KCR Palamuru, Rangareddy and Nalgonda districts do not want drinking water and irrigation. In the name of Palamuru-Ranga Reddy project, out of Rs.55 thousand crores, they looted the state by giving bills of Rs.20 thousand crores to the contractors. The redistribution act included that no one should object to projects sanctioned in the Commonwealth. Chandrababu said that the proposed project area was changed from Jura to Srisailam and that it was a new project. We will meet in this soil. We will fight for these people. CM Revanth Reddy made it clear that unless we stand upright for this Telangana 100%, we will bow down to no one. They will protect the water rights of the state.  "For Palamuru-Ranga Reddy, 45 TMC is the first tranche. 45 TMC multiple tranches should get permission. If permission is not given we will move 70 TMC from Jura. The water that comes to the juras will be moved as it comes. Will Jagan come to stop it? Will Chandrababu come? Will Narendra Modi come? I'll see who can stop me. "If anyone questions their sincerity towards the development of Telangana and the farmers, they will be flogged," they said. If my words are unparliamentary then delete them from the records. But let's talk officially here to keep it forever in people's minds. There may be any number of differences of opinion politically, but everyone should fight together for the rights of Telangana. Stand together. But Bharata and BJP ran away from being in the House. When we asked to stop the Rayalaseema lift irrigation works, Chandrababu stopped those works out of respect for us. Send a fact-finding committee to decide whether those works have stopped or not. Having worked under his leadership, I have left that leadership and that party. Will I do injustice to Telangana like that? Telangana for me first. After that is the party. Will people like me compromise the rights of Telangana people? Let's leave with our bracelets to make Telangana green. KCR is expected to attend the Legislative Assembly and give some suggestions. We said that this government will take those suggestions into consideration. That is why we arranged a meeting as per their demand. 

The people will decide who will be elected

Opposition has asked for discussion on Krishna waters. KCR held a meeting at the party office and said that injustice is being done to Telangana in Krishna waters. It was the opposition that asked for a discussion on Krishna waters in BAC. But did not come to the meeting to participate in the face-to-face discussion. Have meetings. KCR's cousin gave wrong calculations..

The then Irrigation Department ENC.. Muralidhar Rao, a close relative of KCR, wrote a letter to the then planning department with false calculations that Telangana's rights should be written off at the time of state division. SK Joshi as the representative of Telangana signed this false paper on 18th and 19th June 2015 at the Centre. This signature became the death knell for Telangana. According to the capacity of 24 projects sanctioned to Telangana, 490 TMCs were not requested. The same was signed in 2016 as well. Chandrababu and KCR attended this meeting. He also said in 2020 that he will continue according to the old agreement until the verdict on water transfers is given. It turned out to be one hundred and two hundred percent in favor of AP. KCR, who claims to be ready to give his life for the Telangana region, has pledged life-giving water to Telangana. 

The future of the state is at stake

In the Apex Committee meeting held in 2016, when KCR discussed how to use the Godavari water that meets the sea, the idea was sparked in Chandrababu's mind.. The foundation of Banakachar was laid. KCR may have been afraid in 2016 as Chandrababu was an old boss in the past. After Jagan's arrival, KCR did not speak strongly in 2020 either. The future of the state is being mortgaged in the name of judgment in the situation of not knowing how many more years it will take to float the water pumps. According to international water policy, water allocation should be done according to catchment area. According to this calculation, Telangana should get 71 percent and AP should get 29 percent. Telangana should get 555 TMC out of the 811 TMC allocated to the united state. If water availability is 1005 tmcs, 763 tmcs should be available. KCR did not hear this argument at the Apex Council. They are spreading lies against us that the rights that should come to Telangana have been pledged to the Center and the Apex Council. Before revealing the truth, they hatched a plan to spread the lie throughout the town. In the united state, AP steals 4.47 TMCs per day through Srisailam backwater.. KCR rewarded AP to steal 13.17 TMCs per day during his tenure. 

Former MP Vitthal Rao proposed..

Former MP Vitthal Rao proposed to build a project for Ranga Reddy and Mahabubnagar districts. If the Palamuru-Ranga Reddy project has to be named, it should be named after him. If the work of this project is completed on time, Rs.85 thousand crores will be required. Otherwise it will reach Rs. lakh crores. Project estimates are not made until 2022. 20 thousand crores have been spent in this project without expectations for seven years. He said that the Palamuru-Ranga Reddy project will be built with state funds. Mahbubnagar is a drought prone area. If the project was included under AIBP, 90 percent central funds would have been received. The situation of giving to the state would arise as it was given to Polavaram. Otherwise Narendra Modi would not be able to set foot in Telangana. Funds have been brought from REC for a short term (12 years) at an interest rate of 11.50 to 11.90 percent to be built with their own funds. Even gamblers will not borrow at this rate of interest. After we came to power, we restructured the loan for a 36-year tenure at low interest. The KCR government has sought approvals for 90 TMC for this project, including 45 TMC through savings in minor irrigation and 45 TMC used by the upper states in Godavari waters diverted from Polavaram to Krishna. AP Govt says 150 TMCs are being used for restoration of Mission Kakatiya ponds. Provided details to CWC. How will the permits for 90 TMC come from this? CM Revanth Reddy stated that after we came to power, we consulted with the Center and gave cluster wise details regarding the ponds and asked permission to be given to 45 TMC first. "Mahbubnagar district of Telangana is a severe drought area. Most backward area. Keeping these conditions in mind, the then government took up the Palamuru-Rangareddy Lift Irrigation works. After the formation of Telangana state..the estimates and construction costs of this project have increased tremendously. Taking these into account, the Legislative Assembly unanimously resolved to request the central government to give all relevant permissions for the Palamuru-Rangareddy Lift Irrigation Scheme with 90 TMC for cultivation and drinking water. The House unanimously resolved asking the central government that no permission should be given to move Godavari water in any other form, such as the Polavaram-Banakacharla link project, Polavaram-Nallamalasagar link project, or any other form, until all the inter-state water disputes between the two states are resolved. Private University Amendment Bill was introduced by Minister Damodar Rajanarsimha. Later Speaker Gaddam Prasadkumar adjourned the assembly to Monday.
