ఇంటర్నెట్డెస్క్: అమెరికా అధ్యక్షుడు డొనాల్డ్ ట్రంప్తో భారత ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోదీ ( PM Modi) నేరుగా మాట్లాడకపోవడమే వాణిజ్య ఒప్పందం కార్యరూపం దాల్చకపోవడానికి కారణమని అమెరికా వాణిజ్య మంత్రి హోవార్డ్ లుట్నిక్ చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలపై భారత్ స్పందించింది. ఇరుదేశాలకు సంబంధించి వివిధ అంశాల్లో గతేడాది ప్రధాని మోదీ, ట్రంప్ ( Donald Trump) ఎనిమిది సార్లు ఫోన్లో సంభాషించుకున్నారని భారత విదేశాంగ శాఖ (MEA) స్పష్టం చేసింది. రష్యా చమురు కొనుగోలు చేసే దేశాలపై అమెరికా అదనపు ఆంక్షలు విధించే బిల్లుపైనా అవగాహన ఉందని, పరిణామాలను నిశితంగా పరిశీలిస్తున్నామని తెలిపింది.
కట్టుబడి ఉన్నాం..
‘‘అమెరికా వాణిజ్య మంత్రి వ్యాఖ్యలు చూశాం. ద్వైపాక్షిక వాణిజ్య ఒప్పందంపై చర్చించేందుకు గతేడాది ఫిబ్రవరి 13 నాటికే ఇరుదేశాలు కట్టుబడి ఉన్నాయి. అప్పటి నుంచి పరస్పర ప్రయోజనం చేకూరే వాణిజ్య ఒప్పందం కోసం ఇరుపక్షాలు పలుమార్లు సంప్రదింపులు జరిపాయి. వీటి గురించి అమెరికా వాణిజ్య మంత్రి వ్యాఖ్యల్లో స్పష్టత లేదు. అనేకసార్లు ఒప్పందానికి దగ్గరగా వచ్చాం. ఇప్పటికీ దీనిపై ముందుకు వెళ్లేందుకు ఆసక్తిగా ఉన్నాం. గతేడాది ఎనిమిది సందర్భాల్లో ప్రధాని మోదీ, అధ్యక్షుడు ట్రంప్ ఫోన్లో సంభాషించుకున్నారు’’ అని భారత విదేశాంగ శాఖ అధికార ప్రతినిధి రణధీర్ జైస్వాల్ పేర్కొన్నారు.
మైనార్టీల్లో మరింత భయం..
‘‘బంగ్లాదేశ్లో మైనార్టీలు, వారి ఇళ్లు, వ్యాపారాలపై వరుస దాడులు జరుగుతున్నాయి. ఈ అంశాన్ని గతంలోనే ప్రస్తావించాం. వీటిని వెంటనే పరిష్కరించాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంది. వ్యక్తిగత లేదా రాజకీయ వివాదాలుగా కొట్టిపారేసే ప్రయత్నాలు చేస్తే నేరస్థులు మరింత రెచ్చిపోయేందుకు కారణమవుతాయి. మైనార్టీల్లో మరింత భయాన్ని, అభద్రతా భావాన్ని పెంచుతాయి’’ అని భారత విదేశాంగ శాఖ వెల్లడించింది.
ఇంధన భద్రతే ముఖ్యం..
అమెరికా కాంగ్రెస్లో ప్రవేశపెట్టనున్న 500 శాతం సుంకాల విధింపు బిల్లు గురించి అవగాహన ఉందని, ప్రస్తుత పరిణామాలను నిశితంగా గమనిస్తున్నామని భారత్ వెల్లడించింది. చమురు అంశంపై తమ వైఖరి అందరికీ తెలిసిందేనని పేర్కొంది. ప్రపంచ మార్కెట్ల పరిస్థితులకు అనుగుణంగా స్పందిస్తున్నట్లు తెలిపింది. భారతీయుల ఇంధన భద్రత కాపాడటం తమ బాధ్యత అని భారత విదేశాంగ శాఖ స్పష్టం చేసింది.
