ఖమ్మం నగరం, న్యూస్టుడే: ‘‘గత ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలో అవినీతి, అక్రమాలకు నిలయంగా మారిన ధరణి పోర్టల్ను బంగాళాఖాతంలో కలిపి, ప్రపంచంలోనే అత్యుత్తమంగా తీర్చిదిద్దిన భూభారతి చట్టాన్ని మా ప్రభుత్వం అమల్లోకి తెచ్చింది’’ అని రెవెన్యూశాఖ మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాసరెడ్డి తెలిపారు. ఖమ్మం జిల్లాలో శిక్షణ పూర్తిచేసుకున్న లైసెన్స్డ్ సర్వేయర్లు 47 మందికి కలెక్టరేట్లో ఆదివారం ధ్రువపత్రాలు అందజేశారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా మంత్రి మాట్లాడుతూ.. ‘ధరణి’లో తప్పులను సవరించి, ఆధార్ కార్డుల్లా భూములకు భూధార్ సంఖ్య కేటాయిస్తామన్నారు. నూతన చట్టంలో భాగంగానే భూముల సమగ్రసర్వేకు 5,500 మంది లైసెన్స్డ్ సర్వేయర్లను నియమించామన్నారు. మిగతా జిల్లాల్లోనూ రెండు, మూడు రోజుల్లో ధ్రువపత్రాలు పంపిణీ చేస్తారన్నారు. గతంలో ధరణిని అడ్డంపెట్టుకుని పాల్పడిన అక్రమాలను వెలికితీసేందుకు కేరళకు చెందిన ఓ సంస్థకు ఫోరెన్సిక్ ఆడిట్ బాధ్యత అప్పగించామన్నారు. సిరిసిల్ల, సిద్దిపేట జిల్లాల్లో అందిన నివేదికలను పరిశీలిస్తున్నామని, మిగతా జిల్లాల్లోనూ ఆడిట్ నిర్వహిస్తామన్నారు. భూభారతి వచ్చాక వ్యవసాయ భూముల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్లలో అక్రమాలు చోటుచేసుకున్నట్లు ప్రతిపక్షాలు ఆరోపణలు చేస్తున్నాయని, అవన్నీ ధరణిలో లొసుగులతోనే చోటుచేసుకున్నాయని, రూ.వేల కోట్ల కుంభకోణం ఏమీలేదని, కేవలం రూ.3.9 కోట్లు దారి మళ్లాయని గుర్తించామన్నారు. జనగామ జిల్లాలో కొన్ని మీసేవా కేంద్రాల్లో జరిగిన అక్రమాలు వెలికితీసి దోషులను అరెస్టు చేసినట్లు వివరించారు.
మున్సిపల్ ఎన్నికల్లో పైరవీలకు తావు లేకుండా టికెట్లు
ఖమ్మం కమాన్బజార్, న్యూస్టుడే: మున్సిపల్ ఎన్నికల్లో ప్రజాభిప్రాయాన్ని సేకరించి అభ్యర్థులను ఎంపిక చేస్తామని మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాసరెడ్డి తెలిపారు. ఖమ్మంలోని తన క్యాంపు కార్యాలయంలో ఆదివారం ఏదులాపురం పురపాలిక ఎన్నికలకు సంబంధించి కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ సన్నాహక సమావేశంలో మాట్లాడారు. ఫిబ్రవరి 15లోపు ఎన్నికల ప్రక్రియ పూర్తయ్యే అవకాశం ఉందన్నారు. పైరవీలు, వారసత్వాలకు తావులేదని, సర్వేల ఆధారంగా టికెట్లు కేటాయిస్తామని చెప్పారు. టికెట్ దక్కనివారికి ఏదోరూపంలో సముచిత స్థానం కల్పిస్తామని, పార్టీ అభ్యర్థులకు వ్యతిరేకంగా పోటీచేయాలని ఎవరు రెచ్చగొట్టినా మోసపోవద్దని సూచించారు. వార్డులవారీగా నాయకులతో ముఖాముఖి నిర్వహించి స్థానిక పరిస్థితులపై ఆరా తీశారు.

Khammam city, Newstoday: ``During the previous Govt. Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy said that the Dharani portal, which has become a home for corruption and irregularities, has been merged into the Bay of Bengal and the best designed Bhubharati Act in the world has been implemented by our government. 47 licensed surveyors who completed their training in Khammam district were handed over certificates at the Collectorate on Sunday. Speaking on this occasion, the Minister said that the mistakes in 'Dharani' will be corrected and Bhudhar number will be allotted to the lands with Aadhaar card. As part of the new law, 5,500 licensed surveyors have been appointed for comprehensive land survey. He said that certificates will be distributed in other districts in two or three days. A Kerala-based organization has been entrusted with the responsibility of forensic audit to uncover the irregularities committed by obstructing Dharani in the past. He said that the reports received in Sirisilla and Siddipet districts are being examined and audit will be conducted in other districts as well. He said that after the arrival of Bhubharti, the opposition has been alleging that there were irregularities in the registration of agricultural lands, all of which happened in Dharani with loopholes, and it was found that there was no scam of Rs. It was explained that the irregularities in some service centers in Janagama district were discovered and the culprits were arrested.
Municipal election candidates without tickets
Khammam Kamanbazar, Newstoday: Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy said that they will collect public opinion in municipal elections and select candidates. He was addressing a preparatory meeting of the Congress party regarding the Edulapuram Municipal Elections at his camp office in Khammam on Sunday. He said that the election process is likely to be completed by February 15. He said that there is no problem with inheritance and inheritance, tickets will be allotted based on surveys. He advised that those who did not get tickets will be given appropriate place in some form and should not be fooled by whoever incites them to contest against the party candidates. Ward wise interviews were held with the leaders and inquired about the local situation.
