ఈనాడు, హైదరాబాద్: పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికల్లో గ్రామీణ ఓటర్లు గత అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికలకు మించి కాంగ్రెస్ మద్దతుదారులకు పట్టం కట్టారు. 94 శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గాల పరిధిలోని పంచాయతీలకు ఎన్నికలు జరగ్గా..84 చోట్ల ఆ పార్టీ వారికి స్పష్టమైన ఆధిక్యం లభించింది. రెబల్స్నూ కలుపుకొంటే ఈ సంఖ్య 87. రెండేళ్ల క్రితం జరిగిన అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికల కంటే అదనంగా సుమారు 20 శాసనసభ స్థానాల్లో ముందుంది. ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్రెడ్డి, ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి భట్టి విక్రమార్కలు ప్రాతినిధ్యం వహిస్తున్న కొడంగల్, మధిరతో సహా మంత్రులు ప్రాతినిధ్యం వహించే నియోజకవర్గాల్లో 70-80 శాతం వరకు పంచాయతీలు కాంగ్రెస్కు దక్కాయి. అనేక చోట్ల కాంగ్రెస్ తిరుగుబాటు అభ్యర్థులుగా పోటీ చేసి గెలుపొందిన వారు తిరిగి పార్టీలో చేరే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్నారు.
ఇప్పటికే చాలా చోట్ల చేరారు. విపక్ష భారత రాష్ట్ర సమితి తొమ్మిది నియోజకవర్గాల్లో ఆధిక్యం సాధించగా, ఇక్కడ రెబల్స్, స్వతంత్రులు కాంగ్రెస్ గూటికి చేరడంతో ఈ ఆధిక్యం ఆరు స్థానాలకే పరిమితమైంది. భాజపా ఒక్క చోట మాత్రమే ముందుంది.
ఉమ్మడి మెదక్ జిల్లా మినహా
రాష్ట్రంలోని ఉమ్మడి పది జిల్లాలను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకొంటే మెదక్ జిల్లా మినహా మిగిలిన చోట్ల భారత రాష్ట్ర సమితికి ఆధిక్యం లభించలేదు. జిల్లాల పునర్విభజన తర్వాత రెండు జిల్లాల్లో కలిసి ఉన్న అసెంబ్లీ నియోజకవర్గాలు ఎక్కువగా ఉన్నాయి.
- హైదరాబాద్ మినహా ఉమ్మడి జిల్లాల వారీగా నియోజకవర్గాలను పరిశీలిస్తే ఖమ్మం, నల్గొండ, మహబూబ్నగర్, రంగారెడ్డి, నిజామాబాద్ జిల్లాల్లో కాంగ్రెస్కు పూర్తి ఆధిక్యం లభించింది. ఈ జిల్లాల్లో యాభై శాసనసభ స్థానాలున్నాయి. మాజీ మంత్రులు ప్రశాంత్రెడ్డి, జగదీశ్రెడ్డి, సబితా ఇంద్రారెడ్డిలు ఎమ్మెల్యేలుగా ఉన్నారు.
- ఉమ్మడి వరంగల్ జిల్లాలో రెండు నగర నియోజకవర్గాలు మినహాయిస్తే పది గ్రామీణ స్థానాల్లో పల్లా రాజేశ్వర్రెడ్డి ప్రాతినిధ్యం వహిస్తోన్న జనగామ మినహా మిగిలిన తొమ్మిది చోట్లా కాంగ్రెస్దే హవా.
- ఉమ్మడి కరీంనగర్లో 13 నియోజకవర్గాలుండగా, కేటీఆర్ ప్రాతినిధ్యం వహిస్తున్న సిరిసిల్లలోనే భారత రాష్ట్ర సమితి పూర్తి మెజార్టీ సాధించింది. కౌశిక్రెడ్డి నియోజకవర్గం హుజూరాబాద్లో భారత రాష్ట్ర సమితి, కాంగ్రెస్, భాజపాలు పంచాయతీలను పంచుకోగా, భారత రాష్ట్ర సమితికే స్వల్ప ఆధిక్యం లభించింది. ఈ జిల్లాలో భారత రాష్ట్ర సమితి ఎమ్మెల్యేలున్న కోరుట్ల తదితర నియోజకవర్గాల్లో కూడా కాంగ్రెస్ ముందుంది.
