Mud oil price rise, hopes of diplomatic progress in West Asia are fading domestic stock market. It has had a severe impact on investors. With this, the domestic indices ended in losses for the sixth consecutive day on Tuesday. The rupee closed 13 paise lower at 95.74 against the dollar. Brent crude oil price rose 0.32% to trade at $91.18 a barrel. In the Asian markets, South Korea and Japan indices ended negatively, while Shanghai and Hong Kong indices ended positively. European markets moved mixed.

• Market value of listed companies on BSE fell by Rs 1.67 lakh crore to Rs 490.79 lakh crore. (5.13 Lakh Crore Dollars).
• The Sensex opened negative in the morning at 77,418.97 points (previous close 77,728.16 points). The index recorded an intraday high of 77,575.21 points and a low of 77,234.36 points. Finally, it lost 492.70 points and settled at 77,235.46 points. The Nifty 50 index fell 132.75 points to close at 24,154.90 points.
• Sensex lost 22 out of 30 shares. Asian Paints 2.40%, Infosys 2.02%, HCL Tech 1.93%, Bharti Airtel 1.75%, TCS 1.47%, HUL 1.41%, Ultratech Cement 1.28%, Indigo 1.23%, ITC 1.15%, Kotak Bank decreased by 1.11%. Axis Bank gained 0.89% and Powergrid gained 0.66%. 
• In terms of sector-wise indices, focused IT, IT technology, real estate, PSU Bank, consumer durables, FMCG, metals and heavy machinery indices traded higher. Mid-Small Private Banks Quality Tilt, Mid-Small Private Banks, Hospitals and Healthcare Sectors performed well. On the BSE, 2,426 shares ended negative and 1,890 shares closed negative. 214 shares remained unchanged. 
• Swiggy shareholders approved the proposal to keep the share limit of foreign investors at 49.5 percent. This development will pave the way for Swiggy to get Indian Owned and Controlled Company (IOCC) status.

Milky Mist outperforms:Milky Mist Dairy Food Ltd's share traded at Rs 165, a gain of 17.85% on the BSE, compared to its issue price of Rs 140. Finally, it gained 29.60% to close at Rs.181.45. The market value of the company is Rs.13,968.81 crores. 

• Sunshine Pictures' Rs 282 crore IPO got 4.33 times response on the first day. While the company offered 54,86,051 shares, investors filed bids for 2,37,65,650 shares. 6.23 times in non-institutional investors segment, 5.98 times in retail segment and 3% in institutional investors segment. The issue will end on 20th of this month. Price range Rs.342-360. 
• Lalita Jewelery IPO received a response of 3.07 times on the second day. While the company offered 6,27,61,403 shares, investors filed bids for 19,25,66,944 shares. The response was 6.46 times in non-institutional investors, 2.78 times in retail and 1.02 times in institutional investors. The IPO will end today (Wednesday). Price range Rs.190-201. Shares will be listed on BSE and NSE on 24th of this month.
• Augmont Enterprises Rs.825 crore IPO will start on 21st of this month and end on 25th. Price range Rs.750-788. It will raise funds of Rs.620 crore through issue of fresh shares and Rs.205 crore through offer for sale (OFS).
