ఈనాడు డిజిటల్, తిరుపతి; తిరుమల, న్యూస్‌టుడే: తిరుమలలో ఆధ్యాత్మిక సేవలకు కేంద్రంగా ఉన్న కర్ణాటక అతిథిగృహం (ప్రవాసీ సౌధ) నిర్వహణ బాధ్యతలను మౌలికంగా మార్చేయడంపై తీవ్ర దుమారం రేగుతోంది. దేవాదాయశాఖ పరిధిలో ఉండాల్సిన సత్రాన్ని 30 ఏళ్లపాటు కేఎస్టీడీసీ (కర్ణాటక రాష్ట్ర పర్యాటకాభివృద్ధి సంస్థ)కి అప్పగించడంపై తితిదే ఆరా తీస్తోంది. సేవాభావాన్ని పక్కనపెట్టి వాణిజ్య కోణంలో వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారనే విమర్శలు వ్యక్తమవుతున్న తరుణంలో ఈ పరిణామాలు శ్రీవారి క్షేత్రంలో ఆసక్తిగా మారాయి.
లీజు నిబంధనలు.. అద్దె వివాదం నేపథ్యం..
తిరుమలలోని కర్ణాటక అతిథిగృహం కోసం తితిదే గతంలో సుమారు 6.47 ఎకరాల భూమిని కేటాయించింది. దీనికి సంబంధించి ఏటా నామమాత్రంగా రూ.1,116 లీజు అద్దె చెల్లిస్తున్నారు. అయితే, ఇటీవల ఈ భూమికి సంబంధించి చదరపు అడుగుకు రూ.2 చొప్పున అద్దె చెల్లించాలని, తద్వారా సంవత్సరానికి రూ.6 లక్షలకు పైగా చెల్లించాల్సి ఉంటుందని తితిదే ఆ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాన్ని కోరింది. దీనిపై స్పందించిన కర్ణాటక ప్రభుత్వం.. భక్తుల సౌకర్యార్థం సేవాభావంతో వీటిని నిర్వహిస్తున్నామని, అంత అద్దె చెల్లించలేమని పేర్కొంటూ మైసూరుకు, తితిదేకు ఉన్న చారిత్రక అనుబంధాన్ని గుర్తుచేస్తూ ప్రత్యుత్తరం ఇచ్చింది. ఈ నేపథ్యంలోనే తాజాగా నిర్వహణ మార్పు తెరపైకి రావడం గమనార్హం.

కర్ణాటక అతిథిగృహం నిర్వహణ, పర్యవేక్షణ, ఆదాయ భాగస్వామ్యాన్ని 30 సంవత్సరాలపాటు కర్ణాటక పర్యాటకాభివృద్ధి సంస్థకు బదిలీ చేయడానికి ఉద్దేశించిన క్యాబినెట్‌ ప్రతిపాదనను తక్షణమే ఉపసంహరించుకోవాలని కోరుతూ తితిదే బోర్డు సభ్యుడు భానుప్రకాశ్‌రెడ్డి ఆ రాష్ట్ర ముఖ్యమంత్రికి ఆదివారం లేఖ రాశారు. ఈ నిర్ణయం ఏపీ హిందూ ధార్మిక, దేవాదాయ ధర్మాదాయ చట్టం-1987కు, తితిదే లీజు షరతులకు పూర్తిగా విరుద్ధమని లేఖలో స్పష్టం చేశారు. కేవలం శ్రీవారి భక్తుల సేవకే అంకితం కావాల్సిన ధార్మిక సంస్థను వాణిజ్య కార్పొరేషన్‌కు అప్పగించి, 50:50 నిష్పత్తిలో లాభాలు పంచుకోవడం సరికాదని హితవు పలికారు. అవాంఛనీయ పరిణామాలు తలెత్తకముందే కర్ణాటక ప్రభుత్వం దీనిపై పునరాలోచించాలని కోరారు.

తిరుమలలో కర్ణాటక ప్రభుత్వం వ్యాపార ధోరణి అవలంబించడం అపచారమని భాజపా నేత నవీన్‌కుమార్‌రెడ్డి ఖండించారు. ఆధ్యాత్మిక స్థలంలో సత్రాలను పర్యాటక శాఖకు కేటాయిస్తే వ్యాపార కేంద్రంగా మారుతుందని ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఈ సత్రాల నిర్వహణ భారంగా భావిస్తే, వాటిని వెంటనే తితిదే యథావిధిగా స్వాధీనం చేసుకోవాలని డిమాండ్‌ చేశారు. ఈ సున్నితమైన అంశంపై తితిదే బోర్డు, ఉన్నతాధికారులు మౌనం వహించడం అత్యంత ప్రమాదకరమని, వెంటనే అధికారికంగా స్పందించి తగిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని ఆయన కోరారు.
