ఇస్లామాబాద్‌: జైలులో ఉన్న మాజీ ప్రధాని ఇమ్రాన్‌ఖాన్‌ను రెండు రోజుల్లోగా ప్రైవేటు ఆసుపత్రికి తరలించి ఆరోగ్య పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించాలని పాకిస్థాన్‌ ప్రభుత్వాన్ని మంగళవారం ఆ దేశ సుప్రీంకోర్టు ఆదేశించింది. 73 ఏళ్ల ఇమ్రాన్‌ఖాన్‌ ఆరోగ్య పరిస్థితిపై అతని కుటుంబ సభ్యులు, మద్దతుదారులు ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేయడంతో పాటు జైలులో సరైన వైద్య సదుపాయాలు కల్పించడంలేదని ఆరోపిస్తున్న నేపథ్యంలో న్యాయస్థానం జోక్యం చేసుకుంది. తదుపరి విచారణ జరిగే సెప్టెంబరు 16వ తేదీ వరకు ఇమ్రాన్‌ను ఆసుపత్రిలోనే ఉంచి వైద్యుల బృందం పర్యవేక్షణలో చికిత్సలు అందించాలని స్పష్టం చేసింది. వారానికి ఒకసారి కుటుంబ సభ్యులను ఆసుపత్రిలో కలుసుకునే వెసులుబాటును మాజీ ప్రధానికి కల్పించింది. సుప్రీంకోర్టు ఆదేశాల నేపథ్యంలో జైలులో ఉన్న ఇమ్రాన్‌ను కలిసేందుకు మంగళవారం అతని సోదరి నొరీన్‌ నియాజీని దాదాపు ఏడాది తర్వాత అధికారులు అనుమతించారు.
