ఈనాడు, అమరావతి, ఈనాడు డిజిటల్- మచిలీపట్నం, న్యూస్టుడే, గుడివాడ: ఎంతోమందిని ఉన్నతంగా తీర్చిదిద్దిన అక్కినేని నాగేశ్వరరావు కళాశాల మరింత అభివృద్ధి చెంది విశ్వవిద్యాలయంగా ఎదగాలని మాజీ ఉపరాష్ట్రపతి ఎం.వెంకయ్యనాయుడు ఆకాంక్షించారు. అందుకు అవసరమైన మౌలిక సౌకర్యాలు, మంచి వాతావరణం కల్పించడానికి ఇక్కడి నుంచి ఎదిగిన ప్రతిఒక్కరూ సహకారం అందించాలని సూచించారు. గుడివాడలోని ఏఎన్నార్ కళాశాలను స్థాపించి 75 ఏళ్లు పూర్తైన సందర్భంగా నిర్వహించిన వజ్రోత్సవాల ముగింపు కార్యక్రమంలో గురువారం వెంకయ్యనాయుడు గౌరవ అతిథిగా పాల్గొన్నారు. వజ్రోత్సవాలకు గుర్తుగా ముద్రించిన పోస్టల్ స్టాంప్ను విడుదల చేశారు. అనంతరం మాట్లాడుతూ 1950ల్లో స్థానిక పెద్దల చొరవతో ఇక్కడ కళాశాలను స్థాపించడం, తర్వాత అక్కినేని నాగేశ్వరరావు ఆర్థిక చేయూతనివ్వడం విద్యార్థులకు వరంగా మారిందని గుర్తుచేశారు. ‘ప్రస్తుత విద్యా విధానంలో సమూల మార్పులు రావాలి. ఏఐ యుగంలో ఉన్నాం. సాంకేతికతకు అనుగుణంగా మనమంతా మారాలి. నేటితరం నైపుణ్యాలను పెంచుకుంటేనే పోటీ ప్రపంచంలో రాణించగలరు. ఉపాధిని చూపించే నైపుణ్యాలతో పాటు విజ్ఞానం, సంస్కారం పెంచేలా నూతన విద్యా విధానాన్ని కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం రూపొందిస్తోంద’ని వెంకయ్యనాయుడు వివరించారు. ఉపాధ్యాయులు బోధనలో ఆధునిక మార్పులను అందిపుచ్చుకొని, విద్యార్థులను తీర్చిదిద్దాలన్నారు. ఈ కళాశాలలో చదువుకుని, ఉన్నత స్థానాలకు ఎదిగిన రామోజీరావు వంటివారిని యువత స్ఫూర్తిగా తీసుకోవాలని సూచించారు.
న్యాయమూర్తిగా కాకుండా, ఒకప్పటి ఈ కళాశాల విద్యార్థి సంఘం నాయకుడిగా కొన్ని వాస్తవాలు చెప్పాలనుకుంటున్నా. ప్రస్తుతం విద్యారంగం పరిస్థితి సరిగా లేదు. ప్రభుత్వాలు రూ.వేల కోట్లు విద్యారంగంపై వెచ్చిస్తున్నా, వాటి ఫలాలు విద్యార్థులకు అందడం లేదు. ఉపాధ్యాయులు, అధ్యాపకుల శాశ్వత నియామకాలు చేపట్టకుండా, పొరుగు సేవలు, కాంట్రాక్ట్, గెస్ట్ ఫ్యాకల్టీలతో నెట్టుకొస్తున్నారు. వీరికి ఉద్యోగ భద్రత లేకపోవడంతో నిబద్ధతతో పనిచేసే అవకాశం లేదు. ఇటీవల ఏయూ లా కళాశాలకు వెళ్తే, అక్కడ ఒకేఒక్కరు శాశ్వత సిబ్బంది ఉన్నారు. మిగతా వారంతా గెస్ట్ ఫ్యాకల్టీ, ఔట్సోర్సింగ్ సిబ్బందే. వాస్తవంగా అక్కడ 25 శాశ్వత పోస్టులున్నాయి. విద్యాసంస్థల్లో విద్యార్థి సంఘాల ఎన్నికలు నిర్వహించాలి. వారిలో నాయకత్వ లక్షణాలను పెంచితే, సమాజానికి తోడ్పాటునందించగలరు. ఇటీవల ప్రభుత్వం మాక్ అసెంబ్లీ నిర్వహించింది. ఇలాంటి వాటికంటే, నాయకులు స్వతహాగా ఎదిగేందుకు విద్యార్థి సంఘాల ఎన్నికలు దోహదపడతాయి. ఇందులో ఇబ్బందులుంటే పరిష్కరించాలి కానీ, ప్రమాదం జరుగుతుందని ప్రయాణాలు మానేయలేం కదా?
75ఏళ్లుగా ఏఎన్నార్ కళాశాల నుంచి వేలమంది ఉన్నతంగా బయటకెళ్లారు. వచ్చే 25 ఏళ్లలో ఏం చేయాలో ఇప్పటినుంచే దృష్టి పెట్టాలి. అప్పుడే గతంలో కంటే రెట్టింపు ఫలితాలు పొందగలం. కాలం తీరిన కోర్సుల స్థానంలో ఆధునిక పరిస్థితులకు అనుగుణంగా కొత్తవి ప్రవేశపెట్టాలి. కళాశాల కమిటీ ఆధ్వర్యంలో ఆ ప్రయత్నం జరుగుతోంది.
