ఈనాడు, హైదరాబాద్‌: విదేశీ బొగ్గు కొనుగోలు సహా సింగరేణిలో జరుగుతున్న అన్ని కుంభకోణాలపై సిటింగ్‌ జడ్జితో విచారణ జరిపించాలని భారాస కార్యనిర్వాహక అధ్యక్షుడు కేటీఆర్‌ డిమాండ్‌ చేశారు. విదేశీ బొగ్గు కొనుగోలుపై ఏ విచారణ జరిపించాలో తేల్చుకోవాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్‌రెడ్డి విసిరిన సవాల్‌పై శుక్రవారం కేటీఆర్‌ స్పందించారు. ‘సింగరేణిలో మీ బావమరిది ప్రమేయంతో జరిగిన రూ.10 వేల కోట్ల కుంభకోణం సహా.. కాంగ్రెస్‌ ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి వచ్చాక అక్రమాలు జరిగాయని మేము ఆరోపిస్తున్న అన్ని అంశాలపైనా న్యాయ విచారణకు ఆదేశించాలి’ అని సీఎం రేవంత్‌ను డిమాండ్‌ చేశారు. తెలంగాణ భవన్‌లో శుక్రవారం జరిగిన వరంగల్‌ జిల్లా నర్సంపేట నియోజకవర్గ భారాస సమావేశంలో కేటీఆర్‌ ముఖ్య అతిథిగా మాట్లాడారు. ‘‘గతంలో 70 మిలియన్‌ మెట్రిక్‌ టన్నుల బొగ్గు ఉత్పత్తి చేసిన సింగరేణిని బలహీనపరిచి.. ఇప్పుడు ఆ సంస్థను పక్కనపెట్టి.. విదేశీ బొగ్గు కొనుగోళ్లకు ప్రభుత్వం కుట్ర చేస్తోంది. సింగరేణిలో టన్ను బొగ్గు సుమారు రూ.3,800కు లభిస్తుంటే.. విదేశాల నుంచి కొనుగోలు చేస్తే టన్నుకు రూ.10 వేల నుంచి రూ.12 వేల వరకు ఖర్చవుతుంది.
దేశీయంగా సింగరేణిలో అందుబాటులో ఉన్నదాన్ని ఉపయోగించుకోకుండా.. కేవలం కమీషన్ల కోసం మాత్రమే ఆస్ట్రేలియా నుంచి బొగ్గు కొనుగోళ్ల పేరుతో ఈ వ్యవహారాన్ని ముందుకు తీసుకెళ్తున్నారు. సంక్షోభాన్ని సృష్టించి.. పరిస్థితి చేయి దాటిన తర్వాత బొగ్గు తెస్తామని, విద్యుత్‌ కొనుగోలు చేస్తామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి చెబుతున్నారు. సింగరేణిలో బొగ్గు ఉత్పత్తిని తగ్గించడం వల్లే నేడు విద్యుత్‌ ఉత్పత్తి కేంద్రాల వద్ద బొగ్గు కొరత ఏర్పడింది. సింగరేణికి చెల్లించాల్సిన సుమారు రూ.60 వేల కోట్ల బకాయిలను పెండింగ్‌లో పెట్టి.. బొగ్గు సరఫరా చేయడం లేదంటూ సంస్థను బద్నాం చేస్తున్నారు. గతంలో ఛత్తీస్‌గఢ్‌లో అప్పటి కాంగ్రెస్‌ ప్రభుత్వంతో విద్యుత్‌ కొనుగోలు ఒప్పందం చేసుకున్నప్పుడు.. అప్పట్లో యూనిట్‌ విద్యుత్‌ను రూ.3.90కు కొనుగోలు చేస్తే కుంభకోణమని ఆరోపించిన కాంగ్రెస్‌ పార్టీ.. ఇప్పుడు యూనిట్‌కు రూ.15 చెల్లించి విద్యుత్‌ కొనుగోలు చేయాలని చూస్తోంది.
సాగునీరు, కరవు పరిస్థితులపై కాంగ్రెస్‌ ప్రభుత్వం సరైన సమయంలో స్పందించలేదు. సుమారు 1,000 టీఎంసీల నీటిని సముద్రంలోకి వదిలేసి.. ఇప్పుడు ఎల్‌నినోను సాకుగా చూపుతూ చేతులెత్తేస్తోంది. ప్రభుత్వం ఇప్పటికైనా రాజకీయాలను పక్కనపెట్టి.. రైతుల సమస్యలపై స్పందించాలి. సాగునీరు, తాగునీరు, విద్యుత్‌ కొరతతో ఇబ్బందులు పడుతున్న ప్రజలను ఆదుకోవాలి. నర్సంపేట నియోజకవర్గంలో రాబోయే రెండేళ్లలో గులాబీ జెండా ఎగరడం ఖాయం’’ అని కేటీఆర్‌ ధీమా వ్యక్తం చేశారు. కార్యక్రమంలో భారాస నేతలు పల్లా రాజేశ్వర్‌రెడ్డి, పోచంపల్లి శ్రీనివాస్‌రెడ్డి, తక్కెళ్లపల్లి రవీందర్‌రావు, బోయినపల్లి వినోద్‌కుమార్, గండ్ర వెంకట రమణారెడ్డి, శంకర్‌నాయక్, తాటికొండ రాజయ్య, ఏనుగు రాకేశ్‌రెడ్డి, వాసుదేవరెడ్డి, దివంగత నేత పెద్ది సుదర్శన్‌రెడ్డి సతీమణి స్వప్న తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

Earlier in Chhattisgarh, when the then Congress government made a power purchase agreement, the Congress party accused it of being a scam if a unit of electricity was purchased at Rs.3.90.
