తెనాలి: గుంటూరు జిల్లా తెనాలి పట్టణంలోని తూర్పు కాల్వకట్ట రోడ్డులో మంత్రి నాదెండ్ల మనోహర్ ఆకస్మిక తనిఖీలు నిర్వహించారు. రెండ్రోజుల క్రితం ఆ ప్రాంతంలో పర్యటించినప్పుడు.. ఆర్టీసీ బస్టాండ్ సమీపంలో వ్యర్థాలు పేరుకుపోవడాన్ని స్థానికులు మంత్రి దృష్టికి తెచ్చారు. వెంటనే వ్యర్థాలు తొలగించాలని మున్సిపల్ కమిషనర్, సిబ్బందిని మంత్రి ఆదేశించారు.
బుధవారం ఉదయం అటువైపు వెళ్లిన మంత్రి.. వ్యర్థాలు తొలగించకపోవడాన్ని గమనించి మున్సిపల్ సిబ్బందిపై ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. అధికారులను ఘటనాస్థలికి పిలిపించి ఎందుకు తొలగించలేదని ప్రశ్నించారు. చెత్త కుప్పలు ఎక్కువగా ఉన్నాయని.. టెండర్ పిలిచి తొలగిస్తామని మున్సిపల్ సిబ్బంది సమాధానం చెప్పారు.