- ఉమ్మడి ఆదిలాబాద్ జిల్లాలో సిర్పూర్లో భారత రాష్ట్ర సమితి పైచేయి సాధించింది. బోథ్లో పోటీ చేసి గెలిచిన స్థానాల్లో భారత రాష్ట్ర సమితికి ఆధిక్యం వచ్చినా, అధిక సంఖ్యలో గెలిచిన రెబల్స్తో తమకే ఆధిపత్యం లభించిందని కాంగ్రెస్ పేర్కొంది.
గజ్వేల్లో మాకే ఆధిక్యం: కాంగ్రెస్
ఉమ్మడి మెదక్లో నాలుగు స్థానాల్లో భారత రాష్ట్ర సమితి ప్రభావాన్ని చూపింది. హరీశ్రావు ప్రాతినిధ్యం వహించే సిద్దిపేట, కొత్త ప్రభాకర్రెడ్డి దుబ్బాకలో భారత రాష్ట్ర సమితి పూర్తి ఆధిక్యాన్ని ప్రదర్శించింది. మాజీ సీఎం కేసీఆర్ ప్రాతినిధ్యం వహించే గజ్వేల్లో కాంగ్రెస్ గట్టి పోటీ ఇచ్చింది. రెబల్స్ తిరిగి పార్టీలోకి రావడంతో గజ్వేల్లో కూడా తమకే ఆధిక్యం లభించిందని కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రకటించింది. సునీతా లక్ష్మారెడ్డి ప్రాతినిధ్యం వహించే నర్సాపూర్లోనూ ఇదే పరిస్థితి.
- సిద్దిపేట, దుబ్బాక, సిరిసిల్ల, హుజూరాబాద్, జనగామ, సిర్పూర్లలో స్వతంత్రులు, రెబల్స్ కాంగ్రెస్లో చేరినా భారత రాష్ట్ర సమితిదే మెజార్టీ. రెబల్స్, స్వతంత్రులతో సంబంధం లేకపోతే గజ్వేల్, నర్సాపూర్, బోథ్లో కూడా భారత రాష్ట్ర సమితినే ముందుంది. అయితే ఈ నియోజకవర్గాల్లో రెబల్స్, స్వతంత్రుల చేరికతో కాంగ్రెస్ ఆధిక్యం సాధించింది.
- జడ్చర్ల, ఆసిఫాబాద్ నియోజకవర్గాల్లోనూ భారత రాష్ట్ర సమితి పోటాపోటీగా నిలిచే ప్రయత్నం చేసింది.
