డీసీసీ అధ్యక్షులం అయ్యాం కదా అని జిల్లాలకు అధిపతులమయ్యామని ఎవరైనా భావిస్తే... మొట్టమొదటి తప్పిదం అదే అవుతుంది. పార్టీలో అన్నిరకాల నాయకులు ఉంటారు. భిన్నాభిప్రాయాలు ఉంటాయి. మహాత్మా గాంధీ కాలంలోనూ ఆయన ఆలోచనకు భిన్నంగా అభిప్రాయాలు చెప్పినవారున్నారు. జాతీయ నాయకత్వం ఆలోచనలకు భిన్నంగా అభిప్రాయాలు చెప్పే స్వేచ్ఛ కాంగ్రెస్లో ఉంది. దాన్ని ప్రజాస్వామ్య స్ఫూర్తిగా తీసుకోవాలే గానీ, మనల్ని వ్యతిరేకిస్తున్నారని, మనల్ని కాదంటున్న వారిని అణిచివేయాలని అనుకోకూడదు. అలా చేస్తే పార్టీకి కీడు చేసినట్లు అవుతుంది.
ఈనాడు, హైదరాబాద్: ‘‘డీసీసీ అధ్యక్షుల ప్రతి చర్యనూ మేం గమనిస్తున్నా ప్రతిరోజు మార్కులు వేయం. మనం ఎంత బాగా చదువుకున్నా ఏడాదికి ఒకసారే పరీక్షలు పెడతారు. పదవి వచ్చింది కదా.. ఏం చేసినా ఎవరు చూస్తారులే...ఎన్నికల ముందు ఎవరో ఒకరిని పట్టుకుంటే ఏదో ఒక కోటాలో సీటు వస్తుందని కొందరు అనుకుంటున్నారు. ఇక ఏ కోటాలూ ఉండవు. పార్టీలో మెరిట్ కోటా మాత్రమే ఉంటుంది. పార్టీ జిల్లా అధ్యక్ష పదవిని దుర్వినియోగం చేసుకుంటే మిమ్మల్ని ఆ దేవుడు కూడా బాగుచేయలేడు. సద్వినియోగం చేసుకుంటే సీఎం స్థాయికైనా ఎదగడానికి ఈ పదవి మీకు ఉపయోగపడుతుంది’’ అని సీఎం రేవంత్రెడ్డి ఉద్ఘాటించారు. శనివారం వికారాబాద్లో ఏపీ, తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రాలకు చెందిన జిల్లా కాంగ్రెస్ కమిటీ(డీసీసీ) అధ్యక్షులకు ఏర్పాటు చేసిన పదిరోజుల శిక్షణ శిబిరం ప్రారంభ సమావేశంలో ఆయన ప్రసంగించారు. ప్రజలకు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం పట్ల ఉన్న నమ్మకం, విశ్వాసం వల్లనే తెలంగాణ కాంగ్రెస్కు ఎన్నికల్లో ఓట్ల ఆధిక్యత పెరిగిందని అన్నారు. 2023 అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికలలో భారాస కంటే కాంగ్రెస్కు అదనంగా వచ్చిన మెజార్టీ 2 శాతం ఓట్లే అయినా ఆ తర్వాత 4 నెలలకే జరిగిన లోక్సభ ఎన్నికల్లో 4 శాతానికి, తాజా మున్సిపల్ ఎన్నికల ఫలితాల్లో 12 శాతానికి పెరిగిందని ఆయన వివరించారు. ఇందుకు ప్రజల ఆదరణతో పాటు కాంగ్రెస్ కార్యకర్తల శ్రమ కారణమని అన్నారు. ప్రజా సమస్యల పరిష్కరానికి కృషి చేస్తే డీసీసీ అధ్యక్షులకు గౌరవం పెరుగుతుందని, పైరవీలు చేస్తారనే ముద్ర పడితే అందరికీ లోకువవుతారని.. ఛీత్కారాలు వస్తాయని సీఎం అన్నారు. ‘‘నేను జడ్పీటీసీ సభ్యుని స్థాయి నుంచి సీఎం స్థాయికి చేరా. ఎమ్మెల్సీగా ఉన్నప్పుడు అప్పటి సీఎం వై.ఎస్.ను నేను ఎప్పుడు కలిసినా ‘వాట్ హీరో’ అని నన్ను గౌరవంగా పలకరించేవారు. ఏపీలో కాంగ్రెస్ నేతలు పడుతున్న ఇబ్బందులు చూడాలి. వారితో పోలిస్తే తెలంగాణలో పార్టీ నేతలు ఎంత సౌకర్యంగా ఉన్నారో గుర్తించాలి. రెండు తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల్లో పార్టీని అభివృద్ధి చేసుకోవాలి. రెండు రాష్ట్రాలు కలసి అభివృద్ధి చెంది దేశానికి ఆదర్శంగా నిలవాలి.

