గతంలో దరఖాస్తు చేసినా.. మళ్లీ దరఖాస్తు చేయాలి దరఖాస్తుల విషయంలో కొరవడిన స్పష్టత ఆందోళనలో దరఖాస్తుదారులు
సంగారెడ్డి జిల్లాలో 1,58,023 మంది అర్హులు
హత్నూర(సంగారెడి)/సంగారెడ్డి క్రైమ్‌:రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం చేయూత పథకం కింద కొత్త పింఛన్లను మంజూరు చేసేందుకు శ్రీకారం చుట్టింది. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో దరఖాస్తులు చేసుకున్న వారి ఆశలు చిగురిస్తున్నాయి. పెన్షన్‌ మంజూరైతే ఆసరాగా ఉంటుందని లబ్ధిదారులు గంపెడు ఆశతో ఎదురుచూస్తున్నారు. కొత్త పింఛన్ల కోసం వేలాది మంది దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోగా కొన్ని గ్రామీణ పేదరిక నిర్మూలన సంస్థ కార్యాలయంలో, మరికొన్ని ఎంపీడీవో లాగిన్‌లో, జిల్లా కార్యాలయంలో పెండింగ్‌లో ఉన్నాయి.
అర్హులైన వారికి కొత్త పింఛన్లు మంజూరు చేస్తామని ఇటీవల అధికారులు ప్రకటించడంతో మరోసారి దరఖాస్తు చేసుకునేందుకు సిద్ధమయ్యా రు. ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో దరఖాస్తు విధివిధానాలపై స్పష్టత లేకపోవడంతో కార్యాలయాల చుట్టూ తిరుగుతున్నారు. అధికారులు కచ్చిత సమాచారం చెప్పకపోవడంతో అవస్థలు పడుతున్నారు.అర్జీలను గ్రామ కార్యదర్శికి, ఎంపీడీవో కార్యాలయంలో, మున్సిపాలిటీలో సమర్పించాలనే విషయంలో స్పష్టత కొరవడింది. గతంలో దరఖాస్తు చేసిన వారు సైతం మళ్లీ చేయాలని అధికారులు పేర్కొంటున్నారు.
జిల్లాలో చాలా మంది అర్హులు
సంగారెడ్డి జిల్లాలో మొత్తం 1,58,023 మంది అర్హులున్నట్లు అధికారులు తెలిపారు. ఇందులో ఒంటరి మహిళలు(7411), వితంతు (7507), బీడీ కార్మికులు(102), ఏఆర్‌టీ(2034), డయాలసిస్‌ బాధితులు (1039) మంది ఉన్నారు. గతంలో రూ.2016 చొప్పున ప్రభుత్వం ప్రతి నెల బ్యాంకు ఖాతాలో జమ చేసింది. ఐదేళ్లుగా రాష్ట్రంలో కొత్త పింఛన్లు మంజూరు చేయలేదు. కాగా పింఛన్లు పొందుతున్న వారిలో కొంతమంది మృతి చెందారు. వారి కుటుంబ సభ్యులు అర్హులైతే కలెక్టర్‌ ప్రత్యేక చొరవతో కొన్నింటిని వారికి బదిలీ చేసినట్లు సంబంధిత అధికారులు చెప్పారు. కొత్తగా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్న వారికి మాత్రం మంజూరు చేయలేదు. ఇప్పటికే పింఛన్లు పొందుతున్న లబ్ధిదారులు పెంపుపై ఆశలు పెట్టుకున్నారు.
దరఖాస్తు చేసి మూడేళ్లు..
పింఛన్‌ కోసం మూడేళ్ల క్రితం దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్నా. నేటికీ పింఛన్‌ మంజూరు కాలేదు. మళ్లీ అధికారులు కొత్త పింఛన్‌ దరఖాస్తు ఇవ్వమని చెబుతున్నారు.

సద్వినియోగం చేసుకోవాలి
పెన్షన్‌ దరఖాస్తులను మున్సిపాలిటీ, గ్రామ పంచాయతీ, మండల పరిషత్‌ కార్యాలయంలో తీసుకోవాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించాం. అర్హులందరికి ఆసరా పెన్షన్‌ ఇవ్వాలని ప్రభుత్వం ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసింది. అర్హులు సద్వినియోగం చేసుకోవాలి.

Officials said that a total of 1,58,023 people are eligible in Sangareddy district. This includes single women (7411), widow (7507), beedy workers (102), ART (2034), dialysis victims (1039). Previously, the government deposited Rs.2016 in the bank account every month. No new pensions have been granted in the state for five years. Some of the pensioners have died. If their family members are eligible, some are transferred to them at the special initiative of the Collector, officials said. New applicants are not granted. The beneficiaries who are already getting pensions are hoping for an increase.
