PeIf the master asks as a child what will happen after The surprising answers - 'Collector.. Police.. Teacher.. Doctor..' Everyone used to say that proudly.  Whose dream is that at that age? Whose goal is theirs. In those dreams, there is a desire to do something for the society.

In Central America, Britain and China, 8-12-year-old children were questioned by Lego and Harry's Poll on this matter. It is noteworthy that 29 percent of them will become YouTubers, vloggers and influencers.

Times have changed. The child got a cell phone along with the book. Social media has largely taken the place of games. With this, the name of 'influencer' has become a career option that earns money. There is nothing wrong with this. New opportunities are emerging in the new world. Social media is also a great platform to showcase talent if used properly. Education, science, arts, technology, agriculture. They have the power to spread a good idea to billions of people.

But the problem is not wanting to be an 'influencer'. Why do you want to become an influencer? That is the real question. How many followers? How many views did the video get? How many likes did you get? If the numbers become the measures of success, the goal will be lost somewhere. The effort for recognition should not gradually lead to the situation of living for recognition.

Once upon a time, children used to ask 'why?' They used to say 'I will serve the people'. They said that they will develop the district by becoming a collector. They used to say, 'Teacher, teach the children of the village'. Now the same question should be asked when asking 'will you become an influencer'? What do you say as an influencer, who are you useful for? What good will it do to the society?' Because influence is not just the number of followers. Our words can change someone's mind, a video can make someone do good, our information can be useful to someone... that's the real impact. Children should be told to dream big and should also be taught the responsibility behind those dreams.

Being an influencer can make millions smile. A good movement can be breathless. A village can be transformed. Many students can be guided. Once a boy who wanted to be a collector wanted to change the society. Even a child who wants to become an influencer should think of leading the society for the better with his influence. Then not the number of followers.. the number of brains influenced in a positive way will be the real measure of success.

The nation will progress on the path of development only when women also actively participate in economic activities. But, women's participation in Indian labor force (LFPR) is very low.  In 2022, the female LFPR in India was 33.9 percent, and in 2023, it increased to 41.4 percent. In 2025, it will decrease to 40 percent. Compared to rural areas, the LFPR of women aged fifteen years and above is even lower in urban areas. During those years it was... (in percentages)