ఈ దేశం ఆత్మనే కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ. దేశాన్ని, కాంగ్రెస్ను విడదీసి చూడలేం. ఈ ఆత్మను దెబ్బతీయాలని భాజపా వంటివి కుట్ర చేస్తున్నాయి. పార్లమెంటులో రాహుల్గాంధీని మాట్లాడనివ్వడం లేదు. గాంధీ కుటుంబాన్ని అవినీతి ఆరోపణలతో అవమానించేలా మాట్లాడేందుకు భాజపా ప్రయత్నిస్తోంది. దేశం కోసం ప్రాణాలిచ్చిన గాంధీ కుటుంబానికి ఈరోజు సొంత ఇల్లు కూడా లేదు. వారికి డబ్బులు ఒక లెక్కనా? నిజంగా గాంధీ కుటుంబానికి డబ్బులు కావాలంటే కాంగ్రెస్ కార్యకర్తలు పోగుచేస్తే రూ.పదివేల కోట్లు జమ అవుతాయి. నిజంగా ఆ కుటుంబానికి ఆర్థిక అవసరాలు ఉన్నాయంటే... తెలంగాణ నుంచి మనమందరం తలా ఒక చేయి వేస్తే రూ.వెయ్యి కోట్లు పోగేసి ఇవ్వగలిగిన శక్తి ఈరోజు కాంగ్రెస్పార్టీకి ఉంది. గాంధీ కుటుంబాన్ని అవమానపరచాలని రాజకీయంగా అడ్డుతొలగించాలని చూస్తున్నారు. మున్సిపల్ ఎన్నికల్లో 63 శాతం బీసీలను ఎన్నుకున్నామంటే కాంగ్రెస్ వల్లనే సాధ్యమైంది.
డిజిటల్ సభ్యత్వాలతో...
గతంలో గ్రామ, మండల, జిల్లా, రాష్ట్ర కమిటీలు వేసే ముందు సభ్యత్వాలను నమోదు చేయమంటే గ్రామంలో ఒక నాయకుడు తనకు తెలిసినవారి, కావాల్సిన వారి పేర్లను రాసి ఇచ్చేవారు. అలా కాదని డిజిటల్ సభ్యత్వాల కోసం యాప్ రూపొందించి 42 లక్షల మంది సభ్యత్వాలను నమోదు చేశాం. ఏఐసీసీ నేతలకు అనుమానం వచ్చి ర్యాండమ్గా కొన్ని వేల నంబర్లకు ఫోన్ చేసి తనిఖీ చేస్తే వందశాతం వాస్తవమేనని తేలింది. అత్యధిక సభ్యత్వాలు చేసిన వారిని గాంధీభవన్కు పిలిపించి రాహుల్గాంధీతో సన్మానం చేయించాం.
సీపీఐ ఒక్కటే....
ఈ దేశంలో కాంగ్రెస్తోపాటు వందేళ్ల పార్టీ చరిత్ర కలిగింది సీపీఐ ఒక్కటే. ఆ తరవాత రాజకీయ పార్టీలుగా ఏర్పడినవి ఈరోజు ‘కాంగ్రెస్ ముక్త్ భారత్’ నినాదంతో ఈ దేశానికే ప్రమాదకరంగా మారుతున్నాయి. బ్రిటిషర్లు కూడా మహాత్మాగాంధీని టచ్ చేయడానికి ధైర్యం చేయలేదు. కానీ భారతీయ జనతాపార్టీ వారసత్వం ఉన్నవారు గాంధీ ప్రాణాన్నే బలిగొన్నారు. మహాత్మాగాంధీ, ఇందిరాగాంధీ, రాజీవ్గాంధీ ఈ దేశం కోసం ప్రాణాలిచ్చిన వారసత్వంతో రాహుల్గాంధీ కష్టమనేది తెలియకుండానే ఈ దేశానికి ప్రధాని కావాలి. అయినా 150 రోజులు పాదయాత్ర చేసి పేదవారిని చేరాలని రాహుల్గాంధీ ప్రయత్నించారు. ఆ ప్రయత్నమే జిల్లా కాంగ్రెస్ అధ్యక్షులకు స్ఫూర్తి కావాలి. దేశంలో రాజ్యాంగాన్ని మార్చాలని, రిజర్వేషన్లను రద్దుచేయాలని జరుగుతున్న కుట్రను ఎదుర్కొనేలా మీకు ఇస్తున్న ఈ శిక్షణ ఎంతో ప్రత్యేకమైనది’’ అని సీఎం రేవంత్రెడ్డి అన్నారు. కార్యక్రమంలో ఏపీ పీసీసీ అధ్యక్షురాలు షర్మిల, తెలంగాణ పీసీసీ అధ్యక్షుడు మహేశ్కుమార్గౌడ్, మంత్రులు పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాసరెడ్డి, శ్రీధర్బాబు, పొన్నం ప్రభాకర్, సీఎం సలహాదారు వేం నరేందర్రెడ్డి, శిక్షణ కార్యక్రమం సమన్వయకర్త సచిన్రావు, ఏఐసీసీ కార్యదర్శి సచిన్సావంత్, ఎమ్మెల్సీ పట్నం మహేందర్రెడ్డి, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు రాంమోహన్రెడ్డి, వెడ్మ బొజ్జు తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
