హైదరాబాద్: గుడిసెలు లేని రాష్ట్రంగా తెలంగాణను మార్చేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం ప్రత్యేక కార్యాచరణ చేపట్టిందని మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస్రెడ్డి తెలిపారు. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా గుడిసెలను గుర్తించేందుకు సమగ్ర సర్వే చేయాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. రెండో విడత ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్ల మంజూరు ప్రక్రియపై అధికారులతో మంత్రి వీడియో కాన్ఫరెన్స్ నిర్వహించారు. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా ప్రజాపాలన కార్యక్రమంలో సుమారు 75 వేల మంది తాము గుడిసెల్లో నివసిస్తున్నామని దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్నారని.. క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో పరిశీలించి అర్హుల జాబితాను సిద్ధం చేయాలన్నారు. గతంలో దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోని వారు ఇప్పుడు కూడా స్థానిక ఎంపీడీవో కార్యాలయాల్లో దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చని సూచించారు.
కులం, మతం, పార్టీ అనే తేడా లేకుండా అర్హులను గుర్తించాలని మంత్రి దిశానిర్దేశం చేశారు. రెండో విడత ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్ల మంజూరులో గుడిసెల్లో నివసిస్తున్న పేదలకే మొదటి ప్రాధాన్యం ఇవ్వనున్నట్లు తెలిపారు. నియోజకవర్గానికి రెండు వేల చొప్పున, రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా రెండున్నర లక్షల ఇళ్లు మంజూరు చేసినందున.. లబ్ధిదారుల ఎంపిక ప్రక్రియ వేగంగా, పారదర్శకంగా పూర్తి చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు. పేదల నివాస భద్రతను దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని ప్రభుత్వం రూఫ్ రీప్లేస్మెంట్ పథకాన్ని అమలు చేస్తున్నట్లు మంత్రి చెప్పారు. అసెంబ్లీ నియోజకవర్గానికి 500 చొప్పున రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా 50 వేల ఇళ్లను ఈ పథకం కింద ఎంపిక చేయనున్నట్లు వెల్లడించారు. గోడలు, పునాదులు బలంగా ఉన్నప్పటికీ పైకప్పులు టార్పాలిన్ షీట్లు, రేకులు, నాపరాళ్లతో పాటు ప్రమాదకర పరిస్థితుల్లో ఉన్న వాటిని గుర్తించి స్లాబ్ నిర్మాణం కోసం రూ.2 లక్షల వరకు ఆర్థిక సహాయం అందించనున్నట్లు మంత్రి చెప్పారు.

Hyderabad: without huts Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy said that the government has taken special action to convert Telangana into a state. The minister held a video conference with the officials on the second phase of Indiramma Houses sanctioning process. About 75,000 people have applied to live in huts in the public administration program across the state. It is suggested that those who have not applied in the past can apply now at the local MPDO offices.
The minister directed that the deserving should be identified irrespective of caste, religion and party. He said that the first priority will be given to the poor living in huts in the second installment of Indiramma Houses. As two and a half lakh houses have been sanctioned across the state at the rate of two thousand per constituency, the selection process of the beneficiaries has been ordered to be completed quickly and transparently. The minister said that the government is implementing the roof replacement scheme keeping in mind the residential security of the poor. It has been revealed that 50 thousand houses will be selected under this scheme across the state at the rate of 500 per assembly constituency. The minister said that although the walls and foundations are strong, the roofs are made of tarpaulin sheets, sheets, napalm stones and those in dangerous conditions will be identified and financial assistance of up to Rs 2 lakh will be provided for slab construction.
