Bangalore: Karnataka Home Minister Parameshwara has reacted to the case of robbers diverting a container carrying Rs.400 crores on the Charlakonda road on the Goa-Karnataka border. The robbers diverted a container carrying Rs.400 crores on the Charlakonda road on the Goa-Karnataka border. The Maharashtra Special Investigation Team (SIT) is inquiring as to who diverted the vehicle from Gujarat to Tirupati via Maharashtra and Goa to enter Karnataka. While this robbery is believed to have taken place in Belagavi, Karnataka, a case has been registered in Nashik, Maharashtra. While the BJP has accused the Congress party of transferring this money to the assembly elections to be held soon in some states, Karnataka ministers Satish Jarki Holi and Priyank Kharge have dismissed the allegations as false. A challenge was thrown to identify which government is in power in Gujarat, Maharashtra and Goa. Four people have been detained and questioned by the investigating officers in this case.
