ఈనాడు, హైదరాబాద్: నగరవాసుల చిరునామా మరోసారి మారనుంది. తాజాగా రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం చేపట్టిన డివిజన్ల పునర్విభజనతో వందకుపైగా కొత్తవి ఏర్పాటయ్యాయి. తద్వారా.. 3వేల కాలనీల చిరునామాలో మార్పు చోటు చేసుకుంది. ఏడాది తర్వాత మరోసారి రాజధానిలో డివిజన్ల పునర్విభజన జరిగే సూచనలు స్పష్టంగా కనిపిస్తున్నాయి. జనగణన తర్వాత ప్రక్రియ మొదలవుతుందని అంచనా వేస్తున్నారు.
2027 కీలకం..
పాత జీహెచ్ఎంసీ విస్తీర్ణం 650చ.కి.మీ. శివారులోని 27 పట్టణ స్థానిక సంస్థలను గ్రేటర్లో విలీనం చేయడంతో.. జీహెచ్ఎంసీ విస్తీర్ణం 2053 చ.కి.మీటర్లకు పెరిగింది. ఇంత పెద్ద నగరాన్ని ఒకే గొడుగు కింద పాలించడం సాధ్యమా అనే ప్రశ్న ప్రభుత్వం ముందుంది. విశాల నగరాన్ని ఒకటిగా ఉంచాలా.. రెండు లేదా మూడు నగరపాలక సంస్థలుగా విభజించాలా అని ప్రభుత్వం ఆలోచిస్తోంది. వాటిపై స్పష్టత వచ్చే వరకు.. ప్రస్తుత గ్రేటర్ హైదరాబాద్ను కొన్నాళ్లపాటు యథాతథంగా నడిపించాలని సర్కారు నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. అదే సమయంలో వచ్చే ఏడాది జనవరి నుంచి జన గణన మొదలవుతుంది. 2027లో జనాభా లెక్కలు వస్తాయి. ఆలోపు ఎన్నికలు నిర్వహిస్తే.. ప్రస్తుతమున్న 300 డివిజన్లకు జరుగుతాయి. జనాభా లెక్కలు వచ్చాక మళ్లీ నిర్వహించే పరిస్థితి వస్తే.. డివిజన్ల సంఖ్యను పెంచి.. ఎన్నికలకు వెళ్లొచ్చు. అప్పుడు నిర్ణయించే డివిజన్ల హద్దులు చాలా కీలకం. 2029లో జరిగే అసెంబ్లీ నియోజకవర్గాల పునర్విభజన ప్రాతిపదికన.. 2027 డివిజన్ల పునర్విభజన ఉంటుందని అధికారుల అంచనా.

‘‘డివిజన్ల పునర్విభజనపై వచ్చిన ఫిర్యాదుల పరిష్కారం శుక్రవారం పూర్తయింది. శని, ఆదివారాల్లో ఆయా ఫిర్యాదులపై తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయాలతో నివేదిక రూపొందించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. అదే నివేదికను సోమవారం సర్కారుకు పంపించే అవకాశం ఉంది. దాన్ని పరిశీలించి ప్రభుత్వం తుది గెజిట్ను విడుదల చేస్తుంది.’’అని జీహెచ్ఎంసీ అధికారులు చెబుతున్నారు.

‘‘శివరాంపల్లిని సులేమాన్నగర్ డివిజన్లో కలపడంపై ప్రజలు పెద్దయెత్తున ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు. భారతీనగర్ డివిజన్ బీహెచ్ఈఎల్ చుట్టూ ముక్కలు ముక్కలుగా ఉంటుంది. ఆయా ప్రాంతాలన్నింటినీ ఒకటిగా కలపాలనే విజ్ఞప్తులొచ్చాయి. రెండు డివిజన్లలో ఉన్న విద్యుత్తునగర్కాలనీని ఒకే డివిజన్లో ఉంచాలని, లింగంపల్లిలోని ఎంఐజీ కాలనీని నల్లగండ్లలో కలపాలని, ఇతరత్రా ఫిర్యాదులు సరైనవిగా తేలాయి. జోనల్ కమిషనర్లు, సంబంధిత అధికారులతో ప్రతి ఫిర్యాదుపై చర్చించాం. సరైన విజ్ఞప్తులను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకుని.. ముసాయిదా గెజిట్లోని హద్దులు, పేర్లను సవరించాం.’’అని జీహెచ్ఎంసీ వెల్లడించింది.
