బాధ్యతాయుతమైన ఏఐ గురించి ఇప్పుడు పెద్ద చర్చ జరుగుతోంది. ఇది నిజంగా అంత అవసరమా?

ఏఐని నాగరికత మార్పుతో పోల్చవచ్చు. నేను గత 30 ఏళ్లలో ఇంటర్నెట్, మొబైల్, క్లౌడ్ అనే మూడు ప్రధాన సాంకేతిక పోకడలను చూశాను. కానీ, ఇది వీటన్నింటినీ మించి పోయింది. వ్యక్తిగత, కంపెనీలు, విస్తృత ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థలో మన జీవితంలోని ప్రతి రంగాన్ని ప్రభావితం చేయబోతోంది. ఏఐ మానవ సమాజానికి పెద్ద ఎత్తున ప్రయోజనకరంగా ఉండాలంటే, దాన్ని మనం స్వీకరించేందుకు, ఆదరించేందుకు సిద్ధంగా ఉండాలి. అదే సమయంలో ఏఐని దుర్వినియోగం చేయకుండా ఉండటం చాలా ముఖ్యం.

కృత్రిమ మేధ నిపుణులు, ఉద్యోగుల పనితీరును మరింత మెరుగుపరుస్తుందని నా అభిప్రాయం. ఉదాహరణకు వైద్య రంగంలో రేడియాలజిస్టులు మీ ఎక్స్-రేని చూసి, నివేదిక ఇస్తారు. కొన్నిసార్లు గుర్తించలేని అంశాలూ ఉండొచ్చు. కృత్రిమ మేధ ఎక్స్-రేలను విశ్లేషించి, మరింత లోతుగా సమాచారాన్ని రేడియాలజిస్టుకు అందించే వీలుంది. దీనివల్ల వారి ఉత్పాదకత పెరుగుతుంది. ఇది ఒక రంగానికి సంబంధించిదే కాదు.. మానవ ప్రమేయం అవసరమైన ప్రతి చోటా, ఏఐ వారికి ఒక అదనపు సామర్థ్యాన్ని అందిస్తుంది.
ఈ విషయంలో తెలంగాణ చేస్తున్న కృషి ఏమిటి?
రాష్ట్రంలో జీసీసీలు (గ్లోబల్ క్యాపబిలిటీ సెంటర్లు) పెరుగుతున్నాయి. నిపుణులు అధికంగా అందుబాటులో ఉన్నారు. ప్రపంచానికి ఏఐ రాజధానిగా మారేందుకు అవసరమైన అన్ని అవకాశాలూ ఇక్కడ ఉన్నాయి. వ్యవసాయం, ఆరోగ్య, ఆర్థిక, ప్రభుత్వ సేవలు.. ఇలా ప్రతి రంగంలోనూ ఏఐని అనుసంధానం చేయాలి. అప్పుడే తెలంగాణ 2047 నాటికి 3 ట్రిలియన్ డాలర్ల ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థ సాధ్యం అవుతుంది. ఈ దిశగా తెలంగాణ ఏఐ ఇన్నోవేషన్ హబ్ ఒక కీలక అడుగుగా చెప్పొచ్చు. రానున్న మూడేళ్లలో 50 లక్షల మందికి పైగా ఏఐలో శిక్షణ ఇవ్వాలనే లక్ష్యాన్ని నిర్దేశించుకున్నాం.

For example, in healthcare, if only limited information is taken, analyzed with AI and a drug is released, it will only benefit a few people. Others may be harmed. Responsible AI solutions should always be safe and accessible to the majority of the population.
What impact is AI having on society now?
Civilization of AI Can be compared to change. I have seen three major technology trends in the last 30 years: internet, mobile and cloud. But, it goes beyond all these. It's going to affect every aspect of our lives—individuals, companies, and the broader economy. For AI to be beneficial to human society at large, we must be ready to embrace and embrace it. At the same time it is important not to abuse AI.
Everyone says that AI will replace experts and employees. What is your opinion on this?
In my opinion, artificial intelligence can improve the performance of professionals and employees. For example, radiologists in the medical field look at your X-ray and give a report. Sometimes there are things that cannot be identified. Artificial intelligence can analyze X-rays and provide more in-depth information to the radiologist. This increases their productivity. This is not just about one sector.. Wherever human intervention is required, AI will provide them with an additional capability.
What is Telangana's efforts in this regard?
GCCs (Global Capability Centers) are increasing in the state. Experts are abundantly available. All the opportunities are here to become the AI capital of the world. Agriculture, health, finance, government services... AI should be integrated in every sector. Only then will Telangana become a 3 trillion dollar economy by 2047. Telangana AI Innovation Hub can be said to be a key step in this direction. We have set a target of training more than 50 lakh people in AI in the next three years.
