ఇంటర్నెట్‌ డెస్క్‌: విమాన టికెట్‌ ధరలను నియంత్రించేందుకు ఉద్దేశించిన నూతన నిబంధనల విషయం కొలిక్కి వచ్చిందని, వీటికి పరిపాలనాపరమైన అనుమతులు కూడా లభించాయని సుప్రీంకోర్టుకు ( Supreme Court) కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం తెలియజేసింది. వచ్చే రెండు వారాల్లో వాటిని నోటిఫై చేస్తామని పేర్కొంది. ఇందుకు సంబంధించిన పిటిషన్‌ను మరోసారి విచారించిన సర్వోన్నత న్యాయస్థానం.. నవంబర్ 16న తదుపరి విచారణ చేపడతామని తెలిపింది. అప్పటిలోగా కొత్త నిబంధనలను తమ ముందు ఉంచాలని కేంద్రాన్ని ఆదేశించింది.

డిమాండ్ ఉన్న సమయాల్లో విమానయాన సంస్థలు టికెట్‌ ధరలను (Airfare) ఊహించని విధంగా పెంచుతుండడంపై ఆందోళనలు వ్యక్తమవుతున్నాయి. ఇలా ఇష్టానుసారంగా పెంచడంతో విమాన ప్రయాణం ఖరీదుగా మారుతోందని, వీటిని నియంత్రించాలని కోరుతూ ప్రజాప్రయోజన వ్యాజ్యం దాఖలైంది. ధరల నిర్ణయంపై మరింత నిశిత పరిశీలన జరగాలని, పరిష్కార చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని విజ్ఞప్తి చేసింది. ఈ పిటిషన్‌పై కొంతకాలంగా విచారణ జరుపుతోన్న సర్వోన్నత న్యాయస్థానం.. నిబంధనలు పాటించని ఎయిర్‌లైన్స్‌పై చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని ఇప్పటికే ప్రభుత్వానికి సూచించింది. అయితే, ‘భారతీయ వాయుయాన్‌ అధినియం- 2024’ చట్టం కింద కొత్త నిబంధనలు రూపొందించిన కేంద్రం.. ఈ ముసాయిదాను సుప్రీం కోర్టుకు ఇటీవలే అందించింది.
