ఈనాడు, అమరావతి: తిరుపతి జిల్లాలో దుగరాజపట్నం వద్ద ఓడరేవు నిర్మిస్తామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు తెలిపారు. అక్కడ నౌకా నిర్మాణ కేంద్రం కూడా వస్తుందన్నారు. పశ్చిమ గోదావరి జిల్లాలోనూ ఓడరేవు ఏర్పాటుకు అనువైన ప్రదేశం అన్వేషించాలని ఆదేశించారు. పోర్టు ఏర్పాటుకు నరసాపురం వద్ద అనువుగా ఉంటుందేమో చూడాలని సూచించారు. అక్కడ ఓడరేవు నిర్మాణానికి తగినంత భూములు లేవని రోడ్లు, భవనాలు, రవాణా, ఐఅండ్ఐ శాఖల ప్రత్యేక ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి కృష్ణబాబు సీఎం దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్లారు. అక్కడ కాకపోతే పోర్టు నిర్మాణానికి అనువైన ప్రదేశం ఎక్కడుందో చూడాలని జలవనరుల శాఖ మంత్రి నిమ్మల రామానాయుడికి ముఖ్యమంత్రి సూచించారు. సోమవారం మంత్రివర్గ సమావేశంలో రాష్ట్రంలో కొత్త ఓడరేవులు, విమానాశ్రయాల అభివృద్ధి అవసరాన్ని ముఖ్యమంత్రి ప్రత్యేకంగా ప్రస్తావించారు.
రాష్ట్రంలో సుదీర్ఘ సముద్ర తీరం ఉన్నందున పోర్టు ఆధారిత ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థను అభివృద్ధి చేసి, ఎయిర్ కనెక్టివిటీ పెంపొందిస్తే పరిశ్రమలు వస్తాయని ఆయన తెలిపారు. ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు పెరుగుతాయని, పన్నుల రూపంలో ఆదాయం వస్తుందని, అభివృద్ధి, సంక్షేమ పథకాల్ని మరింత మెరుగ్గా అమలు చేసేందుకు ఆస్కారం ఏర్పడుతుందని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు. నెల్లూరు జిల్లాలో కృష్ణపట్నం పోర్టు ఉందని, తిరుపతి జిల్లాలో దుగరాజపట్నం, ప్రకాశం జిల్లాలో రామాయపట్నం పోర్టులు వస్తే ఆ ప్రాంతం మొత్తం ఒక కారిడార్లా అభివృద్ధి చెందుతుందన్నారు. దగదర్తి, కుప్పం, శ్రీకాకుళం, తాడేపల్లిగూడెం విమానాశ్రయాల నిర్మాణానికి అవసరమైన ప్రక్రియల్ని వేగవంతం చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు. వాటితో పాటు దొనకొండ, నాగార్జునసాగర్, బొబ్బిలిల్లోని ఎయిర్స్ట్రిప్లను అభివృద్ధి చేద్దామని చెప్పారు. ఒంగోలులో విమానాశ్రయ నిర్మాణం గురించి మంత్రి డోలా బాలవీరాంజనేయ స్వామి ప్రస్తావించగా తదుపరి దశలో చేపడదామని సీఎం పేర్కొన్నారు. రాష్ట్రంలో ఎక్కడికైనా గంట ప్రయాణంలో చేరుకోగలిగేలా కనెక్టివిటీ పెరిగితే పరిశ్రమలు వస్తాయని ఆయన అన్నారు.
2026లో ఇంకా బాగా పనిచేద్దాం
2025లో చాలా బాగా పనిచేశామని, ఎన్నికల హామీలన్నీ నిలబెట్టుకుంటూ అభివృద్ధి, సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాల్ని అమలు చేశామని సీఎం గుర్తుచేశారు. రూ.50 వేల కోట్లకు పైగా పింఛన్లు అందజేశామన్నారు. యోగాంధ్ర, విశాఖలో భాగస్వామ్య సదస్సు వంటివి విజయవంతంగా నిర్వహించామన్నారు. రాష్ట్రానికి భారీగా పెట్టుబడులు తీసుకొచ్చామని, విశాఖకు గూగుల్ డేటా సెంటర్ రావడం అతి పెద్ద విజయమని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ సహకారంతో అమరావతి, పోలవరం ప్రాజెక్టుల్ని వేగంగా ముందుకు తీసుకెళుతున్నామని, విశాఖ ఉక్కు కర్మాగారాన్ని గాడిన పెట్టామని, విశాఖ రైల్వే జోన్ ఆచరణలోకి వస్తోందని చెప్పారు. 2026 కూడా ఆశాజనకంగా ఉంటుందని, అభివృద్ధి ఫలాల్ని ప్రజలకు అందేలా చూడాలని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు. 2025లో మంత్రులు బాగా పనిచేశారని ఆయన కితాబిచ్చారు. వచ్చే సంవత్సరం మరింత చురుగ్గా పనిచేయాలని, ‘స్పీడ్ ఆఫ్ డెలివరింగ్ గవర్నెన్స్’లో క్రియాశీలకంగా వ్యవహరించాలని చంద్రబాబు దిశానిర్దేశం చేశారు.
