OFor a disciple who is studying in an ashram, the triple purification means There was a doubt. He went straight and asked the Guru. The Guru said that the union of mind, word and deed is the triple purification. The disciple asked to explain. 'You are the supreme teacher, you are getting knowledge from your own source. Inside you think how much longer will he do this job. You act as if it is your duty to serve the Guru... That is what you think is one thing, what you say to me is one thing, what you appear to be doing is another. This is called lack of ternary purification. The teacher taught the subject to the disciple as he said, 'You yourself understand what it means to be.' 

In a word, Trikarana Shuddhi means to keep the inner body clean. If the mind is pure, the speech will be sweet. It receives forgiveness from others. Here is one point where some people get it wrong. A person wants to commit a crime, not only says that he will commit a certain crime but also shows it by doing it. When all three become one, it is not called trinity purification. It is only triune union, not purification. It becomes trinity purification only when mind, action and speech are sinlessly united with good will. Trinity should never contradict Dharma. 

Our thoughts should become words and words should become actions. They should always benefit society. Whether a person wants to mature personally, develop self-confidence, stand as an ideal citizen in the society, get peace and comfort in life... This triple purification is mandatory.

In the annual examinations, a student gets marks in the eighties in all subjects, but only in one subject. So some students say that boy is a failure. He got good marks in all the subjects so he can pass and send him to the upper class. After hearing the arguments of both sides, the Guru said... 'Even if a single drop of poison comes together, the milk of Bindedu will become ineffective. Also, if we want to get a good name in the society, there should not be even a small stain in our personality. Also, a student excels only when he shows equal talent in all the disciplines. It is not comprehensive knowledge if it fails in any one of them'.  Such knowledge is acquired only when one works diligently.

Some people have great ideas. They speak wonderfully about them. But not one is practiced. Such people can never be winners. Gandhiji became a Mahatma because he practiced the principles of Manasa, Vacha and Karmana that he believed in. No work without trinity purification can achieve permanent success in personal, social and spiritual life.
