రాష్ట్ర సొంత రాబడి ఈ ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరంలో డిసెంబరు 10 వరకు రూ.67,235 కోట్లుగా నమోదైంది. లక్ష్యం రూ.1,34,208 కోట్లలో ఎనిమిది నెలల కాలానికి దాదాపు సగం సాధించినట్లయింది. ప్రస్తుతం డిసెంబరు నెల చివరికి వచ్చింది. ఈ నెల పూర్తయితే మూడు త్రైమాసికాలు ముగిసినట్లే. జనవరి నుంచి మార్చి వరకు చివరి త్రైమాసికంలో సొంత రాబడులు పెరిగేలా చూడాలని ఆర్థిక శాఖ అధికారులు జిల్లా యంత్రాంగాలకు నిర్దేశిస్తున్నారు. ఏ జిల్లాలో ఏ విభాగం నుంచి ఎంత ఆదాయం వచ్చింది.. గతంలో ఎంత ఉంది.. ఎక్కడ నుంచి అధిక ఆదాయం రాబట్టే ఆస్కారం ఉంది.. అనే అంశాలను ఆర్థిక శాఖ అధికారులు కలెక్టర్లకు అందుబాటులో ఉంచారు. ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరంలో ప్రతి మూడు నెలలను ఒక సమీక్షగా తీసుకుంటారు. మొత్తం నాలుగు త్రైమాసికాలుగా విశ్లేషిస్తారు. తొలి రెండు త్రైమాసికాల్లో రాష్ట్ర రాబడి కిందటి ఏడాది కన్నా అధికంగానే ఉందని పేర్కొంటున్నారు. నవంబరులో జీఎస్టీ 2.0 ప్రభావం కొంతమేర పడి ఆ వసూళ్లలో 2% మేర తగ్గుదల కనిపించింది. డిసెంబరు ప్రారంభం వరకు ఉన్న లెక్కల ప్రకారం.. గనులు, భూగర్భ వనరులు మినహా మిగిలిన అన్ని శాఖల నుంచి రాబడి ఆశించినట్లుగా ఉందని విశ్లేషించారు. రాష్ట్రంలో రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ల ఆదాయం ఆశించిన దానికన్నా ఎక్కువ ఉంది. నవంబరు నెలాఖరు వరకు అందుబాటులో ఉన్న గణాంకాల ప్రకారం లక్ష్యంతో పోలిస్తే 110% మేర రాబడులు సాధ్యమయ్యాయి.
రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ల రాబడి భేష్
రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ల రాబడి లక్ష్యం కన్నా అధికంగా ఉంది. ఈ ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరంలో ఏప్రిల్ నుంచి నవంబరు నెలాఖరు వరకు రూ.6,508.16 కోట్లు లక్ష్యం కాగా రూ.7,194.33 కోట్లు సాధించింది. కిందటి ఏడాది ఇదే సమయానికి అది రూ.5,465.79 కోట్లు మాత్రమే. మొత్తంగా 31.62% ఆదాయం కిందటి ఏడాది కన్నా అధికంగా లభించింది.
- రవాణా రంగంలో నవంబరు నెలాఖరు వరకు రూ.3,197.61 కోట్ల రాబడి దక్కింది. కిందటి ఏడాది ఇదే సమయానికి రూ.3,060.49 కోట్లే. అదనంగా 4.48% మేర సాధించారు.
- అటవీ శాఖ నుంచి అధిక ఆదాయం ఆశించినా వచ్చింది స్వల్పమే.. రూ.400 కోట్లు ఈ ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరంలో లక్ష్యం కాగా, కేవలం రూ.38.628 కోట్లు మాత్రమే దక్కింది. ఎర్రచందనం వేలం ద్వారా పెద్ద మొత్తంలో ఆదాయం ఆశించినా.. అందుకు వీలు చిక్కలేదు.