భారతీయులు, ప్రధానంగా తెలుగు వాళ్లలో ఆంత్రప్రెన్యూరల్ స్పిరిట్ బాగా ఎక్కువనీ, తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల్లోని ఏ జిల్లాలో చూసినా ఈ చొరవ కనిపిస్తుందని రామోజీ గ్రూప్ సంస్థల సీఎండీ సీహెచ్ కిరణ్ పేర్కొన్నారు. ఏఎన్నార్ కళాశాల వజ్రోత్సవాల ముగింపు కార్యక్రమంలో ఆయన వర్చువల్గా పాల్గొన్నారు. కళాశాల డైమండ్ జూబ్లీ సావనీర్ను ఆవిష్కరించారు. అనంతరం కిరణ్ మాట్లాడుతూ గతంలో పెద్దలు ఎంతో ముందుచూపుతో వ్యవహరించే వారని, భావితరాలకు నాణ్యమైన విద్య అందుబాటులో ఉండాలనే ఉద్దేశంతో ఎంతోమంది భూరి విరాళాలు అందించారని గుర్తుచేశారు. ‘గుడివాడ ప్రభుత్వ కళాశాల, విజయవాడ లయోలా, గుంటూరులోని పలు కళాశాలలకు భారీగా విరాళాలిచ్చారు. వారి సహకారంతోనే విద్యాపరంగా ఈరోజు ఎంతో పురోగతి సాధించగలిగాం. మనం చదువుకున్న విద్యాసంస్థతో అనుబంధం నెమరువేసుకోవడం ఒక అనుభూతి. కానీ, తల్లిదండ్రులు చదువుకున్న విద్యాసంస్థతో అనుబంధాన్ని గుర్తుచేసుకోవడం వేరే స్థాయి అనుభూతి. నాన్న రామోజీరావు చదువుకున్న ఈ కళాశాలకు వచ్చి మొత్తం తిరిగి చూడాలనుకున్నాను. భవిష్యత్తులో కచ్చితంగా వచ్చి చూస్తాను’ అని కిరణ్ పేర్కొన్నారు.
వృత్తి, వ్యక్తిగత నైపుణ్యాలు పెంచాలి
విద్యలో మనవాళ్లు బాగా ఆరితేరుతున్నా.. మానవ, వృత్తి, వ్యక్తిగత సంబంధాలు, నైపుణ్యాల విషయంలో వెనకబడి ఉన్నారని కిరణ్ పేర్కొన్నారు. ‘ప్రపంచంలో నెగ్గుకురావడం, పది మందితో కలిసి జీవించడం అనేవే పాఠ్యాంశాలు, బోధనాంశాలుగా చెప్పాల్సిన అగత్యం ఏర్పడుతోంది. న్యూక్లియర్ కుటుంబాల వల్ల వీటిని నేర్పించడానికి పెద్దవాళ్లు ఎవరూ ఉండడం లేదు. అందుకే నాన్న పేరుతో స్కిల్ డెవలప్మెంట్ సెంటర్ను ఏఎన్నార్ కళాశాల కమిటీ సహకారంతో అభివృద్ధి చేయాలని మా కుటుంబం అంతా నిర్ణయించుకున్నాం. ఎలా చేయాలో ఓ ప్రణాళిక ప్రకారం ముందుకెళ్తాం. దీన్ని ప్రారంభించేందుకు కుటుంబం తరఫున రూ.50 లక్షల విరాళం అందించాలి అనుకుంటున్నామ’ని వెల్లడించారు. కళాశాల వందేళ్ల వేడుకకు కూడా అందరం కలిసే అవకాశం ఇవ్వాలని దేవుడిని ప్రార్థిస్తున్నానన్నారు.

Governments are spending thousands of crores of rupees on the education sector, but the results are not getting to the students. Instead of taking up permanent appointments of teachers and lecturers, they are pushing with neighboring services, contract and guest faculties. They do not have the opportunity to work with commitment due to lack of job security. Going to AU Law College recently, there is only one permanent staff member. All the rest are guest faculty and outsourced staff. Actually there are 25 permanent posts. Student union elections should be held in educational institutions. If leadership qualities are developed in them, they can contribute to the society. Recently, the government organized a mock assembly. More than anything like this, student union elections help the leaders grow naturally. If there are problems in this, we have to solve them, but we can't stop traveling because of an accident, can't we?
Over 75years, thousands of people have come out of ANR College. We should focus on what to do in the next 25 years. Only then can we get double the results than before. Outdated courses should be replaced with new ones to suit modern conditions. That effort is being done under the auspices of the college committee.
Entrepreneurial spirit is very high among Bharatiyas, mainly Telugu people, in any district of Telugu states. CH Kiran, CMD of Ramoji Group of Companies stated that this initiative will be seen. He participated virtually in the closing program of ANNR College's Vajrotsavam. The Diamond Jubilee Souvenir of the College was unveiled. Later, Kiran said that in the past, elders were very foresighted and many people donated land to ensure that quality education was available to future generations. He donated heavily to Gudivada Government College, Vijayawada Loyola and many colleges in Guntur. It is with their cooperation that we have been able to achieve a lot of progress in education today. It is a feeling to connect with the institution where we have studied. But, recalling the association with the institution where the parents studied is a different level of feeling. I wanted to come to this college where my father Ramoji Rao studied and see the whole thing again. Kiran stated that he will definitely come and see in the future.
Professional and personal skills should be increased
Although our children are doing well in education, they are lagging behind in terms of human, professional, personal relationships and skills. There is a need to make it a point of study and teaching to get ahead in the world and live with ten people. Because of nuclear families there are no adults to teach them. That is why our entire family decided to develop a skill development center in the name of my father with the cooperation of ANNR College Committee. Let's proceed according to a plan on how to do it. It has been revealed that we want to donate Rs. 50 lakh on behalf of the family to start this. He said he is praying to God to give everyone a chance to meet for the centenary celebration of the college.
