాలు, మౌలిక సదుపాయాల అభివృద్ధి, మావోయిస్టుల ఆర్థిక నెట్వర్క్లను దెబ్బతీయడం, లొంగుబాటు పాలసీల వంటివి నక్సలిజంపై పోరాటంలో సత్ఫలితాలు ఇచ్చాయి’’ అని అమిత్ షా ( Amit Shah) తెలిపారు. నిర్దేశించుకున్న గడువులోపు నక్సలిజాన్ని నిర్మూలిస్తామని పునరుద్ఘాటించారు. ఈ సమావేశంలో ఛత్తీస్గఢ్, తెలంగాణ, ఒడిశా, మహారాష్ట్ర, ఝార్ఖండ్ రాష్ట్రాల అధికారులు, కేంద్ర సంస్థలు, భద్రతాబలగాల ఉన్నతాధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
మావోయిస్టులపై కేంద్రం కొన్నేళ్లుగా ఉక్కుపాదం మోపుతోంది. నక్సల్ వ్యతిరేక కార్యకలాపాలు తీవ్రతరం చేసింది. పోలీసులు తెలిపిన వివరాల ప్రకారం.. గతేడాది జనవరి నుంచి ఛత్తీస్గఢ్లో ఆయా ఎన్కౌంటర్లలో నంబాల కేశవరావు వంటి అగ్ర నేతలు సహా 500 మందికిపైగా మావోయిస్టులు హతమయ్యారు. అదే వ్యవధిలో రాష్ట్రంలో దాదాపు 1,900 మంది నక్సలైట్లు అరెస్టయ్యారు. 2,500 మందికి పైగా లొంగిపోయారు.
