బీఎస్సీ (వ్యవసాయ) మూడో సంవత్సరం మొదటి సెమిస్టర్ పరీక్షల్లో వరంగల్ కేంద్రంగా ప్రశ్నపత్రాలు లీకైన వ్యవహారం వెలుగులోకి వచ్చింది. దానికి బాధ్యులైన ఒక ఉన్నతాధికారి, ముగ్గురు సిబ్బందిని సస్పెండ్ చేస్తూ గురువారం రాత్రి ఆచార్య జయశంకర్ తెలంగాణ వ్యవసాయ విశ్వవిద్యాలయం రిజిస్ట్రార్ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీచేశారు. 35 మంది ఇన్సర్వీసు అభ్యర్థులకు లీకేజీ ప్రశ్నపత్రాలు అందినట్లు గుర్తించారు. వీరంతా వ్యవసాయ విస్తరణాధికారులుగా ఉండి ఇన్సర్వీసు కోటాలో మూడేళ్ల క్రితం బీఎస్సీలో ప్రవేశాలు పొందారు. వారి ప్రవేశాలను రద్దు చేసి, తిరిగి వ్యవసాయ శాఖకు పంపిస్తూ ఉత్తర్వులు ఇచ్చారు. వారికి మళ్లీ ఇన్సర్వీసు కోటాలో బీఎస్సీ ప్రవేశాలు కల్పించకుండా బ్లాక్లిస్టులో చేర్చారు.

గత వారం వర్సిటీ వీసీ అల్దాస్ జానయ్య జగిత్యాల వ్యవసాయ కళాశాలను సందర్శించారు. గత నెలలో జరిగిన సెమిస్టర్ పరీక్షల మార్కుల షీట్లను పరిశీలించారు. అందులో ఇన్సర్వీసు విద్యార్థులకు.. కఠినమైన పాథాలజీ సబ్జెక్టులో 90 శాతానికి పైగా మార్కులు వచ్చినట్లు గుర్తించారు. సాధారణంగా పాథాలజీలో అత్యంత ప్రతిభావంతులకే 60 శాతం కంటే ఎక్కువ రావు. అలాంటిది 90 శాతానికి పైగా మార్కులు ఎలా వచ్చాయనే అనుమానంతో ఆయన పరీక్షలు జరిగిన నాటి సీసీటీవీ ఫుటేజీలను తెప్పించి పరిశీలించారు. అందులో ఒక ఇన్సర్వీస్ అభ్యర్థి పది నిమిషాల్లోనే పరీక్ష పూర్తిచేసి, ఖాళీగా కూర్చున్నట్లు గుర్తించారు. ఆ విద్యార్థిని పిలిచి గట్టిగా ప్రశ్నించడంతో వరంగల్ నుంచి వాట్సప్లో ప్రశ్నపత్రం వచ్చిందని చెప్పారు. పార్ట్ ఏలోని 40 ఆబ్జెక్టివ్ ప్రశ్నలకు జవాబులను ఏఐ ఆధారిత పెన్నులో నమోదు చేసుకుని.. పరీక్ష రాసినట్లు వెల్లడించారు. దీనిపై వీసీ ముగ్గురు అధికారులతో కమిటీ వేసి విచారణ జరిపించడంతో మొత్తం వ్యవహారం వెలుగుచూసింది. వరంగల్ వ్యవసాయ కళాశాల అధికారి, ఉద్యోగి కలిసి 6 పరీక్షల ప్రశ్నపత్రాలను వాట్సప్ గ్రూపుల ద్వారా ఇన్సర్వీసు అభ్యర్థులకు పంపినట్లు గుర్తించారు. ఇందుకోసం ఒక్కొక్కరి నుంచి రూ.10 వేల నుంచి రూ.20 వేల వరకూ వసూలు చేశారు. ఇలా రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా వివిధ కళాశాలల్లో చదువుతున్న 35 మంది ఇన్సర్వీస్ అభ్యర్థులకు ప్రశ్నపత్రాలు చేరగా... వారంతా కృత్రిమమేధ ఆధారిత పెన్నులలో జవాబులు నమోదు చేసుకొని పరీక్షలు రాసినట్లు తేలింది. లీకేజీ వ్యవహారం వెలుగుచూడడంతో వర్సిటీలో ప్రశ్నపత్రాల భద్రత, పరీక్షల నిర్వహణపై సైబర్ నేరాల విభాగం ద్వారా సమగ్ర విచారణ జరిపించాలని వీసీ జానయ్య నిర్ణయించారు.

BSC (Agriculture) In the first semester examinations of the third year, the issue of question papers being leaked at the Warangal center came to light. The Registrar of Acharya Jayashankar Telangana Agricultural University issued an order on Thursday night suspending a senior official and three staff members responsible for it. 35 inservice candidates were found to have received leakage question papers. All of them were agricultural extension officers and got admission in B.Sc three years back in in-service quota. Orders were given canceling their entries and sending them back to the Agriculture Department. They were again blacklisted without providing B.Sc admissions in the in-service quota.

Last week Varsity VC Aldas Janaiah visited Jagityala College of Agriculture. The mark sheets of the semester exams held last month were examined. It was found that inservice students got more than 90 percent marks in the tough pathology subject. Usually the most gifted in pathology do not get more than 60 percent. Suspecting how he got more than 90 percent marks, he brought the CCTV footages of the exams and examined them. One inservice candidate completed the exam within ten minutes and was found to be sitting empty. After calling the student and questioning him strongly, he said that he received the question paper on WhatsApp from Warangal. Answers to 40 objective questions in Part A are entered in the AI based pen. He revealed that he had written the exam. The whole affair came to light when the VC formed a committee with three officers and conducted an investigation. Warangal Agricultural College officer and employee found that 6 exam question papers were sent to inservice candidates through WhatsApp groups. For this they charged Rs.10 thousand to Rs.20 thousand from each person.
