ఆసిఫాబాద్, డిసెంబరు 19 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): ప్రకృతి విపత్తులు సంభవించినప్పుడు ప్రజల ప్రాణాలు, ఆస్తులను రక్షించేందుకు అవసరమైన ప్రణాళికలు రూపొందించుకో వడం ద్వారా అప్రమత్తంగా ఉండాలని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి రామకృష్ణారావు అన్నారు. శుక్రవారం హైదారాబాద్ నుంచి జాతీయ విపత్తు నిర్వహణ అథారిటీ అధికారులతో కలిసి వీసీ ద్వారా అన్ని జిల్లాల కలెక్టర్లు, అదనపు కలెక్టర్లు, వ్యవసాయ, అగ్నిమాపక, రహదారులు, పంచాయతీ రాజ్, విద్యుత్, వైద్య ఆరోగ్య, ఇతర శాఖల అధికారులతో రక్షణ చర్యల ప్రణాళిక రూపకల్నపై సమీక్ష సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ జాతీయ విపత్తు నిర్వహణ సంస్థ, రాష్ట్ర విపత్తు నిర్వహణ సంస్థ సంయుక్తంగా అన్ని శాఖల సమన్వయంతో పరిశ్రమలలో అగ్ని ప్రమాదాల నివారణ, ప్రజా రక్షణపై చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని తెలిపారు. వర్షాకాలం సమయంలో కాలంలో సంబంధం లేకుండా ఆకస్మాత్తుగా వచ్చే వర్షాలు, తద్వారా వచ్చే వరదల వల్ల ప్రజల ప్రాణం, ఆస్తి నష్టం సంభవిస్తున్నందున, పరిశ్రమలలో జరిగే ప్రమాదాల వల్ల జరుగుతున్న ఘటనలలో ప్రజలను రక్షించేందుకు అవసరమైన ప్రణాళికలు రూపొందించుకోవాలని సూచించారు. జిల్లా కేంద్రంలోని సమీకృత కలెక్టరేట్ భవన సముదాయంలో వీసా హాల్ నుంచి కలెక్టర్ వెంకటేష్ దోత్రే, జిల్లా అదనపు కలెక్టర్లు దీపక్ తివారి, డేవిడ్, ఆర్డీవో లోకేశ్వర్రావు, ఇతర శాఖల అధికారులతో కలిసి హాజరయ్యారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా కలెక్టర్ మాట్లాడుతూ విపత్తులు, వరదలు, అగ్ని ప్రమాదాలు సంభవించేటప్పుడు ప్రజల ఆస్తులను, ప్రణాలను రక్షించడానికి అవసరమైనప్రణాళికలు అమలు చేస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు. ప్రజలను సురక్షితంగా కాపాడి వారికి పునరావాసం కల్పించడం, తక్షణ వైద్య సేవలు అందించే విధంగా పాటుపడుతున్నామని చెప్పారు. ఇతర అంశాలలో నోడల్ అధికారులను నియమించామని తెలిపారు. జిల్లాలో వరదలు సంభవించేటప్పుడు ప్రజలను సురక్షిత ప్రాంతాలకు తరలించేందుకు జాతీయ విపత్తు రక్షణా బృందం, రాష్ట్ర విపత్తు రణ బృందాల సమన్వయంతో చర్యలు తీసుకుంటు న్నామని అన్నారు. ప్రజలకు ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బందులు లేకుండా చర్యలు చేపడుతున్నామని తెలిపారు. సమావేశంలో డీపీవో భిక్షపతిగౌడ్, జడ్పీ సీఈఓ లక్ష్మినారాయణ, తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Speaking on the occasion, he said that the National Disaster Management Organization and the State Disaster Management Organization should jointly take measures to prevent fire accidents in industries and public protection in coordination with all departments. During the rainy season, sudden rains regardless of season and resulting floods cause loss of life and property of people, so it is suggested to make necessary plans to protect people in the incidents that occur due to accidents in industries. He said that measures are being taken in coordination with the National Disaster Response Team and State Disaster Response Teams to evacuate people to safe places when floods occur in the district.
