ఈనాడు, విశాఖపట్నం: నగరవాసులకు వియత్నాం రుచులు పరిచయం చేస్తున్నారు పలువురు యువత. తక్కువ మందితో డైనింగ్ టేబుల్ ఏర్పాటు చేసి స్వయంగా వడ్డిస్తున్నారు. ఇందుకోసం ఫేస్బుక్, ఇన్స్టా వంటి సామాజిక మాధ్యమాల ద్వారా ఆహ్వానం పలుకుతున్నారు. దీనికి యువత ఫిదా అవుతోంది. ఎంవీపీ, పాండురంగాపురం, మధురవాడ ప్రాంతాల్లో వీటిని నిర్వహిస్తున్నారు. విదేశాల్లో చదివి విశాఖ తిరిగొచ్చిన కొందరు యువత వీటిని ఏర్పాటు చేయడం విశేషం.
నైపుణ్యాల వేదికగా..:కేవలం విదేశీ రుచులు పరిచయం చేయడం వరకే నిర్వాహకులు పరిమితం కాలేదు. యువతను ఆకట్టుకోవడానికి కొత్తగా ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నారు. భోజనం చేయడానికి ముందు 15నిమిషాల వరకు వియత్నాం దేశంలో వంటలు ఎలా ఉంటాయి..అక్కడి ప్రజల ఆహారపు అలవాట్లు.. తదితరాలు వివరిస్తారు. వచ్చిన వారు తమలోని వివిధ నైపుణ్యాలను తెలియజేస్తారు. వాటిని అక్కడి గోడలపై అంటిస్తారు. ఎవరైనా వాటిని నేర్చుకోవాలనుకుంటే వారిని సంప్రదించే ఏర్పాట్లు చేశారు.
మెనూ అదుర్స్..వియత్నాం ఆహారంలో ఐస్టీ రుచే వేరు. నిమ్మరసం, గ్రీన్ టీ, తేనెను ఐస్తో కలిపి దీన్ని తయారు చేస్తున్నారు. ఇందులో తినేందుకు వడియాల్లా వేయించిన రొయ్యలు ఇస్తున్నారు.
- స్ట్రాటర్స్గా రొయ్యలను రోల్ చేసి అందులో అన్నం, వెనిగర్ కలిపిన కాయగూర ముక్కలు ఇస్తున్నారు. అలాగే బాన్మీ అనే రొట్టెలో వేయించిన చికెన్ వేసి వడ్డిస్తున్నారు.
- కోల్డ్ న్యూడిల్స్లో చికెన్ కర్రీ వడ్డిస్తున్నారు. వెళ్లేటప్పుడు గిఫ్టులు ఇస్తున్నారు.
ఏడాదిన్నరపాటు కసరత్తు:నేను ఫ్రాన్స్లో చదువుకున్నా. ఆ సమయంలో అక్కడ రెస్టారెంట్ బిజినెస్పై అధ్యయనం చేశా. వియత్నాం ఆహారపు రుచులు భిన్నంగా అనిపించాయి. విశాఖ వచ్చాక ఏదైనా వినూత్నంగా చేయాలనిపించింది. వియత్నాం రుచులు నగరవాసులకు పంచితే ఎలా ఉంటుందని ఆలోచన చేశా. దీన్ని ఆచరణలోకి తీసుకురావడానికి ఏడాదిన్నరపాటు కసరత్తు చేశా. ఇందుకోసం డిన్నర్ క్లబ్ ఏర్పాటు చేసి నెలలో రెండు, మూడు సార్లు వంటలు చేసి పెడుతున్నా. దీనికి మంచి స్పందన వచ్చింది. విదేశీ రుచులే కాకుండా కొత్త వంటకాలను పరిచయం చేయాలనుకుంటున్నాం. భవిష్యత్తులో లాంగ్ టేబుల్ సొసైటీ ఏర్పాటు చేయాలనుకుంటున్నా.

For this, they are inviting through social media like Facebook and Instagram. The youth is getting fed up with this. They are being organized in MVP, Pandurangapuram and Madhurawada areas. It is remarkable that some youths who have returned to Visakhapatnam after studying abroad have organized these. They are trying to impress the youth. 15 minutes before eating, they explain how the dishes are in the country of Vietnam..the eating habits of the people there..etc. Those who come show their various skills. They are pasted on the walls there. Arrangements have been made to contact them if anyone wants to learn them.
Menu Adurs..Ice tea is different in Vietnamese food. It is prepared by mixing lemon juice, green tea and honey with ice. In this, fried prawns are given like vadialla.

One and a half years of practice:I studied in France. At that time I studied restaurant business there. Vietnamese food tastes different. When Visakha came, I wanted to do something innovative. I thought how it would be if the flavors of Vietnam were distributed to the city dwellers. I worked for a year and a half to implement this. For this, a dinner club is organized and they cook two or three times a month. It got a good response. Apart from foreign flavors we want to introduce new dishes. Want to form a long table society in future.
