విలేకరుల సమావేశంలో పాల్గొన్న పుతిన్ను రిపోర్టర్లు పలు ప్రశ్నలు అడగ్గా.. అధ్యక్షుడు బదులిస్తూ వచ్చారు. ఈ క్రమంలో కిరిల్ బజానోవ్ (Kirill Bazhanov) అనే 23 ఏళ్ల యువ జర్నలిస్టు వంతు వచ్చింది. అతడు ‘నేను పెళ్లి చేసుకోవాలనుకుంటున్నాను’ అని ప్లకార్డును పట్టుకొని.. పుతిన్ ముందే తన ప్రియురాలికి ప్రపోజ్ చేశాడు. దీంతో అక్కడున్న వారంతా ఒక్కసారిగా నవ్వులు చిందించారు. కిరిల్ మాట్లాడుతూ.. ‘నా స్నేహితురాలు దీన్ని చూస్తోంది. ఓల్గా నువ్వు నన్ను పెళ్లి చేసుకుంటావా?. ప్లీజ్ నన్ను పెళ్లి చేసుకో.. నేను నీకు ప్రపోజ్ చేస్తున్నా’ అని పేర్కొన్నాడు. వెంటనే ఆ ప్రాంగణంలోని వారంతా చప్పట్లు కొట్టారు. అనంతరం అతడు పుతిన్ ( Vladimir Putin)తో మాట్లాడుతూ.. రష్యాలో జీవన వ్యయం పెరగడంపై ఆందోళన వ్యక్తంచేశాడు. తాను, తన స్నేహితురాలు ఎనిమిదేళ్లుగా కలిసి ఉంటున్నామని అయితే, విస్తృత ఆర్థిక ఒత్తిళ్ల కారణంగా పెళ్లి చేసుకునేందుకు ఇబ్బందులు పడుతున్నట్లు తెలిపారు.
