రూబియో (Marco Rubio) పర్యటనపై భారత్‌లోని అమెరికా రాయబారి సెర్గియో గోర్‌ గురువారం మాట్లాడారు. తమ విదేశాంగ మంత్రి ముంబయిలో భారత ప్రభుత్వ అధికారులతో సమావేశం కానున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. ఈ సమావేశాల్లో జైశంకర్‌ పాల్గొంటారని అనుకుంటున్నట్లు పేర్కొన్నారు. ఈ వ్యాఖ్యలపై రాహుల్‌ గాంధీ ‘ఎక్స్‌’ వేదికగా స్పందించారు. ‘‘రూబియో తన సిబ్బందిని ముంబయికి రావాలని ఆదేశించారు. మోదీజీ.. విదేశాంగ మంత్రిత్వ శాఖలోని మీ అధికారులు ఏం జరుగుతుందో అర్థంకాక గందరగోళానికి గురవుతున్నారు. వారికి మీరు వివరించాలేమో..! లేదంటే నన్ను చెప్పమన్నా సరే..!’’ అని కాంగ్రెస్‌ నేత రాసుకొచ్చారు.
