ఇంటర్నెట్ డెస్క్: కొత్త సినిమా రిలీజైతే చాలు తొలిరోజే చూడాలని ఆరాటపడే వారు కొందరుంటారు. ఓటీటీకి వచ్చాక చూద్దాంలే అనుకునే వారు మరికొందరు. అలా కాకుండా ఆన్లైన్లో ఎక్కడ సినిమా దొరకుతుందా? ఉచితంగా చూసేద్దామా? అనుకునే వారు ఇంకొందరు ఉంటారు. అలాంటి వారి ఆరాటాన్నే ఆసరాగా చేసుకుంటున్నారు సైబర్ నేరగాళ్లు. థియేటర్లో నడుస్తున్న సినిమాలు లేదంటే ఓటీటీలోకి కొత్తగా మూవీలను ఉచితంగా చూడండంటూ లింకులను అందుబాటులో ఉంచుతున్నారు. వీటిని క్లిక్ చేస్తే అంతే సంగతులు.. సైబర్ నేరగాళ్ల ఉచ్చులో చిక్కినట్లే. స్ట్రీమింగ్ యాప్స్ పేరుతో ఏపీకే ఫైళ్లను మీ ఫోన్లో డౌన్లోడ్ చేయించి.. ఆపై అన్ని రకాల యాక్సెస్లూ పొంది.. వ్యక్తిగత డేటా, బ్యాంకు వివరాలు, ఓటీపీ వంటి కీలక సమాచారాన్ని తస్కరిస్తారు. తద్వారా మీకు తెలియకుండానే మీ ఫోన్ నియంత్రణ సైబర్ కేటుగాళ్ల చేతుల్లోకి వెళ్తుంది. దీంతో అందినకాడికి దోచుకుంటారు. ఇలాంటి మోసాల పట్ల అప్రమత్తంగా ఉండాలని హైదరాబాద్ సైబర్ క్రైమ్ (CyberCrime) పోలీసులు సూచిస్తున్నారు.
సురక్షితంగా ఉండాలంటే?
- తెలియని వెబ్సైట్ల నుంచి ఏపీకే ఫైల్స్ డౌన్లోడ్ చేయొద్దు
- ‘ఫ్రీ ప్రీమియం మూవీ’ యాప్ అంటూ వచ్చే లింకులను క్లిక్ చేయొద్దు.. ఇతరులకు షేర్ చేయొద్దు.
- గూగుల్ ప్లే, యాపిల్ స్టోర్ వంటి అధికారిక ప్లాట్ఫాంల నుంచే యాప్లను డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకోవాలి.
- ఫోన్ సెట్టింగ్స్లో ఇన్స్టాల్ అన్నోన్ యాప్స్ లేదా అన్నోన్ సోర్స్ అనే ఆప్షన్ తప్పనిసరిగా ఆఫ్ చేసుకోవాలి.
- ఫోన్లలో ఉండే యాంటీవైరస్ యాప్తో యాప్లను స్కాన్ చేయడం మంచిది.
- ఒకవేళ సైబర్ మోసానికి గురైనట్లు అనిపిస్తే వెంటనే 1930 హెల్ప్లైన్ నంబరుకు కాల్ చేసి ఫిర్యాదు చేయాలని లేదా అధికారిక వెబ్సైట్లో ఫిర్యాదు చేయాలి.
