‘‘వీధుల్లో తిరిగే కుక్కల నుంచి శుభ్రతను ఆశించలేం. అలాంటివి ఆసుపత్రిలో ఉంటే పరిణామాలు తీవ్రంగా ఉంటాయి. మీరు వాదిస్తున్నది పూర్తిగా వాస్తవానికి దూరంగా ఉంది. ఆసుపత్రుల్లో ఉన్న కుక్కల గురించి గొప్పగా చెప్పకండి. అలాగే, కలర్ కోడింగ్ కాలర్స్ మనకు సాధ్యమవుతాయా? వాటిని అనుసరిస్తున్న దేశాల జనాభా ఎంత?’’ అని సర్వోన్నత న్యాయస్థానం ప్రశ్నించింది.