కేబినెట్ సమావేశం మొదలయ్యేసరికే అధికారులంతా సిద్ధంగా ఉండాలి
మంత్రివర్గ సమావేశం మొదలయ్యేసరికే ఎజెండాలోని అంశాలకు సంబంధించిన శాఖల కార్యదర్శులు సిద్ధంగా ఉండాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఆదేశించారు. సోమవారం మంత్రివర్గ సమావేశానికి పురపాలకశాఖ మంత్రి నారాయణ కొంత ఆలస్యంగా వచ్చారు. అప్పటికి ఆ శాఖ అధికారులూ సిద్ధంగా లేకపోవడంతో రెవెన్యూ అంశాన్ని చర్చకు తీసుకున్నారు. ఒక శాఖకు సంబంధించిన అంశం ఎజెండాలో మొదట్లో ఉన్నా, చివర్లో ఉన్నా అధికారులు మాత్రం సమావేశం మొదలయ్యేసరికే సిద్ధంగా ఉండాలని, ఆ మేరకు అధికారులందరికీ ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేయాలని ఇన్ఛార్జి సీఎస్ అజయ్జైన్కు సీఎం సూచించారు.
అన్నమయ్య స్వగ్రామం రాజంపేట నియోజకవర్గం పరిధిలో ఉంది. ఇప్పుడా నియోజకవర్గం కడప జిల్లాలో కలుస్తున్నా, మదనపల్లె కేంద్రంగా ఏర్పాటయ్యే జిల్లాకు అన్నమయ్య పేరునే కొనసాగించాలని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించింది. దీనిపై మంత్రివర్గ సమావేశంలో చర్చ జరిగింది. మహాత్ముల్ని గౌరవించేందుకు జిల్లాలకు వారి పేర్లు పెడుతున్నామని, వారు జన్మించిన ఊరు అదే జిల్లాలో ఉండాలన్న నిబంధనేదీ లేదని సీఎం తెలిపారు. ఎన్టీఆర్ జన్మస్థలం కృష్ణా జిల్లాలో ఉండగా, దానికి బదులు కొత్తగా ఏర్పడిన జిల్లాకు... ఎన్టీఆర్ పేరు పెట్టడాన్ని గుర్తుచేశారు. పోలవరం గ్రామం లేకుండా కొత్తగా ఏర్పడ్డ జిల్లాకు పోలవరం పేరు పెట్టడంపై చర్చ జరుగుతోందని మంత్రి దుర్గేష్ ప్రస్తావించారు.
పోలవరం ఊరు ఆ జిల్లాలో లేకపోయినా.. ప్రాజెక్టు ముంపు గ్రామాలన్నీ కొత్త జిల్లా పరిధిలోకే వస్తున్నాయని, ప్రాజెక్టు అక్కడే ఉంది కాబట్టి ఆ పేరు పెట్టడమే సముచితమన్న అభిప్రాయం వ్యక్తమైంది. కర్నూలు జిల్లాలోని ఆదోనిని మూడు మండలాలు చేయాలన్న చర్చ జరిగింది. కానీ చివరకు రెండు మండలాలతోనే సరిపెట్టాలని మంత్రివర్గం నిర్ణయించింది. నెల్లూరు జిల్లాలో వెంకటగిరి నియోజకవర్గం పరిధిలోని సైదాపురం, రాపూరు మండలాల్ని కూడా ఆత్మకూరు రెవెన్యూ డివిజన్ పరిధిలోకి తేవాలని మంత్రి ఆనం రామనారాయణరెడ్డి కోరారు.

He ordered to speed up the necessary processes for the construction of Dagdarthi, Kuppam, Srikakulam and Tadepalligudem airports. Along with them, they said that the airstrips at Donakonda, Nagarjunasagar and Bobbilillo will be developed. Minister Dola Balaveeranjaneya Swamy mentioned about the construction of an airport in Ongole and the CM said that it will be taken up in the next phase. He said that industries will come if connectivity is increased so that anywhere in the state can be reached within an hour's journey.

The CM reminded that we have worked very well in 2025 and implemented development and welfare programs keeping all election promises. He said that more than Rs. 50 thousand crores of pensions have been given. He said that partnership conferences were successfully organized in Yogandhra and Visakha. He said that huge investments have been brought to the state and the coming of Google data center to Visakha is the biggest success. He said that Amaravati and Polavaram projects are being fast forwarded with the help of the central government, Visakhapatnam steel plant has been constructed and Visakhapatnam railway zone is being implemented. He stated that 2026 will also be promising and the fruits of development should be seen to reach the people. He said that the ministers have done a good job in 2025. Chandrababu directed to work more actively next year and act actively in 'Speed of Delivering Governance'.
All the officials should be ready when the cabinet meeting starts
The chief minister ordered that the secretaries of the departments related to the items on the agenda should be ready when the cabinet meeting starts. Municipal Administration Minister Narayana came a little late to the cabinet meeting on Monday. By that time the officials of that department were not ready, so the issue of revenue was taken up for discussion. The CM advised the in-charge CS Ajayjain that whether the matter related to a department is at the beginning or at the end of the agenda, the officers should be ready when the meeting starts and to issue instructions to all officers to that effect.
Annamayya's native village is under Rajampet constituency. Even though the constituency now meets Kadapa district, the government has decided to continue the name of Annamayya for the district which will be formed as center of Madanapalle. This was discussed in the cabinet meeting. The CM said that districts are being named after Mahatma to honor them, and there is no rule that the town where they were born should be in the same district. While NTR's birth place was in Krishna district, instead of that, the newly formed district was named after NTR. Minister Durgesh mentioned that there is a discussion on naming the newly formed district without Polavaram village as Polavaram.
Though Polavaram town is not in that district, all the villages flooded by the project are coming under the new district and the project is there, so it is appropriate to name it. There was a discussion to make Adoni in Kurnool district into three mandals. But finally the cabinet decided to settle with two mandals. Minister Anam Ramanaraya Reddy has requested that Saidapuram and Rapuru Mandals under Venkatagiri Constituency in Nellore District should also be brought under Atmakuru Revenue Division.
