అమరావతి: వచ్చే ఉగాది నాటికి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లో నంది అవార్డులతో (Nandi Awards) పాటు, నంది నాటకోత్సవాలను నిర్వహించాలనే ఆలోచనలో ఉన్నామని రాష్ట్ర సినిమాటోగ్రఫీశాఖ మంత్రి కందుల దుర్గేష్ ( Kandula Durgesh) తెలిపారు. ఈ వేడుకలు నిర్వహించేందుకు సీఎం చంద్రబాబు కూడా సుముఖంగా ఉన్నారని తెలిపారు. అమరావతిలో ‘ఆవకాయ్’ ఉత్సవాలు నిర్వహించనున్నట్లు ఈ సందర్భంగా దుర్గేశ్ ప్రకటించారు. జనవరి 8 నుంచి 10 వరకు ఈ ఉత్సవాలు నిర్వహించనున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. తెలుగు సినిమా సాహిత్యం, కవిత్వం, సంగీతం, నృత్య విభాగాల్లో ఈ వేడుకలు ఉండనున్నాయి. కృష్ణానదీ తీరం పున్నమి ఘాట్, భవానీ ద్వీపంలో వీటికోసం ఏర్పాట్లు చేయనున్నారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఉత్సవాల పోస్టర్ను మంత్రి కందుల ఆవిష్కరించారు. అనంతరం సినీ పరిశ్రమ గురించి విలేకరులు అడిగిన ప్రశ్నలకు సమాధానం ఇచ్చారు.
‘‘ఏపీలో షూటింగ్ జరుపుకొనే చిత్రాలకు ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి మరింత సహకారం ఉంటుంది. నంది అవార్డులు.. నంది నాటకోత్సవాలు జరగాలి. నాటకాన్ని సినిమానూ సమానంగా చూడాలని సీఎం పలుమార్లు చెబుతున్నారు. చిత్ర పరిశ్రమలోని సమస్యల పరిష్కారానికి త్వరలో సినిమాటోగ్రఫీశాఖ ఓ సమావేశం నిర్వహించనుంది. కొత్త సినిమాలు విడుదలైనప్పుడు ఏ రకమైన ఆలోచన చేయాలి? వాళ్ల ఇబ్బందులను తొలగించాలన్న దానిపై ఇందులో మాట్లాడతాం. ఈ సమావేశంలో సినీ పరిశ్రమ వర్గాలేవీ పాల్గొనడం లేదు. వారితో మరోసారి సమావేశం నిర్వహించి, ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయాలను వారికి వివరిస్తాం’’

‘‘బడ్జెట్ను బట్టి సినిమాకు సహకారం అందించాలని ఒక ఆలోచన ఉంది. అలాగే ఏపీలో షూటింగ్ చేసిన సినిమాలకు ఇంకొంత సపోర్ట్ చేయాలి. థియేటర్ల నుంచి ఆదాయం తగ్గుతోంది కాబట్టి, ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న విధి విధానాల ప్రకారం అత్యధిక బడ్జెట్ సినిమాలకు సహకారం అందిస్తున్నాం. ఇక్కడ రెండు వాదనలు ప్రధానంగా వినిపిస్తున్నాయి. నటీనటుల పారితోషికం కాకుండా సినిమా బడ్జెట్ ఎక్కువగా ఉంటే ఆ సినిమాకు సహకారం ఇవ్వాలని ఒక వాదన నడుస్తోంది. నటీనటులు, సాంకేతిక నిపుణులకు పారితోషికంతో కలిపితే సినిమా బడ్జెట్ అవుతుందన్న మరో వాదన కూడా ఉంది. ఈ రెండింటికీ మధ్యే మార్గంగా ఎలా చేస్తే బాగుంటుందని ఆలోచిస్తున్నాం. దీనిపై ఓ నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటాం. ఏపీలో ఎక్కువగా షూటింగ్ సినిమాలపై ప్రత్యేకంగా దృష్టి పెడతాం’’ అని మంత్రి వివరించారు.
