దిల్లీ: వచ్చే ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరం (2026-27)లో దేశంలోని ప్రధాన నగరాల్లో విలాసవంత ఇళ్లు/ఫ్లాట్లకు గిరాకీతో పాటు ధరలూ తగ్గొచ్చని ఒక సర్వే పేర్కొంది. ‘ఇండియా లగ్జరీ రెసిడెన్షియల్ అవుట్లుక్ 2026’ నివేదికలో ఈ విషయాన్ని ప్రాపర్టీ కన్సల్టెంట్ ఇండియా సోథెబైస్ ఇంటర్నేషనల్ రియాల్టీ (ఐఎస్ఐఆర్) తెలిపింది. సుమారు 700 మంది అధిక నికర విలువ కలిగిన వ్యక్తులు (హెచ్ఎన్ఐ), అల్ట్రా హెచ్ఎన్ఐల అభిప్రాయాల ఆధారంగా ఈ నివేదిక రూపొందించినట్లు సంస్థ తెలిపింది. ఈ సర్వేలో అభిప్రాయాలు తెలిపిన వారిలో 53% మంది మూలధన పెట్టుబడులు పెరుగుతాయనే విలాసవంత ఇళ్లపై పెట్టుబడి పెట్టారు. 47% మంది వ్యక్తిగత వినియోగం కోసం కొన్నారు.ఈ నివేదిక ప్రకారం.. అభిప్రాయాలు తెలిపిన వారిలో 56% మంది ధరలు తగ్గుతాయనే భావిస్తున్నారు.
- 2026-27లో జీడీపీ వృద్ధి 6-7 శాతంగా ఉండొచ్చని 72% మంది పేర్కొన్నారు.
- స్థిరాస్తిపై వార్షిక రాబడి 15% ఉంటుందని 67% మంది ధనిక పెట్టుబడిదారులు అంచనా వేస్తున్నారు.
- 2025లో దిల్లీ-ఎన్సీఆర్, ముంబయి, గోవా, అలీబాగ్ వంటి ప్రాంతాల్లో విలాసంతవంత ఇళ్లు/ఫ్లాట్ల మార్కెట్ బాగానే రాణించింది. అంకుర సంస్థల వ్యవస్థాపకులు, తదుపరితరం ఔత్సాహికులు, సీనియర్ వృత్తి నిపుణుల వంటివారు విలాసవంత ఇళ్ల కొనుగోలుకు ముందకు రావడం ఇందుకు కారణం.

Delhi: next financial year (2026-27) In major cities of the country, the demand for luxury houses/flats may decrease along with the prices, says a survey. Property consultant India Sotheby's International Realty (ISIR) said this in the report 'India Luxury Residential Outlook 2026'. The report is based on the opinions of around 700 high net worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra HNIs, the firm said. 53% of respondents to this survey have invested in luxury homes as capital investment increases. 47% bought for personal consumption.According to this report, 56% of respondents expect prices to come down.
- 72% said GDP growth could be 6-7 percent in 2026-27.
- 67% of rich investors expect annual return on real estate to be 15%.
