ఖమ్మం: ఖమ్మం కార్పొరేషన్ పరిధిలోని 16వ డివిజన్లో నిర్మాణం పూర్తి కాకుండా అసంపూర్తిగా ఉన్న డబుల్ బెడ్రూం ఇళ్లను రాష్ట్ర వ్యవసాయ శాఖ మంత్రి తుమ్మల నాగేశ్వరరావు పరిశీలించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా అక్కడి పరిస్థితులు, నిర్మాణ పనుల పురోగతి, ఎదురవుతున్న సాంకేతిక, పరిపాలనా సమస్యలను సంబంధిత అధికారులపే అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నారు. ఈ డబుల్ బెడ్రూం ఇళ్ల నిర్మాణాన్ని పేద ప్రజల అవసరాలను దృష్టిలో పెట్టుకొని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రతిష్ఠాత్మకంగా చేపట్టిందని.. పనులు ఆలస్యం కావడం వల్ల లబ్ధిదారులు ఇబ్బందులు ఎదుర్కొంటున్నారని తుమ్మల ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఇటువంటి పరిస్థితి పునరావృతం కాకుండా వెంటనే చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ అనుదీప్ దురిశెట్టి, ఖమ్మం కార్పొరేషన్ కమిషనర్ తక్షణమే ఈ అసంపూర్తి ఇళ్లను సమగ్రంగా పరిశీలించాలని సూచించారు. నిర్మాణ పనుల్లో ఉన్న లోపాలు, నిధుల సమస్యలు, కాంట్రాక్టర్ సంబంధిత అంశాపై సమగ్ర నివేదిక సిద్ధం చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు. హౌసింగ్ మేనేజింగ్ డైరెక్టర్ గౌతమ్తో చర్చించి తగు నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకోవాలని స్పష్టమైన ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేశారు.

Khammam: State Agriculture Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao inspected the unfinished double bedroom houses in Division 16 under Khammam Corporation. On this occasion, the concerned officials were asked about the conditions there, the progress of the construction works, the technical and administrative problems being faced. Thummala expressed concern that the construction of these double-bedroom houses has been undertaken by the state government in a dignified manner keeping in mind the needs of the poor people.