నేను పీసీసీ అధ్యక్ష పదవి చేపట్టిన తరవాత ప్రతి నాయకుడి ఇంటికి వెళ్లి కలిశా. అందరం కలసి కొట్లాడితే తప్పకుండా మనకు మంచిరోజులు వస్తాయని చెప్పా. నేను వెళ్లి కలిసిన తరవాత పరిస్థితి మారింది. ‘ఐదు, పది మంది నాయకులం పోట్లాడుకుంటే పార్టీని నమ్ముకున్న లక్షల మంది కార్యకర్తలకు అన్యాయం జరుగుతుంది కదా’ అని అందరూ పెద్దమనసు చేసుకుని ముందుకొస్తే సరిగ్గా రెండున్నరేళ్లలోనే కాంగ్రెస్ ఓట్ల శాతాన్ని రెండున్నర నుంచి 40 శాతానికి తీసుకెళ్లగలిగాం. నేను పీసీసీ అధ్యక్షుడిగా ఉన్న సమయంలో... ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ వంటి అనుబంధ కాంగ్రెస్ విభాగాలకు ఛైర్మన్గా ఉండమంటే కొందరు నాయకులు చాలా అవమానకరంగా భావించారు. ‘మా స్థాయి అంతగా పడిపోయిందనుకుంటున్నావా? నీ అదృష్టం బాగుండి పీసీసీ అధ్యక్షుడివి అయ్యావు’ అని చెప్పి ఆ పదవులు తీసుకోవడానికి నిరాకరించారు. ఆ రోజు ముందుకొచ్చి ఆ పదవులు తీసుకున్న 37 మందిని ప్రభుత్వం వచ్చిన మరుక్షణం వివిధ కార్పొరేషన్లకు ఛైర్మన్లుగా నియమించాం.
ఈనాడు, హైదరాబాద్ : కేసీఆర్ రాష్ట్రాన్ని దివాలా తీయిస్తే సీఎం రేవంత్రెడ్డి అభివృద్ధి వైపు తీసుకెళుతున్నారని, ప్రజల ఆకాంక్షల మేరకు పాలన సాగుతోందని పీసీసీ అధ్యక్షుడు మహేశ్కుమార్గౌడ్ అన్నారు. వికారాబాద్లో ఏపీ, తెలంగాణకు చెందిన జిల్లా కాంగ్రెస్ కమిటీ(డీసీసీ) అధ్యక్షులకు ఏర్పాటుచేసిన శిక్షణ శిబిరంలో ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ...‘‘నాణ్యమైన నాయకత్వాన్ని రూపొందించడానికి ఈ శిక్షణ ఎంతో ఉపయోగపడుతుంది. ఇప్పటికే 14 రాష్ట్రాల్లో ఈ కార్యక్రమం విజయవంతంగా జరిగింది. గతంలో బాపట్లలో జరిగిన శిక్షణ శిబిరం నాకు ఎంతగానో దోహదపడింది. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి నేతృత్వంలో ప్రజల్లో నమ్మకం కలిగించి తెలంగాణలో కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ అధికారంలోకి వచ్చింది. కేంద్రమంత్రి కిషన్రెడ్డి ప్రాతినిధ్యం వహిస్తున్న పార్లమెంటు స్థానం పరిధిలోని జూబ్లీహిల్స్లో జరిగిన ఉప ఎన్నికల్లోనే భాజపాకు డిపాజిట్ దక్కలేదు. ఇటీవల జరిగిన మున్సిపల్, పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికల్లో విజయం సాధించాం.ఏపీ కాంగ్రెస్ చీకట్లో నుంచి వెలుగులోకి రావడానికి సమయం దగ్గర్లో ఉంది.’’ అని చెప్పారు. ఏపీ పీసీసీ అధ్యక్షురాలు షర్మిల మాట్లాడుతూ ‘‘పార్టీ పటిష్ఠానికి జిల్లా కాంగ్రెస్ అధ్యక్షులు కృషిచేయాలి. పది రోజుల పాటు జరిగే ఈ శిక్షణ శిబిరంలో నాయకత్వ నైపుణ్యాలు, ప్రజా సమస్యల పరిష్కార విధానాలు, ఎన్నికల వ్యూహాలు, మీడియా నిర్వహణ తదితర అంశాలపై శిక్షణ ఇస్తాం’ అని అన్నారు.