భాజపాకు ఒక్క అసెంబ్లీ స్థానంలోనే ఆధిక్యం
గత అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికల్లో ఏడు స్థానాల్లో భాజపా గెలిచింది. తర్వాత జరిగిన లోక్సభ ఎన్నికల్లో ఎనిమిది స్థానాల్లో గెలవడంతో పాటు అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికల కంటే ఎక్కువ శాసనసభ నియోజకవర్గాల్లో మెజార్టీ వచ్చింది. అయితే స్థానిక సంస్థల ఎన్నికల్లో మాత్రం దీనికి తగ్గ ఫలితాలు లేవు. ఒక్క ముథోల్లో మాత్రమే ముందంజలో ఉంది. నిజామాబాద్ అర్బన్ నగరపాలక సంస్థ కావడంతో ఇక్కడ గెలిచిన భాజపా ఎమ్మెల్యేకు పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికలతో సంబంధం లేదు. హైదరాబాద్లోని గోషామహల్ నుంచి గెలిచిన రాజాసింగ్ను మినహాయిస్తే మిగిలిన ఐదింటిలో ఆదిలాబాద్ నియోజకవర్గంలో పాక్షికంగా గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతం ఉంది. ఇక్కడ కాంగ్రెస్, భాజపా మధ్య పోటాపోటీగా సర్పంచి స్థానాలు దక్కగా, భారత రాష్ట్ర సమితి మూడో స్థానానికి పరిమితమైంది. అయితే పార్టీల మద్దతు దక్కక స్వతంత్ర అభ్యర్థులుగా పోటీ చేసిన వారిలో ఎక్కువ మంది కాంగ్రెస్లో చేరడంతో తమ స్థానాల సంఖ్య 56కు చేరిందని, రెండో స్థానంలో ఉన్న భాజపాకు 38, భారత రాష్ట్ర సమితికి 22 దక్కాయని కాంగ్రెస్ పేర్కొంది. ముథోల్ పరిధిలోని పంచాయతీల్లో మాత్రం భాజపాకు పూర్తి ఆధిక్యం లభించింది. భాజపా శాసనసభాపక్ష నేత ఏలేటి మహేశ్వర్రెడ్డి నియోజకవర్గం నిర్మల్లో రెండో స్థానానికి పరిమితం కాగా, ఇక్కడ భారత రాష్ట్ర సమితి మూడో స్థానంలో.. అదీ నామమాత్రపు సీట్లను పొందింది. ఆర్మూరు, కామారెడ్డి, సిర్పూర్ నియోజకవర్గాల్లో భాజపా కంటే కాంగ్రెస్కే ఎక్కువ స్థానాలు దక్కాయి. సిర్పూర్లో భారత రాష్ట్ర సమితికి మొదటి స్థానం లభించింది. మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే కోనేరు కోనప్ప కొన్నాళ్ల క్రితం తిరిగి భారత రాష్ట్ర సమితిలో చేరడంతో ఆ ప్రభావం ఇక్కడ కనిపించింది.
రాష్ట్రంలో కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పడిన రెండేళ్ల తర్వాత వచ్చిన ఈ పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికల ఫలితాలు పార్టీలో మరింత జోష్ నింపుతాయని ఆ పార్టీ వర్గాలు అభిప్రాయపడుతున్నాయి. 12,702 గ్రామ పంచాయతీ స్థానాలకు ఎన్నికలు జరగ్గా.. 7,527 చోట్ల కాంగ్రెస్ గెలిచిందని, రెబల్స్ గెలిచిన 808 మందితో కలిపి ఆ సంఖ్య 8,335కు చేరిందని ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్రెడ్డి గురువారం విలేకరుల సమావేశంలో ప్రకటించారు. దీని ప్రకారం 66 శాతం స్థానాలు కాంగ్రెస్కు వచ్చినట్లయ్యింది. భారత రాష్ట్ర సమితికి 3,511 పంచాయతీలు దక్కాయని, దీని ప్రకారం 27.64 శాతం వచ్చినట్లని, భాజపాకు 710 పంచాయతీలు దక్కాయని, ఇది 5.59 శాతమని, ఇతరులకు 146 దక్కాయంటూ వాటి శాతం ఒకటిగా పేర్కొన్నారు. గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లోని 94 అసెంబ్లీ స్థానాల వారీగా ఏ పార్టీ మద్దతుదారులకు ఎన్ని సర్పంచి స్థానాలు వచ్చాయో వివరాలు వెల్లడించారు.

BJP legislative party leader Eleti Maheshwar Reddy's constituency was limited to the second position in Nirmal, while Bharat Rashtra Samithi was in the third position and got nominal seats. Congress got more seats than BJP in Armoru, Kamareddy and Sirpur constituencies. Bharat Rashtra Samithi got first position in Sirpur. The impact was felt here when former MLA Koneru Konappa rejoined the Bharatiya Rashtra Samithi a few years ago.
The party sources are of the opinion that the results of this panchayat election, which came after two years of the formation of the Congress government in the state, will fill the party with more vigor.
